I would be shouting my pleasrure and did while in LA coming back truly was a different experience however going was so good... I will gladly fly again"

Pros: "United flight crew was good. Check in was good and on time. Flight arrived early, smooth flight and landing was smooth."

Cons: "Recheck through LA TSA to domestic flight with United, was further hassle, might as well get naked to get through. Seat recline, too limiting (not asking much, just a bit further back). Pretzels were stale. Cabin crew seemed more friendly with dead heading pilots than passengers."

Cons: "Not enough good new release movie selection was very average/ poor. Your boarding from LAX could be improved. You have two signs about Premium and economy lines for boarding! These are not obvious . There needs to be a staff member or two checking people as they arrive in a line to check they're in the correct t line . Otherwise people don't trailer until they have been in the wrong line until the reach the top of the line . Leads to frustration even before the flight begins! Otherwise great job everyone ! Thank You !"

Pros: "We were allowed to check one bag for free...that's awesome. And we were provided with two full meals on the flight, more food than we could eat. And even a complimentary alcoholic drink! Great selection of movies. New Zealand Air is one of the best flying experiences I've had"

Pros: "When booking, we were unable to choose our seating hence we were not sitting together. At the airport we asked if there was a way they could put the three of us together. Air New Zealand was able to accommodate our request. It was a 12 hour flight. We were very grateful."

Cons: "Seats were tiny. Arm rests did not rise. Seats barely tilted back. You had to fight with the touch screen entertainment system to get it to do anything. Also it seemed like we sought out the most turbulent altitude possible."

Pros: "Great entertainment system with lots of selections. Electrical outlets and USB port also great amenities"

Cons: "I am a small person and found the legroom to be inadequate. I paid $50 to upgrade the seats to economy plus to give us a bit more space but it wasn't any better. For a long, overseas flight, more space is needed. I had more legroom on my domestic flight with United. Also, the airline attendants for Air NZ were unpleasant and downright grumpy at times. It made a long, uncomfortable flight seem a whole lot longer."

Pros: "After finding it in the airport everything went extremely well. Able to find the flights and get to the gates with plenty of time. I did not have access to my email, but did see all the notices and appreciate that. Will travel with email access in the future."
