The food on this flight was just terrible. I have a wheat allergy so when booking I ask for gluten free options. The food given was inedible. The bread rolls were rock hard. Once board I was given one and the only thing I could do was eat the chicken slice and piece of tomato on it. Also given was 4 small cubes of fruit, 2 watermelon and 2 pineapple and a bottle of water. My husband had a regular meal and found his very average. Then the evening meal was also disappointing! Some dried out fish with spinach and 3 sticks of dry white sweet potato. No sauce …. 😳 again, the same fruit and water. The passengers had to wait a long time for the dinner food to be served. My husband just wanted to eat and go to sleep so he was a bit annoyed about that. We got off the plane and I was feeling quite hangry. Not enough food or a good eating experience. Emirates used to be a flight we looked forward to… now we are considering looking at other companies for the future.
Flight never took off. Boarded after multiple 30 minutes interval delays for hours.. then after an hour onboard, captain announce cancellation and back on the bus to the terminal with no information and everyone to fend for self.. Emirates did absolutely nothing to communicate either electronically or announcement. It’s unprecedented I know with the flood but lack of communication creates anxiety and extra pain for staff. Emirates should do better.. no supervisors monitoring floor and passengers abusing them which isn’t right but should Have had supervisors monitoring

Service needs to improve. Air hostess do not register flyers request and we need to keep on repeating our request to them on multiple occasions
The experience was not as pleasant returning as leaving. Went through clearance twice, crew was not as customer focused.
Seat and leg space is much better than the Qatar airline. The crew I would like to say is not meeting the requirements of emirates airlines cause it almost 20 years I am flying with emirates this time I really feel that crew is not behaving well someone asked for water waited more than 30 minutes and there are more incidents in this flight.
Emirates flights always nice. Service rendered by the staff is superb.I am always comfortable in Emirates flights.
Serving food took so long . Almost time close to lend. Plus during landing air pressure in cabin cuss ear blocked took long time to unblock.

I found it weird that the quality of the flight different from Australia to Doha than the Doha to Berlin leg. The quality of the toiletries pack (was in a box from Australia) and then a proper bag from Doha. The biggest variation was the inflight entertainment, which had a significantly shorter amount of content compared to the Doha flight. My QSuite seat was also broken and did not recline all the way flat. Wasn’t the best and I wouldn’t be happy if I’d paid cash for the flight.
Bad experience with the delay n long wait time for connecting flight after missing the connection flight from Doha.

I had already opted for Vegan food before 2 months yet they say we have no record for it,
No separate queue for business class/platinum passengers. I had to stay in the long queue to board. I requested breakfast before landing, but the crew didn't offer, except a coffee with milk. No tea with milk was available. Had asked for cookies, but didn't receive them. The crew in the business class was not good in terms of service..
I didn't understand why I got dropped off at departures on exiting the plane at Doha aiport. I had to find my own way to immigration/baggage reclaim which wasn't easy as staff in the departure section just tell you ti scan your boarding pass. This was very poor b qatar Airways. I spent 2 hours soyung this out and once I got to get my suitcase it was delayed. So instead of getting to the hotel at about midnight I got there at three in the morning. I wonder why I upgraded to business?
From home to the airport, you must mention the terminal ready.
Flight delay was informed at the last minute. Food quality is not up to Qantas standard I was unable to book an online boarding pass on any of my 6 flights.
Amazing! Was put on the earlier flight and I requested for an aisle seat and was given it. Thanks Qantas!

Business lounge in Melbourne mediocre. Look at Emirates or Qatar, Qantas! Great friendly crew. Food was good but Emirates is a level above. Business seat good. But can’t compare to Qatar. Main reason for booking Qantas is loyalty and terrific connection via Perth to LHR.
The service and smooth landing. Food was delicious and the staff was friendly. We arrived earlier than scheduled.
It was nice having space in the way back where it thinned out with passengers, most folks in the far back were able to lay down and sleep. That was a pleasant surprise. Made the 15 hr flight go by pretty smooth, watching a few movies and resting. I had previously never used an airplane toilet, but finally used one. It wasn't too bad. All workers were very helpful and friendly. Their hospitality was welcomed as well
It's only a short trip from Sydney to Melbourne, which i have done many times. The trip met my expectations
Boarding was terrible - the ground staff member Fredeya at lax was more military than customer service, have never encountered a customer service representative as rude as her. Apart from that all other staff were wonderful and the flight was good.

United airline kept delaying our flight back to Phoenix for 8 hours before they cancelled it! If they know that we are not flying out for whatever the reason is, why did they keep lying to us for hours. We could find another flight earlier or even find a hotel with a shuttle. But cancellation at about midnight was not fun. We stayed in the airport all night till the following morning when we bought an Alaska tickets to go back to Phoenix. Total of 14 hours in the airport.

The flight was good in most all ways. With Lufthansa, we had very concerning experiences before boarding at both ends of the flight. In Chicago on Dec 15, the scene at the gate was chaotic as the airline tried to size every carryon bag with their little box. Mine was about 1/2 inch too big to fit in and they took it, along with my wife's. Rules are rule...but people who did not bother to go through that regimen got on the plane anyway. In Gothenberg on the way back on Dec 27, I received an email offering to take our carryon bags free if we checked them. We chose to do that to avoid the hassle in Chicago. We were told at the ticket counter that since our bags were too heavy...8kg, I think (they have worked on absolutely every flight we have ever taken) that we would need to pay $150 for 2 bags to be checked and that they would not be allowed on the plane unless we removed about 3 kg of luggage. With that, we feel that we had no choice, assuming they would be checked at the gate anyway. Well, we paid $150, there was NO checking at the gate, and people boarded with whatever they brought, just like on a normal flight. In Lufthansa's questionnaire about the flight, I asked for a refund of our $150. I need the help of United in order to be sure that we are reimbursed.
United requires seat selection in order for those booking together to stay together.
After checking luggage being put in a separate line for payement of luggage. Purchase from “Chat Deal “ was very poor, did not know bought ticket that did not include at least one check bag. Second chat deal called me and told I would hav e pay more $150 to get a aisle seat, clearly trying take money from people when I was able get my aisle seat for free 2 days before flight. Chat deal was the problem mainly.
Terrible. Missed my flight to final destination because of delayed British Airways flight. Had to spend 12 hours in airport and $1500 for new plane tickets

Everything was fine except my screen wasn’t working and I was unable to watch any movies or TV. Staff tried 3 times to reboot it, without success.
Truly felt "taken care of". Will definitely fly British Airways again.

I didn’t take the flight cause it was cancelled and i don’t recommend the american airlines to anyone as their solution was to book a hotel for me which was old one and not so good and they not sure also they can get me on a flight the next day which is so horrible
My flight was late from Rome to London so missed the connection for BA flight to Chicago . Was put up @ hotel & fed . Next morning flight to Chicago was late so missed my connecting flight on SW to Phoenix. Had to rebook for next day on SW @ additional fare of $600 for wife & l . Will miss today’s NFL playoff games while in flight . It’s 5 degrees F in Chicago right now . Thought the food on BA economy was the worst I’ve had on a transatlantic flight . The crew was very nice
