Cons: The plane stopped at an airport between Shanghai and Kunming, which was not shown in iteneray. I got off at this airport thinking I arrived in Kunming. . I was told that I have to check in again at Kunming. When I tried to check in again, there was only one person in the entire airport checking in passengers and she spoke no English. We finally figured out what had happened and barely made it back to the plane before it departed for Kunming.

Pros: some of the meals were tasty.

Cons: No WiFi on the flight back, poor entertainment choices, overall an uncomfortable flight experience.

Pros: Nothing. It was a horrible experience.

Cons: They could have checked in our bags but didn't. They could have been more courteous. They could have checked us in through to our final destination (Seattle) but didn't. I will never fly China Eastern again.

Cons: China Eastern seems to be cutting corners in Business Class - cheap headphones, significantly reduced food quality, non-functional WiFi and cabin attendants with very limited English fluency.

Pros: We were in business class, and everything was just awesome, considering there were only 4 passengers in the cabin. So it was quiet and private.

Cons: It’s BYOE. Zero entertainment amenities. (They do offer you IPAD). No slippers or eye shades.... its a four flight to Guam.

Pros: On time. Very professional. Staff works hard. This was the longest flight I’ve ever done; 16.5 hrs and I can’t tell you how great everyone at Cathay Pacific was. They made a difficult flight quite bearable. That’s saying something.

Cons: No landing form!!

Pros: The crew went above and beyond the meet my needs. I requested the Cathay draft beer Betsy which wasn't loaded, unfortunately, but the crew managed to find one in economy.

Cons: It was annoying the entertainment content on the A350 and 777-300ER were slightly different. I was watching a show but could not finish it.

Pros: Cathay Pacific continues to delivery a stellar experience in first class even on shorter legs such as the soon to be discontinued New York to Vancouver flight (888/865). They even brought back Krug, which they opened on the ground no less in New York, and offer access to AA Flagship Dining at JFK which itself offers flagship dining.

Pros: All went Well, no delays, good service.

Cons: I paid more than 1500 ringgit for the bags, although the booking of the trip was comprehensive. Unfortunately the site disappointed me

Pros: I loved that the airline offered several meals, snack options and drinks. The attendants were amazing and would highly recommend Singapore airlines to anyone flying internationally

Cons: The limited arm room/personal space. Not much leg room in economy for a 10 hour flight. Would be nice if airlines would decrease the number of seats and give a little more room so people aren’t hitting each other in the head with their arms

Pros: Spacious Premium Economy seats with excellent flight attendants looking after general wellness of customers.

Cons: In-Flight Wi-Fi has archaic plans… 30MB Chat App-only Plan for 2-Hours. It also usually has a pause button to halt and resume the internet session later, but there wasn’t one this time.

Pros: Three of us were sitting separately. Airline is able to accommodate us so that we get to sit together in a section where there is extra leg room.

Cons: They were not able to seat me next to my partner despite us having booked/selected our seats 6 months in advance. Additionally, the check in process took forever and we had a bunch of issues getting on the flight

Pros: The leg room in economy class was average. Not too cramped. There were good selection of entertainment options to watch/listen.

Cons: The care and friendliness of the staff needs improvement. The quality of the food was poor. Additionally the boarding process needs to be better organized. Property sequence and queues need to be maintained and followed through.

Cons: I could not check in because the system cannot link my flight legs and as such it considered that I’m going to Europe although I’m just transiting in Europe. So it required a visa which I don’t have.

Cons: Online check-in had website issues and did not allow seat selection. Web check-in and on board service need significant improvements. Would not fly Etihad again; much higher standards and better service with Emirates or Qatar Air.

However, the flight attendants don't give you any trouble when you want to just get up and walk around and talk to people. It gives the plane a roomy atmosphere. You can go to spacier sections of the plane to hang out.
