Movie selection was ok, but could be better. Would like to see greater selection of newer movies.

Loved the check-in experience. Very friendly staff and not crowded. I did wind up with a middle-middle seat, which was quite uncomfortable. Always appreciate the very professional staff on TAL.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent flight experience I had with your airline. This has been one of the worst travel experiences I have ever encountered, and I feel compelled to bring it to your attention. Firstly, I missed my flight due to what I perceive to be a lack of clear communication and coordination on the part of your staff. There was no remorse or apology from the airline's representatives, which further exacerbated the situation. As a result of missing my flight, I was subjected to a 24-hour delay at the airport, where I had to spend a significant amount of money to rent a hotel room and cover other incidental expenses. Additionally, since my baggage was already checked in from Tanzania to Turkey, I had to purchase essential items for the 24-hour period. What truly dismayed me, however, was the discourteous and unprofessional attitude of your staff. Their lack of empathy and understanding only added to the stress and inconvenience of the situation. I have been traveling abroad for over 20 years, and I can confidently say that this experience has been the worst I have ever encountered. As a result, I am compelled to reconsider ever using your airline again for future travel. I strongly urge you to address the issues I have raised and take immediate steps to rectify the situation. Additionally, I expect a formal apology and a refund for the expenses I incurred due to the airline's negligence.

I’m unclear why I had to pay extra for assigned seats as Turkish airlines did not honor the seating. We were placed across the aisle from each other on TK 34, and were seated behind one another on TK 694. Because my name was misspelled on e-ticket (Klawiter, instead of Klawitter) I could not log onto website to get the connection gate number in Istanbul. The monitors in the airport were a jumbled mess 1/2 Arabic and 1/2 English.

On line check in needs a lot of improvement. I tried and gave up.

the female flight attendant was racist towards me. I could tell she treated the two other passengers next to me with more softness.

I canceled this flight after turkish airlines did not provide any consideration for a death in the family while in Singapore

Made us check our car seat that could have been used on the 11 hour connecting flight, we explained we wanted to use it and they said we could. When we arrived at our connecting flight the car seat was at the bottom of the plane. This made our flight home 11+ hours pretty hard at times with our toddler. We wished we had our car seat which he had rode on the flight there earlier in the week. The air dolomiti staff were mixed- some were so nice while others (one in particular in Genoa) seemed bothered to be assisting us.

The special meal was not correct. But the female stewardess who handled the problem did such a good job correcting the issue. She deserves recognition for understanding and providing customer service and having patience.

Our transfer from one Lufthansa flight to another at Frankfurt airport was horrible - it was a tight connection with a long walk between gates and our first flight was delayed so we had to sprint the whole way and ask people in the border control line to let us ahead of them. We just barely the flight and were exhausted. I do not recommend a short connection in the Frankfurt airport.

Great seats assigned and comfortable, movies are good, food is delicious, great experience. No delays and they prioritize boarding children with parents which is plus.

It was a good flight. The boarding was smooth and timely managed. They offered in advance to dispatch cabin luggage at no cost. I suggest to add a snack and basic drinks. There was only water provided in the cost of the ticket.

Unable to get Lufthanza code to obtain a boarding pass for my flight. Had to exit and re-register to get on the flight. Extremely frustrating.

Food should be provided according to the passengers selection. In flight entertainment system must be updated with latest devices and applications. Proper over head headset must be provided rather than providing cheaper ones.
