Boarding was haphazard after people with small children or walking difficulties
The airplane was as hot as a sauna upon boarding. I was dripping with sweat. Something needs to be done about that.
Lufthansa has outsourced their ground crew to a company in Bengaluru. This company is really not dedicated to customer service. Very disappointed as this does not reflect Lufthansa’s service that I remember from before.
Boarding process was hectic and unorganized. Delayed for hours, THEN delayed for weather.
We bought tickets with Lufthanza from Kayak for flight operated by United..
It never happened. Bumped 2 times then cancelled. 4 cancelled flights after that
Boarding was smooth and efficient (no waiting on bridge and in plane). Flight crew was very much focussed on passenger comfort.
Good flight, but left late and food was only okay!
Poor. Flight was late. We were locked inside the gate area with no way to leave to get some food or a decent meal. No seating. No information from Lufthansa all along. Very bad
Boston Logan is a crummy airport - signage is terrible or lacking in areas. Boarding seemed to be a free for all and with all the different airlines speaking, you couldn't tell who was supposed to be where and when. Plain and simple, airlines should board from the back of the plane to the front. Also someone was sitting in my seat. By the time that was figured out, I had to place my overhead behind me which made de-planing more difficult. Logan is not Lufthansa's fault so that is not on them, Boarding is on them! Still, overall it was a Good Experience flying with Lufthansa. This is not my first flight with them...
