Pros: "The crew was amazing. It was my first time flying so I was a little nervous but they made me feel safe and welcomed. The friendly crew was honestly what made the whole experience great."

Pros: "This was the most fabulous crew I have ever flown with on ANY flight in so many years of my travels! It was un-imaginable as to what they did, they left no stone unturned to make sure we were comfortable, fed us with awesome food every now and then. Were looked after like babies! Thank you SQ!"

Pros: "Friendly efficient staff. plane 777 business class seat comfortable, and flat bed, once you figured out how to operate it was also comfortable. Food was good but not excellent compared to previous flights."
Cons: "Singapore Airlines business class lounge in Melbourne was less than impressive and the food was atrocious. Lounge in Singapore was large but still overcrowded. Amenities much better and the food was plentiful and interesting."
Pros: "I will only use Singapore Air for anywhere they fly. They really care about their passangers, 2 checked bags 1 carryon no charge, no airline does that. They constantly feed u & alcoholic beverages all at no extra charge. Flight attendants always have a smile on their flight. In flight entertainment was great, touch screen and remote controller. They supply earbuds, socks, toothbrush and paste."

Cons: "Sitting in a middle seat. Was told at the jetway counter no aisle or window seats were available. I saw no fewer than 5 empty aisle seats in my area."
Pros: "Seats in economy were larger than United. Food was good for airplane food, even found a last minute vegetarian meal not ordered ahead. Appreciated a gratis glass of wine. Found a clean pillow and blanket in every seat upon boarding."
Cons: "My screen had to be reset twice as it froze up. The attendants kept taking my water cups despite them not being empty. Boarding was less than organized, could have been more efficient. We made up time, arriving a few minutes early even after departing late."

Pros: "That the A380 was only 70%full, resulting in me getting three seats to myself. I was able to stretch out and sleep for most of the flight. Food and service were top notch. Better value than Lufthansa or American, for the overall flight experience. You could fly cheaper, but not better, in economy."

Pros: "The staff was very responsive and the food was great. Ground staff in SIngapore helped me to modify the tickets due to us missing our connection to Phuket. Very helpful. Irene at the transfer desk was an excellent manager. The wheel chair staff was excellent all through."

Pros: "My wife and I flew from Los Angeles to Seoul. The entire experience was incredible. From check in to disembarking, we were well taken care of. Gracious service and complimentary drinks throughout the flight with a full spectrum entertainment system!"

Cons: "For heaven's sake, please don't announce a boarding procedure and then not follow it. If you want to have a free-for-all rugby scrum to get on the plane, so be it. But don't announce boarding by rows/groups and then not make even a lame attempt to adhere to it."
Cons: "old plane, boarding ramp smelled musty, food not nice, entertainment system was old not touch screen, male crew not patient with passengers, drinks stingy(split a can of soda with other passengers, and gave you a 1/4 cup). When asked for more OJ with breakfast was told they would come back later(mouth was very dry due to the air). Not impressed as we paid good money for the ticket with the poor service"

Pros: "Check in and boarding were flawless. The flight left about one hour late. The seats in coach are getting smaller and smaller. I got an aisle seat to have a little extra room (I'm 6'1") only to get hit big time by the food cart (they did apologize). The food was plentiful, but mediocre at best. The flight attendants were working hard, but we're abrupt and tired. Overall, I have three stars, when in the past, flying SA was always a five star experience. It got me back home though. :)"

Cons: "The padding in my seat seemed to be a bit thin and became progressively more uncomfortable as the flight progressed. The in-flight entertainment systems are really showing some wear & tear. The screen was blurry, the letters on the control buttons had work off and the sound quality was terrible."
