Cons: Mattress too soft and springy.

Cons: The fold out bed was only a full size, so don't depend on it being a queen.

Cons: Upon my arrival, I requested a hotel shuttle, was told that one was on its way, and then had to wait for 35 minutes, even though the hotel is only a 5 minute drive away. The cleaners were not very thorough about resetting the room--my bathroom did not have a shower curtain anywhere in sight, and the refrigerator in the room had old Chinese take-away in it.

Cons: The mattress was horrible

Cons: Traffic noise. Noisy heater/ac. Headboard was falling apart. Room over sprayed with air fresheners that I go a headache.

Cons: Small windows, not much light. Also very limited tv options. Would d like access to Netflix.

Cons: We booked a “Family Package” but were placed in non adjoining rooms. I hate this- it always happens and hotels pretend to not be in control of the reservation or room assignment. We were separated from our kids and it made the whole experience anxious. We booked 4 months in advance- they got my credit card- I should have got an adjoining room.

Cons: We had an unexpected guest stay the night with us and apparently due to fire codes we could not get a rollout bed delivered. We were in a suite so I don't know what type of room it would have fit in.

Cons: Hotel partly closed for renovation during our stay.

Cons: Given the room rate, free bottled water should be supplied...not $8 per bottle.

Cons: One of the elevators wasn’t working so it was a 15 min wait to get downstairs. It was also a 15 minute wait to get checked in because there were only 2 people working at the desk. Not what I would expect from a Westin

Cons: this is not a luxury hotel. The pool is barely adequate.

Cons: I have stayed at other Westin hotels before and this one just did not live up to my expectations. I felt crammed in the room and everything was overpriced.

Cons: Although we like the convenience of the location, the parking ramp spaces are too narrow. Someone hit our vehice during our weekend stay. We filed a report, but no one has followed up with us. Very disappointing.

Cons: I HATED THE AIR FRESHENERS. THERE WAS WAY TOO MUCH OF IT.

Cons: The hotel backs to the above ground train, and my room faced the tracks. Was loud.

Cons: Front desk staff failed to answer the phone while the airport shuttle service was on-call only, requiring me to use a taxi. Upon arrival, the door to the hotel lobby was locked. Although the hotel offered a digital key, it could not be activated without a visit to the front desk. No one was at the front desk to answer our call from the courtesy phone at the door. It became necessary to bang on the door to get a response from hotel staff in order to gain entry. In spite of speaking calmly to someone at the front desk (over a sign guaranteeing 100% satisfaction to all guests), and later to the hotel manager, no compensation of any sort was offered. Rather, the hotel manager left me on hold for several minutes while he checked out my story using call and camera records. After determining that my account of events was essentially correct, he still failed to offer any compensation for our bad experience.

Cons: At the time of our stay, the lobby was under construction. Depending on the time of day (or night), you will hear planes taking off.
