Excellent 9.7
Pros: This hotel is right near Century Link and Safeco Field.
Cons: Price was a bit high for our low budget.
Good 6.8
Pros: Super convenient for going to the Sounders game. Staff was friendly and helpful. Clean and safe place to stay.
Cons: The bed and pillows were not comfortable, so we both slept terribly.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: I liked the location (for the game) And I liked the restaurant and bar. I liked the pool and spa on the roof + extra towels. The staff seemed to be professional and courteous (except in one case)
Cons: I didn't like the fact that a staff maintenance person barged into my room without notice or knocking then came face to face with me and backed up apologizing out the door without an explanation for the intrusion
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Perfect location for events and great place to stay
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Loved being able to walk across the street to safeco field. Our room was on the rotgut floor over looking the freeway and Piaget sound. A little noisy but not bad at all. Jacuzzi room was great!
Cons: Liked it all. Thought the valet fee for the car park was a bit high. But not worrying about the vehicle was nice.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The large TV was awesome The view of the stadium was cool Good proximity to the stadiums
Cons: Wifi sucked Bed was not the best pillows were really soft Slightly noisy with the trains running by and the hallway noise
Excellent 9.1
Pros: YOu can't stay any closer to the stadiums. It's close enough to downtown to walk anywhere, or catching a bus is easy. I was able to watch some of the pre-game activities at SafeCo field from my room. They upgraded me to a King Suite with a view for free (I booked a reg. King Room), the room was spacious, had everything I needed, and overall was very good for being one of the less-expensive rates I could find near downtown.
Cons: I had to mark things down just a little bit as the drain in the bathroom was clogged just a little, so some of the water would accumulate. There was also an extra bathtub with a shower head (I was in a suite), so I just used that. Not a big hassle. One morning I was working from my room, and they had a fire alarm test at 11am. Not a big deal, but it was a minor annoyance as I had to rush to put clothes on, and scramble out of my room, only to run into maintenance who told me there was no emergency.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Friendly helpful staff. Very clean. Very convenient location.
Cons: We were able to leave a day early. I would have appreciated the ability to cancel the second day myself instead of going through kayak. That became a bit of a hassle but staff tried very hard to accommodate us.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Rooms were clean, updated and quiet.
Cons: Little expensive.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location was great, in the heart of downtown. The room was absolutely amazing, with plenty of light, a gorgeous bathroom, and the whole thing was kept very clean. However, the shining star of this hotel was clearly the staff. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome and to accommodate any needs you have. We stayed for our 10 year anniversary, and this was the best hotel experience we have had in those 10 years.
Cons: If I had to pick anything it would be that the room service food from BOKA was slightly overpriced. It was good though so I can't complain too much.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Terrific location
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Everything was excellent. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Bed were comfy and the bathroom Tub set up was amazing!
Cons: The hotel was perfect however, on Kayak it is listed as having an airport shuttle witch is not the case. They do Have an around town car but no airport shuttle so plan on spending an extra $100 in taxi fees to and from the airport.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff was super kind and helpful and the room was spectacular, one of my favorite hotel stays to date!
Excellent 9.1
Pros: We loved the location and the view. It was a short walk in any direction to shopping, coffee and incredible restaurants. The waterfront was also within view. The room was extraordinary.
Cons: Our check in process was a real ordeal for some reason. I think it was due to new staff being trained, but it took nearly 10 minutes, with little explanation on what was going on.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great service.
Cons: Water front view was partial but still nice
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location and very friendly staff. Room was very nice with a great bathroom. Bed was great and room was very clean. I would recommend this hotel.
Cons: A little hard to find hotel because the name is on the side not on 1st Ave. Just the bldg address number 1000. Parking price kind of steep. $40.00 plus tax and something came to about $46 a night for one car.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Clean and large rooms with great movie selection
Cons: View of downtown was obscured a bit by an ugly backlot.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The entire staff was friendly and courteous and seemed to want our stay to be a pleasant experience, and it was! The room was clean, tastefully appointed and well laid out. The bath was great with a large soaking tub and a separate shower.
Cons: $40 charge for valet parking
Good 7.6
Pros: Everything. Food was great. Staff was very helpful
Cons: None
Good 7.3
Pros: Great staff and great amenities, but the service stands out above all else.
Cons: Hotel restaurant menu was a bit thin and hotel overall was pricey.
Good 7.2
Pros: I enjoyed the room! The resterant was splended aswell. The bathroom was amazing! I never take bath, but I jus had to at hotel 1000, the tub was huge! I would totally stay again
Cons: The only thing I did not like about the hotel was how confusing the payment was... but everything else was perfect!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Well located downtown. Well designed. Great staff and good coffee and champagne in the lobby. Lovely rooms. Tubs fill from ceiling which is a little silly and splashes on the floor. Minor complaint for a lovely hotel,
Good 7.6
Pros: Convenient location. Well appointed room. Excellent staff.
Good 7.2
Pros: Helpful friendly staff, stylish modern furnishing and lighting in room, safety deposit box in room, good size tv (with CNN), good bed, good food in restaurant.
Cons: nothing
Okay 5.0
Pros: view of Elliott Bay
Cons: Room too small; bathtub too small for two people.
Good 7.6
Pros: Privacy and the staff
Cons: The noise from Construction
Excellent 8.0
Pros: It was first rate and wonderful! Everything you ever wanted an dmore was provided and the staff was superb!

Pros: This was the second time staying here and we could not have asked for anything more. The rooms were quiet, comfortable and clean. Great location too!
Okay 5.7
Pros: Friendly Staff
Cons: Missing basic features like a full length mirror and tea/coffee facilities. Rooms don't even include free Wifi (requires you to sign up their loyalty program). Beat up furniture and an awkward room layout doesn't live up to reputation. Also, basically no amenities beyond an indoor gym. Overall, it was a very underwhelming experience. The Alexis felt like a Sheraton for about 4x the price.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: I can't think of a better location to stay in Seattle. We were walking distance to Pike's Market, the ferries, restaurants. It was a bit tricky to navigate the public transit system. Still, the hotel staff were exceptionally helpful, professional, and cordial. The rooms were of a good size, and I'd recommend the upgrade to a bay view: lovely views of the ferries and sunsets.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff provided excellent customer service. I don't know that I've ever had such good service during a hotel stay. The rooms were clean and quite nice, the location is perfect for exploring the pioneer square area. The staff were very willing to suggest great restaurants and activities, and went out of their way to be polite and accommodating. I chose this hotel because of its reasonable price, and was pleasantly surprised with how wonderful it was. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
Excellent 9.3
Cons: Downtown parking was expensive. $37 per night for overnight valet parking at the hote.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The views, comfortable beds, spacious suites
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location near Seattle downtown was excellent. Cleanliness and attentive staff made our stay great.
Cons: Airport shuttle timing could be improved.
Good 7.1
Pros: It was clean the bed was comfortable didn’t spend alot of time there so I can’t really speak to anything else
Cons: For the price I would have expected more the elavators were slow, shaken and there is no indicator that the elavator is being called till it shows up.

Okay 5.1
Pros: The artwork was cool and the location central to South Seattle. The continental breakfast looked nice, we didn't get to try it. Wifi was provided. The soaps were lovely and we enjoyed them. There was a comfortable armchair in our room and a little fridge. The Starbucks across the street was a definite plus. Overall it seemed like they were on the verge of getting everything together to be a nice hotel.
Cons: The room was smelled strongly of cigarettes. We asked if there was another room and even though the front desk checked, there was not another room for us. I think they must have recently switched to a non smoking hotel since the only empty rooms had just had the carpets clean and were wet still. We opened the window and cranked up the fan to air it out and went to sleep. We woke up to a very noisy intersection. It's located on the edge of an industrial area and the noise is constant. They provided ear plugs but it was enough to wake us. There was construction outside our window, not their fault of course but it added to the din. The wifi stopped working on our last morning and when I called to ask if the password had changed the front desk didn't seem to know what to do. The clerk who checked us in offered to take some money off for the smokey room and when we went to check out he discovered he took $5 off of the first night.
Good 6.0
Pros: Clean room & friendly staff.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: I liked the interior of the hotel, they also had lots of local recommendations available. Staff was very nice.
Cons: Could use a little maintenance (stuff on mirror/lightbulbs burned out).
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Clean, proximity to airport and food plus great shopping. Safe and close to all major freeways. Highly recommend it.

Excellent 9.1
Pros: Small, boutique-ish size and charm Beautiful historic turn of the century venue Great location Comfortable quiet rooms Outstanding food and bar drinks In general pleasant and professional staff
Cons: Check-in was delayed but manager did an excellent job addressing the delay.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Weekend in Seattle! Found the Polar Bar in the hotel Lobby by accident on a previous trip and loved the ambiance! The lobby and bar remind you of days gone by, in a great way... I keep expecting a butler in black coat, white shirt, polished shoes to escort me to the "smoking room", like in the Titanic or something. Anyway, the decor is great, the staff at the hotel are very friendly, and the room I had was great! Corner room, king suite on the 7th floor! Wonderful view of downtown and Pioneer Square. We will definitely stay here again on a future trip.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: They had the most comfortable bed I have slept on.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: The staff were very attentive and accommodating. The property has an interesting history, and evokes the feeling of that era
Good 6.3
Pros: The location was excellent and the staff was very good, We loved the bathroom and it's a size. The room could have been larger.
Cons: Just the size of the room and the poor lighting.

Cons: Everything was great until we encountered front desk clerk at check in. There was a misunderstanding about our reservation and for a minute we thought he was not going to rent us the room. Luckily the other desk clerk stepped in and smoothed the situation. Other than that everything was great.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: The hotel is extremely clean, in a great location, and provides an excellent breakfast. Seattle is a very expensive city to visit and this hotel was reasonably priced and the staff was very friendly. I would stay here again and I would recommend this hotel to others.
Cons: The decor is a little outdated and it would be nice to have a mini fridge/microwave in room as there is room for it.
Excellent 8.2
Pros: Staff was very friendly
Cons: Housekeeping staff needs to learn what the "do not disturb" sign means. Check out is 11am, I left the room at 8:50am for a few moments only to come back and find him cleaning my room. He threw out papers I had sitting on a table and dumped my 3/4 full bottle of wine.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I opted not to stay in a very luxurious conference hotel and stayed here instead for half the price. The BW was very clean, comfortable and conveniently located. Great cookies served in the evening, too!
Cons: Had some trouble connecting to the wifi in my room but it seemed to work everywhere else in the building
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very nice and responsive staff
Cons: Slow elevator
Excellent 8.5
Pros: Alex the cons eared was very helpful in booking our tours and getting cabs for us. The breakfast was very good.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: good breakfast
Cons: in-room ac fan was a bit noisy and took a long time to cool the room
Excellent 8.2
Pros: Wifi and breakfast included. Located near many Seattle attractions (tours, waterfront, stadiums, etc.) in the walkable downtown. Friendly staff.
Cons: Facilities could use some work, especially the elevator (slow). Room was a bit cramped, but overall good value.
Good 6.8
Pros: Hotel is on register of historic buildings. Much nice woodwork, well appointed rooms. Pioneer Square nearby. Lots of food locations nearby. Close to Ferry Terminal and harbor area. Four blocks from Link station.
Cons: Elevated freeway right next to building. Did not have a car, but understood parking was expensive. Many homeless people living in tents on street right outside hotel and folks sleeping in doorways making location less then optimal.

Excellent 9.4
Pros: We had a great time! Very nice hotel, though I think I expected the rooms to be more extravagant, but they are very nice. I almost stole the bed...slept like a rock. Very cool NYE hotel...they held a party downstairs that was all part of the hotel price for the night. We had an awesome time and this will likely become a tradition for us. Staff is extremely professional and polite. Right downtown, equidistant from the stadium/ball park and central part of downtown Seattle, so most things are available to you by foot.
Cons: For such a nice hotel, the fitness facility was pretty cramped and awful. We've stayed at Hotels that charge much less with much better gyms. Other than that, super nice place!
Good 7.7
Pros: Boutique vibe, comfortable bed, trendy decor.
Cons: Room was a little rough around the edges, didn't have the luxury feel I'd expect for $300+/night. No coffee or microwave in room.
Okay 5.6
Pros: The service was great. People were really nice and I got a free upgrade.
Cons: I didn't particularly like the beds at the W. They felt lumpy. I stayed in The Westin the day after and I LOVE their beds! I also didn't really like the dark, club feel and the loud music in the lobby. I just wanted to relax and felt like I couldn't at the W.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: All of the staff were very helpful an accomadating always with a smile. Wonderful location. Nice clean room
Cons: all great. Thought room with a view meant a water view
Good 7.4
Pros: The location was great
Cons: Too dark old Hotel needs updates not your average W very slow at getting Baggage From storage room that faces the parking garage feels like a dungeon
Good 7.4
Pros: Location
Cons: Ridiculously high parking charge, no coffee maker in the room, no onsite jacuzzi, no club room. I would probably choose one of the other Seattle Starwood properties in the future.
Good 6.0
Pros: Bed was soft
Cons: Dogs next to us barking all night No gym as advertised Room couldn't get colder than 66 degrees
Okay 5.4
Cons: More knowledgeable staff. Staff that give accurate information.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Nice hotel. Very clean and modern rooms. Central location. Held a meeting at the hotel and the staff was fantastic.
Cons: Room service menu could be improved-it’s quite limited.
Good 6.2
Pros: I like the staff, they were all extremely Lovely and friendly. The service was top notch. Breakfast was decent, omlette was good, crispy English muffin, great bacon and potatoes were a 4. Latte was an 11 ! Delicious
Cons: The rooms were not represented very well from the pictures on line. I remember this hotel so differently from 10 years ago. The ceilings were short and basically a box with faux wood walls, the beds were great with really soft sheets. The bathrooms were tight and felt old and over used. Best part of the hotel itself is the lobby and hallways. Modern and pretty.
Good 7.4
Pros: I liked that there was a Starbucks across the street and it was walking distance to all the main attractions and shopping center.
Cons: I hated how thins the walls were. I could hear the people next door sneeze clear as day and their conversation as if the connecting doors were open. We could also hear the people in the hallway as if I left our doors open. Not a good place to come sleep in a bit if you have an hangover. Also the beds are as hard as rocks. Not comfortable.
Good 6.7
Pros: The location is excellent and the information provided by the hotel was very good as well. The gym was also first rate.
Good 6.3
Pros: the atmosphere was very cool and swanky. the bar was a nice little place to hang out at the end of an evening. the cool corner king room was a nice size with a lot of windows.
Cons: we were first put in a cool corner king room on the 'garage side' of the hotel. it was horrible. we were moved quickly down some floors but on the other side of the building. i wouldn't have recommended this hotel had we been booked on the garage side of the hotel, especially in a cool corner king.
Good 7.0
Pros: The amazing sheets!!
Cons: The view of the parking lot and super dark hallways.
Good 6.0
Pros: The location is great and the room is very nice.
Cons: The front desk check in person mixed up our check-in information and even though our booking was for 2 nights, she insisted that we were only booked for 1 night. She wasn't apologetic at all about the mix up since we used a "discount booking agency" (her words not mine). So be aware of the hotel staff's snobbiness when you book through a "discount agent" (i.e. travel websites).
Good 7.0
Pros: Very nice hotel. Friendly front desk. Beautiful lobby.
Cons: Concierge could have known more about local restaurants. His advice was good, but could have been better. The locals gave excellent restaurant advice. Otherwise, it was great.
Okay 5.6
Pros: $review.pros
Cons: No coffee maker in the room
Good 7.6
Pros: Easy to walk around town/sites as a tourist. The soaps and lotions were outstanding. I love the security of the elevator.
Cons: The loud music and people lying around the lounge at around 11 a.m. is disturbing to walk through. A coffee pot in the room would be really nice. A small refrigerator would also be appreciated.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The rooms were wonderful as was the location. If I had to choose where this hotel excels over most is in their staff, from desk check-in to wait staff, absolutely excellent.
Cons: $review.cons
Good 6.0
Pros: The parking explanation and lack of direction was inadequate.
Cons: The coffee urn was empty when I tried to pour a cup in the morning.
Good 7.2
Pros: $review.pros
Cons: The hallways are to dark. It's difficult to see where you are going.

Good 7.1
Cons: No gym or pool. Asked twice for new pillows
Good 7.1
Pros: Staff was so welcoming and kind. The restaurant is very nice.
Cons: Well I felt like I was in a Vegas casino due to the smells in the hotel. They are pumping perfume into the air to cover udors. Our room was technically clean but felt dirty just because it’s haggered. Carpet needs changed. Stain on side of bed. Window so filthy you could barely see out of it. Bed spread all wrinkled give you the feeling it isn’t actually clean. For $180 a night I expect more up dated room.
Excellent 9.1
Pros: Staff always made us feel pampered. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was good. Well-maintained, very clean, nicely designed and decorated. Convenient location.
Cons: Construction noise from the skyscraper going up next door. Said skyscraper also blocked view. Unfortunately, neither is within their control, but did cost them a star overall.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. The concierge(s) were very helpful and friendly. The location was pretty good- walking distance to many attractions.
Cons: I was not informed when I checked in that a fee of $150 would be held off my card for the duration of my stay at the hotel. I checked out yesterday and have not had the money return to my account yet.
Excellent 9.1
Pros: Most beautiful room I've stayed in so far. Good all-you-can-eat continental breakfast. Staff could be better, though.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. You felt welcome from the time you walked in the hotel until you walked out. The location was excellent with easy walking acess to Downtown Seattle.
Cons: Nothing negative about the hotel during my stay.
Excellent 8.6
Pros: The location and views of Puget Sound/Seattle are amazing. And the staff was friendly and helpful - the concierge team was especially knowledgable for visitors like us that wanted to truly explore!
Cons: The lobby seemed outddated (looked like there were about to start renovation though), and the under-building parking seemed antiquated. Next time, we will just use Metro transit and taxis.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: The smell of the lobby is amazing!!! Rooms are really nice. Bathrooms are nice
Cons: Ice machines only on the 6th and 16th floors. No pool.
Good 6.2
Pros: Clean hotel. Nice weight room.
Cons: Wait for check in was very long. On a Friday night at 6 PM there was only one receptionist checking in patrons. We waited almost one hour in this line. Expensive parking (~40 per night.)
Excellent 9.7
Pros: The bed was super comfortable.
Excellent 8.5
Pros: Classy hotel
Cons: Expensive parking, no free WiFi and no pool, very business focused hotel I think
Good 7.1
Pros: Location and how nice the rooms where
Cons: The hot water was a problem... Barely could get any and allot of times I got burned. I called to have them fix it and nothing changed.
Good 7.3
Pros: excellent service and attention to detail by staff. Lounge and restaurant very inviting areas and R View (restaurant on 28th floor) has a phenomenal view! 5 to 6 blocks easy walk to shopping and restaurants or Pike's Market. Free breakfast or parking on weekend. Breakfast is hot and has a great menu (not continental).
Cons: Menu at R View is limited, and a little pricey for the small amount of food served. Parking is $30 a day. Some people not in good physical shape might find the walk from the hotel difficult and long.
Good 7.3
Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at the Renaissance. We especially appreciated the free room service breakfasts. What a treat! The room was very nice and we were very comfortable.
Cons: The television could have offered more selections. We wanted to watch the Huskies game and the station that the game was on wasn't available.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: the comfort of the room.
Good 7.6
Pros: Convenient to my meeting and public transit.

Okay 5.1
Pros: The staff were very friendly.
Cons: The room was basically a closet, the fact that it cost almost $250 and another $38 for parking is absolutely absurd. It's also terribly outdated. I would've stayed somewhere else had I known how disappointing and overpriced the room was.
Excellent 9.1
Pros: Bathrooms are tiny. The tub is high which made it difficult for our more senior friends to get into the shower. It was really clean and would be great for business and did offer a good value for a downtown hotel.
Okay 4.8
Cons: Paper thin walls
Good 6.2
Pros: Location is great and the price is good.
Cons: The rooms were tiny and pretty well worn.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very clean and nice, I would certainly recommend it to anyone looking for a room in down town.
Okay 5.1
Pros: Location make it convenient to get around downtown.
Cons: Room was very warm with no way to turn down the heat or cool it off and guests in the room next door talking all night made it hard to sleep.
Okay 5.7
Pros: The location wasn't bad.
Cons: It had long hairs on the bathroom walls. There was a long piece of scotch tape on the walls. I found out the next morning when I'd gotten up to go to my meeting the clock in the room was 1 1/2 hours off the time. I set the alarm for 6am and got up, unknowingly at 4:30 in the morning because the clock was wrong.
Okay 5.7
Pros: Umbrellas in the lobby. Friendly staff!
Cons: Tiny rooms, entire facility could use a face lift. Elevators don't stop at floor level so you're either lugging your suitcase up or down a level to get onto the elevator.
Okay 5.7
Pros: Location.
Cons: Not even a chair for sitting. Too small a room. Bath faucet needed fixing.
Excellent 9.1
Pros: The staff at the Executive Hotel Pacific were fantastic. They were helpful with recommendations and with ensuring my husband and I got to the airport on time for our (very early) flight. The room itself was just fine. We are used to smaller hotel rooms like this one, so it wasn't an issue for us at all. The bed was comfy, the room was clean—we had everything we needed. The location can't be beat: it's an easy walk to the Pike Place Market, among many other things.
Cons: Because the hotel is old, the rooms aren't as sound proof as I would have liked. We could hear a lot of banging and shuffling in the room next to ours. Thankfully it didn't impact us getting good sleep, but it was something I noticed.
Okay 5.4
Pros: Great location with in walking distance of Pike Place Market and restaurants.
Cons: Small bathroom. Room looks tired.
Good 7.0
Pros: Very friendly and accommodating staff.
Cons: The walls of the room were scuffed up.
Okay 5.0
Pros: location
Cons: elevators were very old and noisy
Mediocre 3.7
Pros: I did not like anything in the hotel
Cons: It was extremely cramped feeling, the bath is tiny and cramped, the room was so hot I could not sleep, even with the window cracked and the staff provided a fan, it was still very hot because they have the one unit heater running for the entire hotel. I checked out the very next day and went to the Sheraton hotel.
Good 7.0
Pros: Convenient access to downtown and parking. Organic toiletries a plus!!
Cons: Room was stuffy, no bathroom fan.
Good 6.7
Pros: The location is great! Near everything downtown and only one block of Light Rail to reach Tacoma Airport. The staff is very friendly and provide all information you need to see the city. Many thanks to Stanley!
Cons: They do not have breakfast.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: location, rooms & service ,price
Cons: no
Good 6.4
Pros: The comfort and cleanliness of the room
Cons: The coffee and milk were not replenished after the 1st night so we were unable to have coffee on the 2nd morning
Mediocre 3.6
Pros: $review.pros
Cons: Small very outdated rooms. Could not use my own hair dryer because it would blow out the circuits! No heat in rooms. We were given a space heater to use. Would have changed hotels, but there was a convention in town and none were available.
Okay 4.0
Pros: Location, Staff were very helpful
Cons: Desk lamp in room, ice machine, and soda machine on floor did not work. No elevator at lobby. Electrical wiring in room inadequate.
Okay 5.2
Pros: The location was great. They were open for a last minute booking. The bed was so comfortable
Cons: The room was smaller than I expected for the price.

Okay 5.7
Pros: Based on reviews and pictures it seems quite dingy but the rooms are well maintained, clean and bright. Certainly above what was expected for the price. Although it is located in an industrial area which might put some people off, it was very convenient in terms of location and access to public transport.
Cons: The shower was small, with the showerhead located at roughly my neck height (I'm 5'9", for comparison) and an extremely weak stream. I wasn't especially bothered by the paucity of the "breakfast" but it certainly shouldn't be relied upon to get you going at the start of the day. Only if you haven't got time to get a real breakfast. The mattress was very very firm, which comes down to a metter of preference. Not for me. Staff was very brusque. Not rude but not especially helpful or welcoming either.
Good 7.1
Pros: The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The price was reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. We were just a short drive from city attractions.
Cons: Some of the outlets didn't work, so we couldn't charge phones.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Affordable, mini fridge and microwave, lots of channels on the tv, and parking!
Cons: Stains on the towels.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Comfy beds, soft fluffy pillows, heater worked great, decent breakfast.
Cons: No microwave
Mediocre 2.3
Pros: They were happy to switch us into a room with two beds instead of one which was what we originally booked.
Cons: We got in late so we didn't notice until the morning that there were no towels in the room, after we left they called us and accused us of stealing their towels saying they were charging us for them and told us we were lying. The bathroom was dirty and had sugar ants crawling all over the floor.

Good 6.0
Pros: The Panama Hotel is truly a living museum that tells the story of the first Japanese American immigrants to the United States. Talking to the owner, I was impressed with her knowledge of Japanese American history and her desire to educate future generations
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Good price, close to rail and bus system. Good price compared to the other hotels in Seattle. I traveled alone for business, so it was a good choice for me to stay here. However, I would not recommend for anyone other than solo travelers on business.
Good 6.5
Pros: It was quiet. Clean. Close to the track. Like stepping back in time before all the distractions of modern life.
Cons: No tv. Internet. A/c. The price was lower than other places in the area but way to high without having any modern amenities to offer. Also don’t care for sharing a restroom or shower with the floor. But I’m simple. I can do without.
Mediocre 2.0
Cons: No bathrooms in room. No tv. No amenities. No clean sheets. Internet service was lacking. No elevator.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Cool place, I like these folks
Cons: Maybe change the bed frames
Good 7.6
Pros: Staff is very helpful, great complimentary breakfast. It's a historical building with a lot history behind. Like living in a museum...
Cons: The restrooms are one per floor, each room has a sink only. The hotel has an air of an old building.
Okay 5.1
Pros: Pretty, historic 1910 building, with lots of history and character, most of what you see is no newer than 1950s. Leather stairs, ancient wooden railings, feels like walking back in time. Nice staff, good breakfast. Interesting art and stories. Natural light, eco-conscious. Interesting location (edge of China town, walking distance to Pike place, surrounded by excellent Japanese food).
Cons: Price: given the low level of maintenance, it would have been a perfect place to crash for about half the price (which I've heard is about what it was 10 years ago). After tax, I paid just over $100 for a single room; totally appropriate for the region, but...If they're going to keep the current price, they should have enough money to fix up the basics. Here's my list of things I'd want fixed: 1. Shared bathroom doors should close and stay closed, as should the stalls. Locks on said doors would also be a good idea. 2. Carpet shouldn't block the door to a room when opening. 3. Do not use bungee cords to hold together the otherwise beautiful antique furniture. Likewise with the particle board. They can afford to do it right. 4. Better wifi coverage and reasonable speed. 5. Repaint dirty walls. I think you get the idea: the gorgeous, well-loved historical building deserves much better care, and so do the guests. I really hope that the owner, who seems to be a lovely person, takes this kind feedback to heart. A little attention to the basic details would go a long way to helping this place live up to its potential.
Okay 4.2
Pros: I liked that the proprietor loves her property and is proud of it. I love the history of the property and the antique furniture all around. The staff is very friendly at the hotel. The tea room is very interesting to look at and the tea selection is amazing. They have complimentary bottled water available and reliable, free wifi. Easy walk from Centurylink Field.
Cons: The hotel only has double beds, our room only had one two-pronged outlet (the hotel did loan us an adapter so I could plug laptop in), you can't get coffee on location before 8:00 am, and if you get more than one beverage with your "continental breakfast" at the tea room they charge you, (even if one of you didn't eat), there was a fire detector that needed a new battery that beeped all night, the key to the ladies bathroom was very very "tricky" and someone kept closing it (owner told me to leave it open so I wouldn't have to mess with key), the water that filled the tub was brown, the bed was so small and bouncy that I almost fell off twice, and the room had a radiator heater that doesn't warm up until morning, then sweats you out of your room. I didn't mind the stairs, but some might mind the two tall flights up to the lobby, then one more to our second room floor (basically, our second floor room was equivalent of fourth floor with no elevator.) This is at the most, a $70 a night hotel in any other city, but I guess the location helps? Keep vigilent if you walk around Chinatown at night. Fun and interesting, but you have to stay aware of your surroundings.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: it was cozy and very close to where i had to go.
Cons: that i had to walk down the hall to use the bathroom.
