Beds were great and everything was so close
Better parking options would have stayed longer but to pay 50 valet or 36 two blocks away / a day just for parking took us to a different location
It need freshening up decoratively
Beautiful hotel, clean rooms and great location downtown!
Mattress was a little bit too firm
almost none, this hotel is just a standard hotel with too expensive room rates
the services provided by hotel staff and till now (10/02), Hyatt Olive 8 is still hold my credit card for more than US$5000 after more than 10 days check out. Tried to email them but no response.
If an environmentally conscious hotel in Seattle is a high priority, the Hyatt at Olive 8 should be at the top of the list. Known mostly for being completely "green," the hotel also offers top ranks in exceptionally high customer ratings, and easy, walk-to-everything location.
The Hyatt at Olive 8 is not directly on the waterfront, but it still manages to take advantage of all that downtown Seattle has to offer. Hardly a car, taxi, or bus is needed at this centrally located downtown hotel. It’s throwing distance from the Washington State Convention Center and is surrounded by shopping, theaters, and dining attractions. Two blocks away are Nordstrom and Pacific Place shopping center, as well as Westlake Center. A five-minute walk takes travelers to all the shopping, dining, and entertainment they will need while visiting Seattle.
The Seattle hotel is eco-friendly from top to bottom, featuring a sustainable-foods restaurant and recycled writing pads, to a non-chlorinated saline lap pool, water-reducing showerheads, and energy-efficient light fixtures. Amenities at the high-rise hotel include luxury views through a heated, glass pool deck that looks out onto the Seattle skyline, a destination spa, 24-hour fitness and business center, and top-notch dining with a farm-to-table restaurant and a chic wine bar.
The 346 accommodations are sleek, spare, infinitely eco-conscious, and come in guestroom and suites.
