Flight never happened because of previous flight delay. Sent back to the stays on a flight 10 hrs later without making to my final destination and still waiting full rugindo for it. So yeah not a good experience
4 hours delay, awful food and missed all my connections because of the delay to be rebooks for a flight 10 hrs later back home and never actually make it to my final destination
Paper boarding passes needed, so you need to add the time at the kiosk or desk to get them at the airport
The boading process was fine. Had to wait for bus from tarmac to terminal. Had to go through 2 or 3 security checkpoints in Lima to make next connecting flight.
Routine and on time flight with pleasant stewards and decent food. Nice experience!
It was a short flight, sits uncomfortable No food was provided. Staff was lovely and kind .

No food optional ( they offer just pasta, no second option, the soda without carbonation, I asked for snacks and they said give a minute, I never got it) I believe they (crew) don't care about it (people)
The seats are getting smaller and smaller. Very uncomfortable trip. More than in other airlines
On time. At least they offer a drink and a small snack. Plane was clean
