The plane was very old and uncomfortable. Service was very slow!

Much better this time than our previous. We had Been thinking we wouldn’t fly with emirates again. I have a wheat allergy so request a gluten free meal. The meals provided in the past have been mostly inedible. So dry and hard and tasteless. I see what my husband gets given with a packed tray with treats and mine is uninviting and awful. I actually was hangry with little food and not able to eat and enjoy what was given to me 😡 This last flight was an improvement. The first meal was edible tho no treats, why can’t a chocolate be given like on the regular trays. I realise you are trying to make the gluten free a dairy free and probably vegetarian one at the same time to save you dollars tho it’s shocking to receive. The snack sandwich given was much better and edible, not hard and dry as previous trips. The final meal received, Breakfast had more variety and treats on it, thank you for that. At last.!!

Emirates is always great experience, however, they should reopen their lounge in Istanbul. The IGA lounge is not worth it

The customer service was very poor. I didn’t get any accommodations for my cancelled flight. I was without any sleep for 36 hours.

Worst ever. No assistance and communication from Emirates crew. No visibility of when the flight is flying. Couldn’t understand if we can go to lounge to take rest. Emirates system at a certain point said flight is not operating and suggested to take the next flight and in few minutes it suddenly opened the gate for boarding. unsupportive and rude crew. Worst experience ever. Flight was delayed by 5 hours so need the compensation for that.

On the Dubai-Gatwick flight the only meal options were Beef or Chicken. No vegetarian option. This was a surprise. I would usually order in advance but did not this time. Would have been good to know that a vegetarian meal is not available as a standard meal. Thankfully it was just me travelling, but if I’d had my kids with me that would have been a big problem for us.

Didn’t like it at all. Cabin crew unfriendly. Very bad experience.

Service needs to improve. Air hostess do not register flyers request and we need to keep on repeating our request to them on multiple occasions

Checkin and boarding staff at Delhi Airport is not cooperative with passengers Their behavior very humiliating . They don’t allow Lap top bag and Ladies’ purse/vanity bag which most of the airlines allow besides cabin baggage and check in baggages. They try to charge extra payment on the pretext of small variations which normally other Airlines staff don’t do. Airline staff should be courteous & cooperative but check in staff of Emirates Airline at Delhi was not so at all.

Check in desk people constrained by fear. Obvious typo on Uganda visa, even though approved, caused loss of flight. Something is definitely wrong with this system.

As gold member there is no priority checkin. Meaning you either have to board with your zone or last with business class pax. As economy pax all the baggage bays are filled by the time you arrive

Just happy I flew Qatar Airways awesome no wonder they are #1 in the world right now! The food was just delicious, very courteous, professional crew.

There’s lots of problem I faced from Bom to Doha that experience was worst I never faced before like this

From Montreal to Doha , we habe two complaints : 1) They want to charge for Seat Selection, claiming that the Class of ticket bought on Kayak did not cover seat selection. It such a penny pinching rule, I told them, since we paid almost $20,000 our 3 tickets , that rule should never exist. Also I reserved my tickets so many months ahead, I expected they will naturally put the family together or move somebody else to keep our family seating together. I filed a complaint, and NOBODY ANSWERED. 2) In Montreal, Qatar has an arrangement with the National Bank Lounge. It was so overcrowded and the Lounge is so bad in terms of service and food, amenities etc... The WORST lounge . Why Qatar not have another arrangement their Business Class clients in Montreal. The Air France KLM Lounger is better, the Air Canada Lounge is better. Qatar should send somebody to take a look ! Joseph Chung

Was required to print a boarding pass, which I'd prefer to avoid. Seat (economy x) was comfortable, service was excellent.

On this route the plane was also late and I almost missed a connecting flight to Tashkent. Moreover, my bag did not arrive with the same plane and only on the next flight from Istanbul. I was supposed to travel further from Tashkent to Astana and Saudi Arabia and if I didn't collect my bag in Tashkent I would have missed the next flights because I couldn't travel without my bag and all valuables inside it.

It was ok. This flight was for my 80 year old grandparents and when they arrived to Beirut no wheelchair (as requested) was waiting for them. My grandpa had to pick up his own luggage, he got soooo tired. No one to help him as we submitted the request ahead of time

The inflight Wi-Fi was poor or non-existent however the entertainment system was good. The staff are good and effective but don’t really relate well to the travellers (a smile and a “how are you” would not go astray). Not the worst airline, but if they improve they could be leaders.

Great service, great food, and comfortable business class seats... Friendly and professional flight attendants and ground crew, overall 5 star experience!

Movie selection was ok, but could be better. Would like to see greater selection of newer movies.

It was a nightmare. I booked business class ticket from Ediburgh to Beirut via Istanbul to attend a funeral. I had a wonderful experience flying to Istanbul from Edinburgh. Then I could not get a boarding pass issued to Beirut. It seems that although they booked me and I had a reservation number, I had no seat allocated and the flight was full. I was asked to go from one desk to another and made to wait for 2 hours. I missed my flight as I did not have a seat assigned and it was full. The only option was to put me on the next flight, 6 hours later, for a fee of over $400. They said that was the best they can do to 'help me' and to 'take it or leave it'. Well, I was not about to be bullied; I stood my ground. I booked and paid premium for the journey, which was confirmed. The eventually accepted to not charge me extra and i waited a total of over 8 hours in the airport with no compensation. On top of my grief with the risk of missing the funeral service, I had to put up with their indifference and condescending attitude. They spoke about me in Turkish thinking I would not understand (I hold a British passport) in front of me. When they eventually handed my passport and boarding pass back to me, I showed them I was born in Istanbul and that I understood everything and said a condescending 'thank you' back to them in Turkish. You should have seen their faces. I said that consumers have rights and it is a shame that Turkish Airlines does not have good customer service to at least acknowledge and apologize for errors committed by the airline. Blaming the me, the client, for such an error and placing unreasonable ultimatums, rudeness and dismissiveness to be rid of me, particularly when I was vulnerable and visibly grieving was really shocking... The airline taints the city of Istanbul and the people of Türkiye. Such a shame.

The flight departed on time and the staff was professional.

The main issue was every single flight and connection was delayed. That made for a very stressful run through Frankfurt airport both ways. Other than that it was much better than other cheap flights, but basic. The cabin staff were great.

We bought tickets with Lufthanza from Kayak for flight operated by United..

It never happened. Bumped 2 times then cancelled. 4 cancelled flights after that

The flight was canceled and the airline didn't even bother to notify passengers. It was Kayak that did a great job.

Lufthansa staff was fantastic, but the airport was a mess. I was at this airport in the past and I have never experienced any problem, but this time it was nutty because of soccer tournament: UEFA 2024 championship

The Lufthansa ground staff at bengaluru airport was completely unhelpful. There was a single line to check in for all passengers, those that checked in via the self service kiosk and everyone else. The bag drop counters were not staffed and the as a result we wound up standing in line after getting our bag tag and boarding passes just to drop off the luggage. Also there was one counter for economy class resulting in long wait time. There are lots of personnel milling around but not able to do anything.

Boarding was smooth and efficient (no waiting on bridge and in plane). Flight crew was very much focussed on passenger comfort.

Good flight, but left late and food was only okay!

Tiny, cramped seats with minimum leg room and hard armrests. Basic needs like a seat and luggage came with an additional charge. Budget airline amenities with premium airlune cost. I won't use this airline again.

I wasn’t able to make my flight due to Kayak’s inability to simply update my name on my trip from Nick to Nicholas. I would like a refund.
