Cons: I arrived in transit from another flight, no representation to make check in. I needed to wait for gate to open before I could check in. then there was no time for the airline to recover my Bag. Do no us this airline in transit
Pros: My flight to Los Angeles was great comfortable seats and the food was very good
Cons: Unfortunately my flight from Los Angeles to Christchurch was cancelled the plane had a mishap on the runway colliding with another plain so was booked on an Air New Zealand flight back to Auckland the following night it was good of Fiji air to put me up in the Crowne Plaza near airport lovely hotel
Pros: Superb customer service It was my first time using Fiji Airways along with my children. We usually fly AirNZ or Emirates because they have everything I need. Now we have added a third airline to our list. My kids are also fussy with the airlines we use. But they really enjoyed their flight with Fiji airways.
Cons: Food was average and I could not put my seat back slightly.

Pros: I was excited to come back to the USA after a long vacation. When we arrived at the airport, the security started asking me questions immediately even before I checked in. They demanded I show them the ticket before it was even printed. When I explained that I was trying to check-in for the first time. They told me I was going to be reviewed upstairs and put a sticker in my passport. I proceeded to check in and just walked thru the normal security measures. After scanning my bags in security, I discovered there was no security meeting and proceeded to my gate. After the gate, everyone in line was subjected to a second security screen. This was a manual search and all articles were removed and repacked again. Then we proceeded to the plane entry where everyone needed to verify passport and ticket again. Later in the flight, I was having indigestion problem from my documented medical acid reflux problem and asked for a cup of water. He said sure and walked away. He never came back again.10 minutes later, I pressed the attendant call button again. 10 minutes later and no one came over. 15 minutes after that Albert came back over and said, "I see you have your call light on, please put your seat back up again." I can complied and he immediately turned off the light and walked away. 10 minutes later, Albert came by with the water cart and parked it right behind my seat. He proceeded to hand out water to everyone behind my seat. 30 minutes later the water cart arrived and I finally received my water (75 minutes after I asked!) Thanks Albert, I'll be following up with your management to see that disciplinary action is taken.
Cons: See above. The above problem caused me discomfort, pain, stress.
Cons: After a three hour delay and missed connection and rebooked flight, that is when the service declined. We went through 4 different lines in the Dallas airport, almost missed the rebooked flight due to miscommunications and shuffling of where we were supposed to be. And now delayed luggage.
Pros: Lovely staff
Cons: Flight from Bangkok was delay and miss the connection flight.
Pros: Excellent food and service.
Pros: Quantas Entertainment app was great!
Cons: Quantas seems to have frequent gate changes. You have to pay attention. No WiFi in terminals despite posted signs.
