The crew was fantastic. They did their utmost to accommodate our needs throughout the flight. Definitely Singapore Airlines is the best.

There should have been a breakfast served prior to landing, but no food service after 1 a.m. though flight arrived at 7:40 a.m. Timing of meals was not convenient for me at all. They wake you up at 1 a.m. for your main dinner. I would have preferred to sleep until 5 a.m. then have a good breakfast. The amenity kit in Business Class was substandard when compared to other airlines"

Ground staff was waiting for me with a small car after I disembarked to drive me to the gate. And I somehow made my connection. Excellent service. Obviously my checked bag didn't make it, but I was told in advance and was kept updated before boarding and immediate after I disembarked at my final destination. When I went to the baggage service counter, they were already ready for me, had filled out my paperwork, and just needed an address to confirm the delivery of my suitcase. I'm super impressed to this attention to detail."

Food is great, both in presentation and taste, and serve with refined courtesy... I will gladly fly on this aircraft again on my way back."

While boarding at Qatar at Gate C1 there was a women called Samreen and I wasn’t even asking her for help, I was talking to another crew member and I just requested him for a window seat when he asked why I said I was claustrophobic so I would prefer. I just requested I didn’t yell at anyone but this crew member- Samreen yelled at me in front of everyone which was very rude and embarrassing.
Boarding was fast.The airplane was small, and was shaking in the the sky a lot.
Didn’t announce reason for delay. Staff was vague about departure time. Flight crew could have asked if we need help in figuring out the controls and adjustments. Staff needs to be more helpful
After 4 flights in one month with Qatar I opened up an account to become a member. I will not be using any other airline unless I absolutely have to.

The spread of seating on the plane made no sense with many open seats but also many squashed rows of people. The crew was visibly tired and irritated, they also ran out of a few catering items. It seemed as if last minute, a few different flights were combined into this one which lowered the quality."

Pros: "I really like the Qatar flight from Auckland to Manchester. But beware now that the Akl leg leaves 1 hour later the transit in Doha is officially 1.15hr. But since the first leg is always getting in and you have to bus to the terminal, transit time is about 30 mins. Although they are efficient and i made it this time, i wouldn't want to do this with kids."

Cons: "Due to a misunderstanding at check-in we have been seated away from a baby bassinette (although booked) to sit together with my husband, nobody asked what my preference would be (sitting as a whole family or having a bassinette) and a 17-hour flight with a 9month old baby constantly on my lap was challenging. Also a very disappointing selection of films and documentaries for adults. I ended watching a kids movie with my older daughter and it was the only thing I found appealing. Kids section very good though, my 5-year old was glued to the screen and all the options had my approval :)"

At the airport in Doha the flight representative went above and beyond to accommodate better seating for myself and my son. Luckily it was not a full flight and lots of the passengers had plenty of space. The staff is VERY friendly and VERY professional. I will definitely be giving this airline my hard earned money in the future for reservations as much as I can!!!!"

There was very little room to move as their body habitus spilt over onto my seating area and occupied the arm space. There needs to be serious consideration to make it mandatory for overweight/obese passengers to purchase two seats to accommodate their size."

Wheelchair service always a weak point in Heathrow...
Cons: "Seats are very tight and are short on comfort. The "occupied" toilet signs not working causing queues. On meals, forget the things that are impossible to to sustain in a fresh/tasty state, like melon, Tomatoes fried, certain types of sandwich where the bread absorbs any liquid/juice, overuse of rolls. The meals are tested under almost clinical conditions, who ever travels Economy and tastes the food in situ. Put more of the edible foood in. People prefer a single course meal as against a 3 course with dead ends on each side of the main."

Cons: "Dear Sir or Madam: My two colleagues and I bought our tickets from BWI to Geneva, via London Heathrow, through Kayak as I have many times in the past. However, the Kiwi.com travel agency did not flag that the ticket from BWI to London Heathrow allowed for one piece of checked luggage, but the ticket from London Heathrow onwards to Geneva did not allow for any checked luggage. Also astonishingly, we had to pass through Customs, reclaim our checked suitcases from the baggage carousel, and check in again through Customs to board the onward flight, both coming and going through London Heathrow. In addition to the extraordinary inconvenience that we could neither transit at London Heathrow to our connecting flight without going through Customs twice and that we could not check our luggage through to our final destination, we also had to foot a higher baggage charge to allow for checking in our suitcases, now that we had arrived in London Heathrow only to discover this that our onward ticket did not cover one piece of checked luggage. Had we known that the seemingly better price posted by Kiwi.com on Kayak’s comparative offerings came at such a high price of inconvenience and additional expense for the luggage, we would have taken our business elsewhere. It was deceptive of Kiwi.com to engage in such practices, even if it disclosed these conditions in fine print (for no one would expect, nor have I ever seen previously in the hundreds of flights I have taken as a Million Miler on United), without flagging this. And similarly, it was irresponsible of Kayak.com to allow this “apples with oranges” comparison on its website. I’m making three more international trips in December, but I’m inclined not to use either Kayak.com and most certainly not Kiwi.com for future airline ticket purchases."
Pros: "I left my laptop behind accidentally in the hand luggage space as I had to separate my hand luggage due to other seats nearby who boarded earlier used the space over my seating row. BA crew found my laptop and the swiss lost property retrieved it for me. Very thankful for their honesty"

I was impressed at the way the captain managed the delayed departure taking time to brief the passengers at the boarding gate. When we eventually changed planes and moved to another gate to board it all went without a hitch."
Cons: "I had to pay for my standard seat selection, even within the 24 hour period. They wouldn't serve me tap water, I had to pay for a bottle. The boarding process was abyssmal. Not a great trip."

Cons: "The online check-in didn't work, the phone customer service only answered after a 20 min hold and was unhelpful, the seats were so close that the seat in front of me hit me in the head when the woman sitting in it reclined, and the gate attendant was rude. People taking this flight and expecting to do work or watch the in-flight entertainment shouldn't. There is not enough space to use your laptop and when the person in front of you reclines while you are trying to read, not only won't you be able to read but you won't be able to watch a movie either (unless you are very short) since the screen is tilted accordingly."

Cons: "Big negative was switching planes at Heathrow. Heathrow transfer services for people with their own wheelchairs was a horror. At one point we were put on a shuttle bus underscored with no body to help us when we disembarked . Once someone showed up they complained that they had to push wheelchair so far to gate which of course was the furthest distance away."
Cons: "I always expect water to be handed out, but I guess this flight was too short so I had to ask for a cup of water. That's all. Not a big deal. They brought me water."

I was not able to reserve seats online for some reason; therefore the staff at check in should know that they should try to reserve three seats together for a parent traveling with two pre-teen kids."

The flight attendants allowed a group of four passenger to stand during almost the entire flight in the aisles and in my row, making it difficult for people to get around them and didn't allow for an enjoyable flying experience."

Not "cut rate" airline fares, but a "cut rate" airline service. 3.5 hour flight and they now even impose a charge for a drink of water. No complimentary amenities at all. A fee now for even water? Not what I expected from BA."

Pros: "I booked tickets,6 weeks before the flight,but the day of departure, I was told those tickets could not be issued until I was oblidgd to pay a huge sum,3 times of my orignally paid on the line,6 weeks before,or I would miss this flight. Complicated and stressful experience for me on this day of my departure!! I was scared. Now , after my return, I contact the BRITISH AIRWAY,and the reception lady was very helpful, eventually found out their system had a problem that day,so now she promised to refund me."
