ugh, I slept on the pull out coush in room 1601 (beware) only to find a very large urine stain on the mattress pad and mattress. I only found it after I noticed another stain on the fitted sheet. I thought I would pull the sheets off to make sure they were laundered for the next person. Hotel refunded my friends breakfast charge but I was pretty underwhelemed with the response.
Parking garage key sensor didn’t work on floor level entry doors to garage elevators. I liked the cleanliness. Touches to hotel are modern and attractive.
Pros. Checkin was nice, Aveda products
Cons. Bed was very uncomfortable, frustrations with app
Cons. No gym or pool. Asked twice for new pillows
