Virgin's standard ticket has 23kg luggage included. What is the problem with a ticket bought online through agents such as BYOJet and Kayak?"

The time flew because by the time the movie had finished, we were starting to descend. I will always look for this flight with Emirates. There is no other flight in comparison, in what you get for your Buck. I believe that other Airlines, ie., Qantas, Virgin Aust, both give you a flight and service, for nearly the same fare but you only get 7kg luggage, no meal just the basic entitlement, tea/coffe/water with a biscuit or something like that and NO ENTERTAINMENT, NO COMPARISON!!!!"

Cons: "So military gets 2 bags comp, but you have to charge them and have then find a gate attendant to reverse the charges, this is highly inefficient. Also in LAS they don't not open the Ticketing area until 2 hours before the flight, this caused a line and a crush when the gates did open. I mean we are told to arrive early to clear security but that is negated when we have to wait and hour just to get checked in and check our bags. Once again this was a highly enjoyable experience, which make these two ares stand out that much more."

Cons: "On my departing flight, I had paid for an extra comfort seat because no first class seats were available, and I was seated in a seat next to someone who occupied part of mine, I did not say anything nor so much care, as I'm sure they were much more uncomfortable than I was. The crew however, was quite rude. They felt the need to physically touch the passenger next to me to awaken them. I am not comfortable with people touching me. When it came time to store my tray, as I was sleeping, again they also touched me. Very inappropriate. Are usually fly Delta, and will continue to do so, as my experience on Hawaiian was very unprofessional and very uncomfortable. The space that I got on my departing flight for an extra comfort seat was not acceptable."

I have asthma. Being sprayed with chemicals is a serious health concern for anyone, but especially for those of us with asthma. They sprayed a cloud of chemicals directly over our heads and we sat helpless as the spray settled onto our clothes and skin and into our mouth and lungs. I had a asthma attack, and when I told the stewardess she looked at me and said "It won't be much longer." It was another 15 minutes. I was so unwell that I asked my husband if he would be able to carry me if I passed out. I also unfortunately forgot my ebook reader in the seat due to my attack. When I wrote customer service I received only "We will forward your message" and no response beyond that regarding the return of my device. This entire experience has caused me great distress and I am sincerely hopeful that as a corporation you will take steps to ensure the welfare of your customers by ensuring they are aware of all treatments to expect when on board your aircraft. Had I known, I could have brought a mask and saved my serious asthma attack. I probably would not also be without my ebook reader."

After a hour-and-a-half delay we finally departed but when we landed at LAX I discovered that they had lost my luggage instead of arriving at 9:40 and being on my way home, it is now 1 o'clock in the morning and I'm still not home because I had to fill out forms and deal with missing luggage. NOT HAPPY WITH MY EXPERIENCE!"

American just doesn't have the level of service or cleanliness for international flights. Avoid this airline if possible."

Our plane got delayed ( and this is not the first time we have had this with Qantas), and then we missed our connecting flight. The ground staff were not helpful at all. Our connecting flight was with LAn airlines and LAN were very cooperative and gave us another later flight though they were not obligated to do so. Qantas are generally too much by the book and things always go wrong. I still use them but it is a risk that I need to consider more next time. LAN/Latam helped us out because they are more customer oriented. Anyway, good luck"

Pros: "Previously took 4 other Air NZ flights on this trip and loved them - great entertainment, very pleasant and helpful crew. The long flight from Fiji back to the US was partnered with Air Fiji and it was just a bit above average compared to our typical experience with Air NZ. The boarding experience was really good and much more organized than most airlines, which was nice. Plenty of bathrooms available, they came around with water frequently, which is a must on these long flghts, and every seat had their own screen for entertainment, which is very nice."
Cons: "Seats were not very comfortable, not much leg room especially for such a long red eye. Movie and TV selection was limited compared to typical Air NZ flights. Half the crew was somewhat unpleasant and overlooked passengers trying to give them trash and even charitable contributions when they were going around collecting specifically those things. (The other half of the crew was the more typically amazing, customer oriented attitude.) Not sure if Air Fiji just over works its crew or what, but it was not as pleasant. The food was also back to typical just ok airplane food, not normal for Air NZ which has great food and lots of it. We also were not able to pick our seats for this flight, which was not ideal for comfort or location."

Cons: "Lack of water. This was a 10+ hour flight and the they brought no water except at meal time. Most long distance flghts have water all the time. Plus you cannot take bottled water on the flight as they do another security check as you board the plane, Carry on luggage policy is very different. I went online and checked the dimensions. Measured my bag and it was exactly the right size, same as US airlines but when I arrived at the the check in, it did not fit into the bin you use to measure. I argued it was the exact dimensions but had to pay $125 to check a carry on bag. Do not believe the dimensions on the website."
