Pros: "The staff was amazing"
Pros: "The crew was amazing. seats were comfortable. The seats will be super comfortable, if there are more leg space."
Pros: "Good boarding, good arrival gate"
Cons: "Old plane, entertainment system is very old and screen bad"
Pros: "Okay in general, nothing impressive"
Cons: "Food certainly need improvement, lacking in attention to ensure food quality. Crews need proper training in customer service."
Cons: "Singapore Airlines is so wildly overrated. The service is frequently poor, and the cabin environment dirty and old unless flying on their very latest planes. Even their A380s are now stale and musty. Not nice."
Cons: "Very cramped. Worst leg of the journey"
Pros: "The crew werr very helpful and patient and so many languages they knew. Impressive they need a raise"
Cons: "The seats were uncomfortable I slept 30 min at a time on my 14hr flight. The food is nice but a bit bland the first time its amazing but after more than 2 planes mix it up plz"
Pros: "The service is exceptional!"
Pros: "Staff are great and on board service was good. Boarding is always well organised from Changi however it was a full flight and as always half the passengers exceeded their carry on allowance. Rather than addressing this bags were flung everywhere no nowhere within your actual reach during the flight. Very annoying when you are a passenger who does the right thing."
Cons: "See above. No in flight entertainment makes you feel like you're flying with the low cost carrier rather than a full service airline."
Pros: "Five Star Singapore Service on board the aircraft."
Pros: "The staff is amazing and know what parents of bubs need."
Cons: "Flight was late due to the eternal airtraffic mess at suvanabhumi whenever it rains"
Pros: "Boarding was good and the flight time was shorter than expected."
Cons: "My son did not like any of the meal selections between beef and fish. We asked for a ramen noodle cup instead that the flight crew denied they had, only after seeing them offer it to another family just seconds before. I was very disappointed!! I believe the flight attendant knew of my concerns because she started asking me if the service was ok. If your doing a good job, then you won’t have to ask."
Pros: "Spacious and comfortable bed."
Cons: "The food wasn't that great. Average at best."
Pros: "It's not the cheapest way to fly but it's a great way to cross the Atlantic. Seats are big enough for 2, really. Lay flat beds make the night crossing east tolerable. You really can get several hours sleep. The cabin crew is outstanding, patient, and extremely responsive to requests. Two meals served were excellent. Entertainment choices were complete. After a number of flights in Economy on other airlines I'm spoiled by Singapore Airlines and also by Business Class. And their fares seemed much less than others for the JFK to FRA route. Had no idea this level of luxury existed on an airplane."
Cons: "My seat assignment was moved without explanation on our return flight, FRA to JFK. That was disappointing. The gate folks were apologetic but no real explanation given."
Pros: "I booked regular economy and flew to Tokyo that way, but put a bid in for premium economy for the flight home and got it. It's not a big upgrade (bigger display panel, a little more leg room, seat tilt and it has a leg rest) but those things made the flight for me."
Cons: "I don't have much on the down side front aside from the usual "would like more leg room" and "more seat tilt" so nothing new to report"
Pros: "The main course"
Cons: "Items missing or substituted in the veg but was ok in regular meals. In one veg serving, no salad or dessert was included. Margarine instead of butter for only in the veg meal."
Pros: "Everything was good"
Cons: "No complaints"
Pros: "Great experience"
Cons: "Seating arrangement was bad"
Pros: "Business seats were excellent"
Cons: "All was good!"
Cons: "Seats in economic class are not too contraint in space, food was good and entertainment system quite nice with large si play screen and large movie selection"
Pros: "Natalie is a friendly cheery diligent flight attendant who needs special mention. (Sigapore to Brusane fight 6.1.18)"
Pros: "I love traveling on Singapore airlines. They have excellent service and always on time. Their entertainment system is very good. I won't say excellent as I've seem Emirates and they still have along way to go to catch up."
Cons: "They did not give us the landing cards and we had to fill them in at the airport. Many were like us and I am surprised. Also for business class passengers they don't get into a priority lane as you see in Emirates and other airlines. while Singapore airline is very good, they still lack in the details."
Pros: "Non stop to HK"
Cons: "Staff wake you up very aggressively when meal time. Other airlines leave stickers. This is a long flight, be respectful. Will avoid for future."
Cons: "In flight crew manager in greenish dress was rude! Seemed like there weren’t enough restrooms on flight."
Pros: "Comfy chairs and good food on Singapore Airlines."
Cons: "Some of the male crew didn't do anything, the females did all the interactive work in serving and helping the disabled as far as I could see."
Pros: "Sound sleep"
Pros: "Main Entree hot"
Cons: "Cold bread; dessert similar sweetened gak"
Pros: "Upgraded to biz class, which was fantastic"
Pros: "The wonderfully kind and friendly air hosts and hostesses"
Pros: "Crew went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Seats seemed roomier in economy than other airlines. Lots on movie choices."
Cons: "I didn't care much for the meals, but my husband loved them."
Pros: "The attendants were helpful, smiling and friendly. The entire time We flew with an 18 month old and they came looking for us before he flight to help us carry our stuff on board. They gave her a toy, asked for her name, and checked on us often. They also gave my husband and I an option for early food service so that one of us could help our daughter eat. The movie selection was great. Take off, flight and landing were smooth. And we arrive half an hour early both directions!"
Pros: "The staff was very friendly and helpful. I got plenty of meals and they easily accommodated my vegetarian diet!"
Pros: "Courteous, Professional Crew. Amazing Service."
Cons: "old plane, boarding ramp smelled musty, food not nice, entertainment system was old not touch screen, male crew not patient with passengers, drinks stingy(split a can of soda with other passengers, and gave you a 1/4 cup). When asked for more OJ with breakfast was told they would come back later(mouth was very dry due to the air). Not impressed as we paid good money for the ticket with the poor service"
Pros: "Great staff. Aircrafts has more leg room. The food and entertainment was good as well."
Pros: "They treat you very nicely on Singapore Airlines - from warm washcloths to wine with your meal. Seats are comfortable and the long flight not so wearing."
Cons: "My husband reacted to the spicy beef/rice dish served for breakfast."
Pros: "I have never encountered nicer more professional staff. They always had smiles and seemed to really enjoy their jobs. I always tell friends if they have a chance to fly Singapore Airlines to do it. They won't regret it. Especially on long flights."
Cons: "I was in economy class but I would have liked more leg room. My knees where hurting from having little leg room."
Pros: "uncomfortable compared to the other flights"
Cons: "The entertainment was poor"
Pros: "The service"
Cons: "The quality of the red wine"
Cons: "charge a few $ more but serve some food on a 5 hour flight. very cold feeling"
Pros: "On my flight back I got to sit in premier economy and that was amazing !! I want to fly like that all the time! The leg room and space was perfect. The comfort of the chairs recline and foot rest that raised up was great. The big tray table that tucked away was nice. And side pockets for your stuff was great. The comfort of the bigger seats was just excellent and they looked newer. On my flight back from Frankfurt to NYC that was the best flight I ever have taken."
Cons: "The only thing was the food wasn't the best. But I did have Ice cream and that was good. The rice was good and beverages was good. The rest wasn't the best."
