My previous flight from JFK to Seoul was very good not this one."

We were told that people with boarding passes of the original flight date had to wait for more recent passes. This led many to think that they would be kicked off the flight after waiting 24hrs. Once we did finally board we found that they had made a mistake and had to deboard a passenger resulting in an extra hour delay"

They looked at me and deliberately ignored me. This happened on Flight from Houston to Manila. From Hong Kong to Seoul and especially from Seoul to Houston. I had to ask thrice for a head phone before I got one. I was wide awake."

Cons: "When flying from New Zealand to Doha, we departed Auckland at 15h25 and due to the time zone, most passengers body clocks would have been expecting sleep within a few hours. However we were flying West and thus into daylight. Sadly the window seated passengers were not asked to close their window blinds to block out the sunlight and many were left open. This made the cabin very bright and a difficult environment in which to sleep. Too much advertising before the on board videos, but otherwise content was good."

Unfortunately the luggages didn't reach to Cairo airport with me . 3 days later they told me that the luggages in Jordan and I have to travel from Alexandria city to Cairo to receive my luggages . When I went their , I found my luggages were opened and missing much items . I made reports on the airport. The employees in the airport they wondered why the opened the selling box , and the box looks empty. The weight for this box was 32 kilograms in the time of shipping. And I paid $400 for extra weight . But when I received it was like 20 kilograms. Plus I paid $350 for Qater airline for shipping 3 luggage . That's means I paid $750 for shipping 3 luggages and I received it looks empty . I need refund for all shipping and $5000 for damages items , or I will complain this airlines through the American court . Thank you"

Cons: "1. rude staff - i stood in Jburg at the counter for 13 minutes (i checked my clock) while 8 staff ladies spoke among themselves in a myriad of languages. FINALLY one lady asked if i had been helped! I said no and she was clearly less than thrilled to be the one to help with my question. i literally just wanted to ask if my seat assignment was a window, middle or aisle, but it was like i was the bane of her existence and i interrupted their social hour. On my outbound flight (ORD to DOH) I also watched three staff members be beyond rude to guest after guest at the check in counter regarding baggage when they came forward to "re check-in" which was a new requirement for most people. There was a lot of general confusion on behalf of the consumers and the staff was NOT the least bit patient or helpful in explaining what they needed from us or why this flight had different procedures than normal. I still don't know why they were so fussy about baggage and made everyone re check in at the gate in fact. And they didnt do it to my baggage so i have no idea why they were so rude to some and completely left others alone. (didn't seem to have to do with size, carrying of electronics, i don't know?) 2. the physical flight - you changed my original flight time to something that was REALLY close for my connection from DOH to CDG, so you instead bumped me to a later flight without consulting me. it would have caused me to miss a connection flight I booked separately through EasyJet from Pairs to my home airport BIQ. I had to figure that out on my own. RUSH through Doha to make my 35 min connection and barely was allowed to board my onward Paris flight by the Qatar gate staff which was only cutting it close as a result of YOUR changes! Yet i was treated like i was somehow "late" and wouldn't be able to board ??? Again incredibly rude staff. Subsequently you lost my luggage because the connection was too tight. i landed on Friday and it didn't catch up to me until Tuesday. Not one person has said sorry or offered any restitution. And this is honestly what upsets me the most. I doubt anyone even reads this. pathetic. I work for a travel club and since Monday (so in 4 days) I have actively reached out to 4 clients to cancel and re-booked their Qatar airways flight to another carrier to get them to Johannesburg. They will be doing the same safari experience I did, but I will NOT recommend and book my clients on Qatar after my experience."

My son had my husband's carry-on and the boarding agent said he had to check in my husband's luggage because my husband was not there to verity that it was his carry-on. Hawaiian Airlines is the only mainland bound airline that makes customers have their carry-on luggage go through agriculture. Why???"

Pros: "Good communication between once we had to re route for technical difficulty and united gave us 100$ coupon to fly with them again after our trip changed from 9hrs to 18 hrs"
Cons: "No TVs, no charger points, not a lot of knee space/leg room, not enough luggage storage at back of plane, can’t sleep in isle seat due to people constantly bumping into you while walking by"

Cons: "Not necessarily United's problem, but I feel like the design of the seating could be more efficient. The 3 or 4 in a row seats can be super problematic if you have to use the bathroom and need to climb over a stranger to do it and they're asleep/3 times your size. Holding for 5 hours is not fun."

Cons: "Respect passenger seat selection - we were downgraded from economy plus to economy with non reclining seats! Flight crew rude - referring to passengers as “bodies”!!! Entertainment system not working. Internet does not work on most of the flight!!"

Pros: "I was in first class and talked some w/ the pilot during our massive and enjoyed that. But not the almost 3 hr wait. The lunch, a choice of brisket or spinach ravioli - I took the pasta - was quite good. Amazing for an airline now known for service. The wine was also pretty good."
Cons: "The wait, the wait and the wait. Economy passengers - my friend Tanya was in econ - got not much during the wait. At least she had the whole row 38 D-E to herself. I sent her the cheese plate from my meal. Even though the crew kept us informed, it was too little and too late. When I asked the Captain when the missing part blew off he had no answer. Not impressive..."

Pros: "I got super lucky and had three seats to myself, it's a long flight just over 12hrs and good sleep is precious. The entertainment options were excellent and I watched some great first run movies. Food was quite good with options, beverage service standard. Restrooms were readily accessible and "clean.""
Cons: "We left SFO an hour late waiting for a handful of late passengers - good for them though, eh? The rest of the passengers on plane were packed in like sardines. Seemed to me that too much space on plane dedicated to the premium 'cabins' for the uber rich, but they were interesting to look at."
Cons: "Check in clerk was mean nasty and said several times we could not fly because we didn’t have our tickets rather then helping us use the airport printer to print our tickets she said you can’t print you ticket until you show me your ticket. She should be fired it was united airlines won’t fly them again"

The airport crew at Kona was really good. Kona airport needs to upgrade their chairs in waiting areas they hard picnic benches. Flight crew talked all night kept people up in the back. Absolutely no ability to sleep. Worst chair and comfort ever. Barley made connection to Las Vegas."

I would hope that there would be some sort of compensation."
