Cons: Queuing lines could have been more organizered. Using stanchions would have helped organized the process. Also no one could hear the queuing instructions. Otherwise great flight!

Cons: Air New Zealand needs to get onto the TSA Precheck program and the agent at check-in (in the biz line) started scolding me for not meeting the economy baggage allowance (only 1 small 7kg carry on), but everything else was perfect. Best biz class flight I’ve ever had, mostly because of the cabin crew

Cons: Delayed almost an hour. Landed and had to wait in another queue to get off the plane. Been waiting 15 minutes on the runway. This is really ruining the only holiday weekend I get for months.
