Pros: The seats were smaller which is fine for a 1.5 hr flight but if I had to compare it to the first leg of the trip, these things stick out.
Cons: The flight time seemed late. The plane was already there, the airport was empty and the gate was full. It would’ve been nicer if it was a little earlier, although getting through customs again might not be as easy for some people on a 3 hour layover?
Pros: Very friendly crew, and super comfy flat bed in business class.

Pros: I liked the complimententary pillows and blankets.
Cons: The crew was not friendly at all. I had to ask for snacks from the crew in the back of the plane. The seats were not comfortable and the entertainment was dated and old.

Cons: Drinks should have been more frequently offered . Refreshments/water seemed hard to come by I had to chase them down in the galley only to get luke warm water...? Seats are pretty cramped and small with not much room.

Pros: Strong crew service is the highlight of flying Air New Zealand. Plane comfort is good, with nice ambient lighting, decent seats and reasonably spacious toilets. At least for now, they have in-seat entertainment screens with lots of current offerings. Our flight had free wi-fi, a real plus.
Cons: Boarding with Air New Zealand at Heathrow was complex and poorly organised when compared to the smooth and efficient process at LAX. This has been the case each time I have flown this same route with this airline.
Pros: Great and attentive crew. Solid in-flight entertainment. Pilots got us to destination 20 mins early!
Cons: 1) It's pretty standard to offer a small toiletries pack (eg. Eyecover, toothbrush/paste, etc) on long-haul flights for other airlines. 2) Felt ripped off paying $50 for "preferred economy" seats that looked/felt identical to standard economy seats. Should be marketed as just priority boarding.

Cons: Audio for in flight entertainment did not work midway through the movie. Video was unclear. Food was terrible.
Pros: Superb customer service It was my first time using Fiji Airways along with my children. We usually fly AirNZ or Emirates because they have everything I need. Now we have added a third airline to our list. My kids are also fussy with the airlines we use. But they really enjoyed their flight with Fiji airways.
Cons: Food was average and I could not put my seat back slightly.
Pros: I was excited to come back to the USA after a long vacation. When we arrived at the airport, the security started asking me questions immediately even before I checked in. They demanded I show them the ticket before it was even printed. When I explained that I was trying to check-in for the first time. They told me I was going to be reviewed upstairs and put a sticker in my passport. I proceeded to check in and just walked thru the normal security measures. After scanning my bags in security, I discovered there was no security meeting and proceeded to my gate. After the gate, everyone in line was subjected to a second security screen. This was a manual search and all articles were removed and repacked again. Then we proceeded to the plane entry where everyone needed to verify passport and ticket again. Later in the flight, I was having indigestion problem from my documented medical acid reflux problem and asked for a cup of water. He said sure and walked away. He never came back again.10 minutes later, I pressed the attendant call button again. 10 minutes later and no one came over. 15 minutes after that Albert came back over and said, "I see you have your call light on, please put your seat back up again." I can complied and he immediately turned off the light and walked away. 10 minutes later, Albert came by with the water cart and parked it right behind my seat. He proceeded to hand out water to everyone behind my seat. 30 minutes later the water cart arrived and I finally received my water (75 minutes after I asked!) Thanks Albert, I'll be following up with your management to see that disciplinary action is taken.

Pros: I love that the planes are loaded from back to front!!! I wish airlines in the states will follow suit. It seems that this makes the most sense.

Cons: the food main meal on an australian airline consisted of meal a) sushi etc b)Japanese style chicken and boiled rice (chicken thigh full of fat and sauce was greasy) could not eat c)pasta twists with dried up sauce (could not eat) very poor quality food will bring my own next time no plain option
Cons: Crew was extremely noisy and not mindful of most of the cabin sleeping. Speaking loudly, joking with one another. Very unprofessional. In some instances woke people up (in economy) and made them put their seat up because someone behind them wanted to eat at 23:20. Not friendly either.
Pros: an amazing flying experience with pleasant crews who served their customers with hearts and their lovely smiles!

Cons: I almost missed my return flight. It was a 9:40pm flight but the lady at the counter said that because i bought my ticket early, the flight time changed to 8:40pm because of time change. I think that needs to be factored in when selling tickets don't surprise customers.

Pros: Ilana, the attendant at the check in was so amazing!!! She went out of her way to find our friend a seat close to us. We just loved everything and everyone about Fiji airways. THANK YOU!!

Pros: As I was in premium economy it was of course amazing, however it was a very packed premium compared to my previous experience so wasn’t as comfortable but still amazing.
Cons: The selection of movies currently was a bit lacking.
Pros: New Zealand Air staff were friendly, informative and courteous throughout the entire flight! I was floored by their service and by what was offered. They even worked to arrange for people to move around (some were packed 4 to a row, but there was plenty of space throughout the craft).
