The elevator was out of service but the staff was really helpful and I really did not mind it at all and they did not charge fthe parking fee. Cons: I arrived at 11pm to find out that they overbooked. Despite being a loyal Platinum member with Hyatt, they sent me to another, far inferior location several miles away. The only logic they provided was that it was cruise season. I'm never staying here again.

Geoff came outside and helped carry in luggage. I arrived early but was still able to check in. Every staff member was kind and friendly. They were also able to make last minute reservations to Sky city for 4. The room was nice, great location, free shuttle service and free bike rentals!

This is just for one night, had I known about all the taxes added to the parking I would of parked in the parking lot located less then a block away. Big disappointment since the first time I had stayed here it was amazing. The rooms are not worth the price. For some reason I had booked two different rooms and to accommodate they had me check out of one on Saturday and into the room next door on Sunday. When I went to check out it was more then a headache and they had to send us to a completely different room then we were promised. Then to check out and recieve another bill of 67 was just another headache.

Cons: Spider in my sink. Also, it appeared that one of the double beds had been slept in and just remade. I was too tired to deal with it so I didn't bother to address it with the staff and just slept in the other one.

Cons: Our room was not very toddler friendly. All the door locks were easily disabled and we had to jam the desk chair in front of the patio door to keep the door shut and my son inside.
Also, the room had a shower only, not a tub and shower but luckily, we had a friend staying in another room in the hotel with a tub, so I was able to bathe my son there.
Our room was located in the corner of the hotel, next to the laundry room and if we wanted to utilize the complementary wi-fi, we had to be in the bathroom or the entry hallway of our room. Otherwise, the signal was too faint to use.

We never ended up using the table for much beyond an extra place to set things and charge electronics, but having plates and utensils ready to use was very convenient. The bed was extremely comfortable, as were the pillows. The room was exceptionally clean, as was the rest of the hotel. Continental breakfast was light and delicious. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful and answered all of our questions.

Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. Helpful when i forgot something in my room and they've fedexed it back to me.
We'll be going back, apparently there is a piano bar at the side of the building that is amazing.
I suggest a first floor room, the high ceilings were amazing!

Cons: We didn't know ahead of time until reading reviews about them offering continental breakfast. It is fruit and pastries only with limited seating in a lounge atmosphere (sofas and chairs). Muffins, croissants, cut melons, whole apples and bagels with cream cheese or jam (no toaster available though). There is a menu to order more but it's hard to eat a regualr breakfast sitting on a sofa. There is also no view if your room at the back of hotel unless you like a painted wall.

Cons: Parking was a challenge but the lot around the block had an early bird option for the day we were able to take use. All of Seattle was like this however. Door staff helpful with suggestions around parking.
The bathroom fixtures were functional, the bath tub wasn't ideal, but, I think it was actually original! If you like antique you'll forgive it's appearance. It was an interesting bathroom.

Pros: we stayed here to be close to the swedish hospital since our daughter was having surgery on her eyes. we booked it last minute and just went off of the pictures and other reviews. we loved it! the staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was cozy and comfortable. everything was very modern in the room and the bathroom has a great shower. it was very clean as well. i liked that they had a restaurant downstairs and a fridge downstairs that had drinks/snacks to purchase. i would stay here again. it was also very quiet.
the only downside was that the parking garage was too small for our car (our car is very tall). also, the street that its on/by is going through construction so it was hard to get to and from our hotel.

Cons: The location was poor for getting around and finding, the staff was not friendly at all, and the cost of the hotel was high considering where it was and there wasn’t any amenities. The hotel bar was overpriced and the parking was very high for it not being valet. Our key had to be reset 3 times before it would work which was also frustrating. I requested a fan for our room (for noise while sleeping) and they didn’t have one in the hotel. Also, the room didn’t have a DVD player.

Cons: Very late check-in policy (5pm), met some attitude about wanting to rent the room I had booked (rather than a room across town), and brought to 5 different rooms in two different buildings 10 blocks apart to find a room that had been cleaned. Ended up staying in a different building about 1/4 mile from the room I had rented. Not a great check-in experience.

Cons: When checking in we were warned that we needed to keep our key cards away from cellphones and credit cards - that it would cause them to not work. Having to return to the room to pick something up before leaving for the day the following morning my partner's key did not work and she picked up my key and it did not work. Neither key had been exposed to credit cards or cellphones. The front desk staffer was seemingly polite but did get snippy when I complained. This excuse is ridiculous as cell phones and credit cards cannot cause a key card to demagnetize. The problem is in the magnetizer, the way it is operated, or the room card readers. It is not the fault of the customer which is implied. I am not happy about this treatment.
Also, the breakfast area is way too small to accommodate the number of guests using it. It was a zoo and spilled out into the lobby. There needs to be another more private area to eat and the serving area should be expanded.

Cons: The hotel was old and smelled bad. I didn't even want to bring food back to the hotel since the odor was so foul. I tried asking for a refund but since I booked through a 3rd party. The staff named Zac said I couldn't get a refund if I left early. But his supervisor could probably do it he said. But yet he did not ask her to do it. I booked tues-Sunday. But left Thursday Instead with no refund. Just avoid this hotel unless if you are traveling alone and need to save a few bucks.

Cons: Hairs in the tub, and the worst water pressure, and a shower head below my eye-line, meaning I was bending down, squatting almost, to try and shower with 50% water pressure.

Cons: No parking, no hair dryer, phone but not plugged in. Bathroom was clean but low shower head and toilet seat was worn out. First room we were given was under remodel, opening the door was a shock with the bathroom completely torn out, mattress in the closet and the shower/bath tub surround in the main living area. The motel is old, and it smells like it. Window air conditioner really loud and made funny noises all night but you don't dare open the windows because of transients outside wondering all night and having loud conversations. The price was bizarre but figured it being close to the event we were going to would make it worthwhile. Not the case, would not stay again even at a lower rate.

Cons: Mildew, mold, water damage and more. It was not a sanitary place to stay. You can tell the owners picked the cheapest options for everything. We could see a homeless camp outside the window. The room was dusty and not well cleaned. At least the mattresses looked pretty new but there was no bed bug protection. Other than the room being disgusting.... Our other trouble was we found the room we booked going for less than HALF what we paid for it!!!! We paid 160 for a one queen room and the NEXT DAY it was online on the same site for 70! We booked online so there's nothing they can do about the rate. They wouldn't even refund our 20$ parking fee! I requested a call from the manager and still haven't got one. I do not recommend this place at all.

The Shuttle services were great. The driver and cost overall made it so worth it.
Breakfast was simple, clean, delicious. The lady behind the counter always made it to say good morning and if anyone needed anything to let her know. She was the sweetest.
Location was convenient- the bus was right out front, the walk to the Space Needle and that main area was less than 10mins. Gas Station around the corner too.

We went to the hotel and asked if they could still hold our bags since we had faulty travel plans and they were more than willing. Despite Kayak being very difficult to work with, Quality Inn was more than understanding.

Cons: The website says they offer early check in and upon calling and then arrival I was informed that it is “false advertising” by the young woman at the front desk and they don’t actually offer early check in.
