Pros: Everything was so so ... overall a comfortable flight

Cons: Not much.. just your typical flight

Cons: The food really sucked. And what I didn’t like was that if you buy through Kayak you don’t get to pick seats so I was thrown in a middle seat when I requested aisle or window. It was uncomfortable.

Cons: The seats and the flight entertainment.

Cons: Honestly, this was my first time flying with Hawaiian Airlines and I was very impressed with the overall professionalism and how thorough the staff was in making sure everyone had their seatbelts on when necessary. They were also very kind and friendly.

Cons: I could not get a connection to any of the entertainment. Our flight Attendant, Hunter was awesome!!!! What a sweetheart and he was extremely attentive.

Pros: The crew opening up two lanes for boarding.

Cons: We were 45 min. delayed. I got updates so no big deal, really.

Cons: Flight was delayed. No information given to passengers for several minutes. No attendant at the the gate to obtain information.

Pros: Hawaiian Air is very well run. Just a good experience compared to the other carriers... I wish Delta and United's fleets were as clean and efficient.

Cons: Customer Affairs Office's lack of communication and follow through was not even poor...it was non-existent! I guess bereavement requests doesn't mean much to them. The worst part is that they request you to jump through hoops and when you do, it is met with silence. They won't get my business.

Pros: I always enjoy flying Hawaiian to Hawaii since the experience starts on the plane. And their kind service helps lots. The pilot was good also, with extremely smooth take off and landing and alerting to turbulence.

Pros: The food, seat comfort, entertainment system and departure on time with an early arrival. I had lost my family heirloom money clip in the seat. The crew sent the flight agent Justin back to meet me at the gate and he went in and looked twice finding it on the second trip in.

Pros: The convenience of the flight route was appreciated. Hawaiian has an excellent safety record which gave us peace of mind.

Cons: The first hour of the plane was extremely turbulent; and crew gave us no warning or update regarding the flight conditions. Flight crew were unwelcoming, and the food was of course not good.
