Plane a little late departing, but not an issue. The pilots humour when he said “I will try to make up some time…. I know a few short cuts to Adelaide” made the passengers chuckle. This is what makes Qantas “Australian”.
I have never had a problem with flying Qantas, so this flight was the same as any other.
I was thrilled with the bottle of water, blanket, pillow, earphones, and little packet of toothbrush, toothpaste, earplugs. I was very satisfied with the meals and snacks and drinks. I alao was very grateful to have a seat that backs up against the lavatory, as it made it very easy to get to the bathroom without being jumped in line, as so often happens in the airplane. Of course that was just a random strike of luck, but it really made a difference.
Food was great. Customer Service not so much! Flight Delays.
The plane was delayed about 3 hours so anything else is immaterial
It was so hot on the plane mixed with being quite turbulent and a rough landing. We all felt very nauseous for hours afterwards. Crew were lovely though.
Internet on internation flights is a basic comodity. Very disappointed. Same entertainment that has been on for the past year. Update your content for frequent flyers
The international flight from Sydney to Dallas had great food. I have travelled a lot over the years and this has been the most memorable in my experience so far.
flight delayed, wait in crowded gate. staff inattentive. had to remind them to get my coat from their closet. not many new movies, media choices were limited (nothing compared to Emirates.) Lounge was crowded
Just some cookies and water. There could be other options for food.
Airline lost my luggage and after 20 days it has not been returned nor refunded any money.
I do not speak Spanish or read in Spanish When asking for help, people were hard to find they spoke quickly and pointed a lot directions for where to go and what to do we’re unclear. Which made my traveling uneasy.

I didn't realize they didn't have bathrooms on the plane. Almost had a very bad situation.
Everything was as you would expect in coach - fine. Flight was close to on time.
Everthing ok , crew very nice but but we had a bad experience with the wheel chair we had to wait too much for the chair, my husband couldn’t walk and he was in lot of pain , LATAM has to take care of that
It’s been some time since I saw the plane and the cabin that old and worn out.
I loved how polite the crew was even though some of them wasn't the best with English that they still done everything they could to help me with my needs food was amazing
Terrible They charged me 157$ for excess baggage even though my bags were within the normally accepted limits Flight was late. Service was poor. The snacks were really bad
Miserable. Active military on orders turned away from Lounge because not in uniform. This is completely contrary to United’s online lounge access policy. Sad that employees aren’t trained better. This is not the United Airlines my parents used to regularly fly with.

How would you rate my experience when I was stuck in YOW without being offered a cup of water by the airline?
No real agent onsite helping you for missing luggage there. Not like the other airline next to UA desk, they have staff attending in their desk assisting answer/helping luggage issue, even after midnight.
Flight was delayed due to the late arrival of the catering truck, which is quite unacceptable. There was a beverage service, but no pretzel, or cookie, or nuts were served in coach.
We ended up with seats in the very back. So they did not recline. Have no idea why, we reserved and checked in very early. The isles were very narrow and the seats had very little leg room. But they did give us water, and a snack.
Do not like the feeling of being in the basic economy. Everyone should feel good no matter what.
The crew was doing their best on an old plane needing updating. Chairs that creaked and wouldn’t stay in position. My tray table was unusable as was on-board entertainment due the audio needing usb earphones (that were not provided). Prior to boarding in Toronto and despite being scheduled for a wheelchair and assistance, we were dropped off by clubcar without a wheelchair which I found myself by a gate. Due to no boarding gate assigned at that time we waited and when it was, it subsequently was moved from 64 to 95. No help could be found so I pushed my husband’s chair to that furthest gate in the airport at the highest speed possible for a 73 year old. And by that I mean I ran. It was a very stressful experience.

American is a steady for me. I always get what I expect from them. Sincere effort to get me from one place to another.
The preferred seats where awful. Impossible to use them again
I like the boarding process, it was fast. The seat doesn’t have a TV for a long flight and food wasn’t served, just snacks.
Horrible - they lied to me about baggage & boarding, even though I specifically spoke to their agents the day before my flight about my issue. When I showed up they did not let me board and stranded me at my airport until I bought a new flight with money I did not have to spend.
Not sure why JAL partnered with American Airlines because their service is no where near similar. Flight attendants were not friendly and didn’t smile. Food was horrible…
We sat on the plane for 1 hour because the airline was short handed could not be unloading.
I grand parents didn’t receive any special treatment they are seniors even i ask for wheelchair
Flight from Phoenix to London was very quiet. Excellent space available for comfort, couldn't fault
It was a horrible snow storm, but updates were inconsistent and the app never displayed a remotely accurate time or gate until very close to boarding.
There was a situation before take off with a passager but the flight crew and others handled it very well. The flight attendants were great!
Worst experience ever! Will NEVER use Kayak or Air Canada again!
Delayed twice, and as always, planes are cramped and too crowded, for the high price of a ticket, air travel in Canada is horrible service and value.
The plane was boarding at gate 50 and there was a flight to Toronto at gate 52 making the boarding are chaotic and busy.
Long fight… The staff is very friendly and the meal provided was nice.
Air Canada had a lot of delays on our flight going back to Seattle. So much inconvenience for a long trip.
LATE AGAIN. Seems like each time I use Air Canada there are delays ... extra 2 hours this time, making for a 22-hr day for me!!! The gate people did not seem to know what they were doing with loading people, unloading, checking carry-ons, letting some go ... very unorganized from Toronto to Detroit! Would have been faster to drive
The Air Canadian personnel were all very professional and friendly. I will definitely fly on them again.
Terrible experience! All flights delayed, staff had no idea of what they were doing, and at the end luggage lost for 2 days!

The trip was fine and uneventful. The seat in business class was very uncomfortable which was disappointing given the extra cost. It was spacious but it felt like I was sitting on metal bars. The food in business class wasn't very good. The flight was ahead of time, the staff was professional and courteous and our luggage arrived safely.
