Excellent 10.0
Pros: Clean, nice rooms and soo quiet. Great location!
Cons: Parking was expensive but that’s just being downtown
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Excellent staff and very comfortable room
Cons: We weren't sure when the restaurant was open and they didn't have hours posted anywhere
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Location, updated rooms
Cons: n/a
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Great service, amazing vibes. I really enjoyed my stay. I thought I was going to have a hard time with street parking (because I refuse to valet my car most trips), but it was simple and easy..and cheappp (1 dollar for 2 hours). Great stay, I’ll be back to SEXY Seattle. Also the bathtub in my room was to amazing!! I created such a beautiful candle lit rose and sunflower bubbly bath for myself. What a treat!
Cons: I thought parking, but it wasn’t that bad. I enjoyed the trip
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It was an experience i won't forget
Cons: Not a chance.loved it.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: I enjoyed how great the staff was. They were always so accommodating.
Cons: The views are not the best. And then I think the room set up can be better. Also the screen to the bathroom does not shield you completely since you can very much see through it. Also, the internet/wifi did not work.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The front desk and valet were very friendly and helpful with questions. The room was clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable.
Cons: The cost of parking was 45.00 plus another 10 for taxes it seemed high to me. It was unfortunate the attached restaurant was closed, understandable during these times.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Dirty and expensive
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Extremely clean rooms and very friendly staff. Excellent downtown location
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 9.0
Pros: I liked the cleanliness of the hotel room and the location of the hotel it’s near by the pier and also a Short walk to Pike Place Market
Cons: I did not like that some people were in the lobby without masks
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Has to be the cleanest and classy hotel I have been in the Seattle area. I was a hotel mngr so know how it should go and hotel employee was awesome I was so impressed especially with a virus going on. Staff was exceptional always going above expectations.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The room was amazingly nice and the hotel staff were incredibly accommodating. We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Beautiful room
Cons: No hot water, no room service, no housekeeping
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Customer service and location were amazing. Rooms are beautiful.
Cons: Cost of valet parking is crazy (probably not much more than other Seattle hotels though)! Not much of a view anymore. Too many high rises going up but the hotel can't do much about that so it's not really their fault.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very nice staff and location. Restaurant was great as well!
Cons: Virtual golf would have been fun but we were not told we had to schedule it and when we got back Saturday evening we could not lay because the concierge was no longer there.
Good 7.0
Pros: Friendly staff Top floors are very nice
Cons: The first room offered was bad, because the bedroom had no window at all and the living room was facing construction site.
Good 7.0
Pros: Good location.
Cons: Put us in Handicap room. Howling wind noise coming from light fixtures. Not has high caliber as other Loews Resorts.
Good 6.0
Pros: The location
Cons: Hidden fees
Poor 1.0
Pros: Location
Cons: Bad construction outside the room we were given.
Good 7.0
Pros: Modern and sleek appearance
Cons: Too expensive, mandatory valet parking adding an additional $75, no complimentary snacks or breakfast.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff was super kind and helpful and the room was spectacular, one of my favorite hotel stays to date!
Okay 4.0
Pros: Location great, front door staff helpful
Cons: Mini fridge didnt work, Hotel didnt fix it despite multiple calls. Had to call and get maintenance to fix AC, which they did. Controller in bathroom that makes the shade go up/down was broken. Shoddy construction in the hallway, dust and debris
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Terrific location
Excellent 9.1
Pros: We loved the location and the view. It was a short walk in any direction to shopping, coffee and incredible restaurants. The waterfront was also within view. The room was extraordinary.
Cons: Our check in process was a real ordeal for some reason. I think it was due to new staff being trained, but it took nearly 10 minutes, with little explanation on what was going on.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Staff was very good and very attentive.
Cons: Room poorly laid out! No privacy in bathroom. Bathroom Door cannot be secured. Glass window between room and tub with no curtain. Lights on both sides of bed either both on or both off (cannot have just one side on, other side off).
Good 6.0
Pros: It is convenient to downtown
Cons: It billed the room as a "city view" which was not accurate
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: The room was very nice and it was in a good location
Cons: I did not like that the stairs were not available and the only way to get up and down was elevator. Seems extremely unsafe if there was an emergency. When booking this hotel, no one told me that it was under construction. Super upsetting.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Great location, close to Pike Place Market, shopping, and waterfront
Cons: The hotel was undergoing a remodel. Because of this, the hotel felt chaotic, and was dirty. There was no lounge/bar available.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Great location
Cons: Even though we booked a queen/queen room, we were given The run around. When we first checked in we were told what floor we would be on and they confirmed the bed type. Later we were told that room type wasn't available and were given a different room.
Good 7.0
Pros: The design was fresh and different. I enjoyed the bathtub with the view of the TV. We were able to walk where we wanted to go, so location was pretty good.
Cons: The bed was kind of hard. I suppose I was hoping for a pool or hot tub but at least the soaking tub was nice.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great service.
Cons: Water front view was partial but still nice
Good 6.0
Pros: The bathroom was amazing and the room had a spectacular view.
Cons: Not a damn thing.
Good 6.0
Pros: The location is walking distance to Pike Place Market.
Cons: When we arrived, no one was at the front desk. I was also not informed of the parking price or policies. Although we came in at around 6PM, 2 hours after check in, I was a little surprised that they said they have to make sure our room was ready.
Okay 5.0
Pros: THe hotel was clean and the staff was friendly.
Cons: I didn't like looking out the window at a brick wall when I was booking a 'deluxe' room. The toilet didn't flush in the first room, so we were moved to a room with a t.v. that didn't work. Also, they didn't have movies.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location and very friendly staff. Room was very nice with a great bathroom. Bed was great and room was very clean. I would recommend this hotel.
Cons: A little hard to find hotel because the name is on the side not on 1st Ave. Just the bldg address number 1000. Parking price kind of steep. $40.00 plus tax and something came to about $46 a night for one car.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location was great, in the heart of downtown. The room was absolutely amazing, with plenty of light, a gorgeous bathroom, and the whole thing was kept very clean. However, the shining star of this hotel was clearly the staff. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome and to accommodate any needs you have. We stayed for our 10 year anniversary, and this was the best hotel experience we have had in those 10 years.
Cons: If I had to pick anything it would be that the room service food from BOKA was slightly overpriced. It was good though so I can't complain too much.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Clean and large rooms with great movie selection
Cons: View of downtown was obscured a bit by an ugly backlot.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The entire staff was friendly and courteous and seemed to want our stay to be a pleasant experience, and it was! The room was clean, tastefully appointed and well laid out. The bath was great with a large soaking tub and a separate shower.
Cons: $40 charge for valet parking
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Everything was excellent. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Bed were comfy and the bathroom Tub set up was amazing!
Cons: The hotel was perfect however, on Kayak it is listed as having an airport shuttle witch is not the case. They do Have an around town car but no airport shuttle so plan on spending an extra $100 in taxi fees to and from the airport.

Good 7.0
Pros: Facilities were clean and staff was friendly
Cons: Bar at property wasn’t open, neither was the restaurant. Otherwise, great stay!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff at the front desk was simply amazing. So very nice and lively. I wish all hotel staff were like that everywhere. The room was beautiful and big. Unfortunately I didn't get to use the fireplace while I was there but the room was exceptional!
Cons: Everything was great!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Was in walking distance to downtown and the staff was very nice and helpful.
Cons: The room smelled very musty
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The staff was BEYOND accommodating- and so dog friendly- they were exited to see him each morning. The room itself was extraordinary- whoever designed the lighting was an absolute genius. High ceilings, upscale design and furnishings, and instagram worthy arched windows.
Cons: The bar/restaurant was closed- I was planning on room service to be available.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: With COVID protocols you couldn’t ask for more
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Amazing hotel! Such a great location easy to walk to all the main sights. Extremely friendly staff, beautifully decorated, and very clean. When we come back to Seattle we will absolutely be staying here. It will be nice when their restaurants open back up.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Location
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location, Location, Location
Cons: Nothing to report, charming hotel and staff
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff was friends & very helpful!!
Cons: Parking fee was a bit high
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Friendly help and service. A room was clean and ready even though I ended up arriving serval hours earlier than expected. I called 2 hrs before arrival and they were very friendly and assured me they would do their best. Surpassed all expectations.
Cons: Can¿t complain really. Resturant and bar were closed due to the pandemic, not their fault.
Good 6.0
Pros: The location was great. Staff was nice and helpful.
Cons: The restaurant, cafe, and room service were closed. This information was not on the site and I would have booked somewhere else if I had known this. Musty smell. There was no tea or coffee service in the room. The tv was much too far away from the bed.
Poor 1.0
Pros: We were told they offered secluded underground parking, was told it was $48, but than was charged nearly $60, nonstop issues at this place. Thankfully the room was beautiful, wish our room with a view actually had a view.
Cons: Hotel charged us $36 for each bottle of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, even though we didn't use it, asked for a refund and tried to claim we stole it? Also charged us triple the price on the snack bar, no refund there either. Avoid this Scam.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Nice older hotel that has been updated.
Cons: Very expensive for parking and no in room coffee doesn't make sense.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything was so well appointed and the room was one of the quietest I've ever stayed in! Hotel employee at the front desk was exemplary!
Cons: It's disappointing that they charge their guests $48.00 a day for parking when there is a public garage next door that charges $30. a day. Also, I think it should be made clear to your customers what they will be charged for parking before booking.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The style, cleanliness and personal service by staff. Walking distance to Pikes market.
Cons: A little too close to sketchy area of the city. The place seemed to be haunted.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The complimentary bikes.
Good 6.0
Cons: No view. For a 4 star, no amenities. I had to pay $58 for 1 nights parking. Every movie you needed to pay for , even really old ones cost at least $10. No breakfast fir the price. Coffee was not good. Most of all the view was off a wall of another buildin
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Very clean Friendly staff
Cons: The view I had was closed off by buildings on the 15th floor
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Beautiful decor, great central location, and friendly staff.
Cons: Nothing.
Okay 4.0
Pros: Location
Cons: Poor city and or sound view... none available. Go to Loews across the street... same price nice room views
Excellent 10.0
Okay 4.0
Pros: I liked how clean the room was and that they had broth paste when I forgot it.
Cons: The room had no view. Construction started at 7am and woke us up. The decor looked like it was from the 70s. The elevator do not work when we went to leave so we had to take the stairs. We called for the car and when we arrived they didn''t have it ready
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This was the second time staying here and we could not have asked for anything more. The rooms were quiet, comfortable and clean. Great location too!
Okay 5.7
Pros: Friendly Staff
Cons: Missing basic features like a full length mirror and tea/coffee facilities. Rooms don't even include free Wifi (requires you to sign up their loyalty program). Beat up furniture and an awkward room layout doesn't live up to reputation. Also, basically no amenities beyond an indoor gym. Overall, it was a very underwhelming experience. The Alexis felt like a Sheraton for about 4x the price.

Excellent 9.0
Pros: Lovely in hotel restaurants. Historic , grand feeling. Exceptional staff
Cons: Maybe a microwave but that doesn’t fit with the cordial, old fashioned elegant room.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: We went in for breakfast, but nobody greeted us, so we went somewhere else.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: I have stayed here twice before and returned for a weekend get away with my son. Hotel is in a superbly renovated heritage building (an old gentlemen's club with lots of history). The lounge bar area is exceptional in terms of history - good place for drinks and a snack. The bed was very comfortable and the room size adequate. The adjacent restaurant, Juno, is very good for breakfasts and lunch and dinners. Great downtown location. Excellent service.
Cons: The bathroom sink was clogged and did not drain properly.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I really loved the detail that was used to see to my comfort. The warm cookie that was offered upon check-in was a lovely touch. I also appreciated the follow up call to my room to ensure the accommodations were to my liking. I ordered room service which arrived in an acceptable time. I had the chicken piccata which was delicious.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: large bathroo, beds are good. lobby is beautiful .
Cons: there was no room slippers and shoe horn in the room.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This hotel was charming and wonderful!!! The history surrounding it is fascinating! The staff was so very good. We had a group of 8 and they took such good care of us!! Loved it!!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Comfortable bed, warm cookie upon arrival, easy and quick check-in, friendly, personable, and professional staff, great location, outstanding interior from dark wood paneling to the pictures hung on the wall everywhere that gives nostalgic feeling
Cons: No pool/jacuzzi, no complimentary breakfast
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location as well as the old world feel!
Cons: No we would definitely stay again!
Okay 5.0
Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful
Cons: Rooms were dark and extremely small
Good 7.0
Pros: The historic building was charming. The staff was attentive, friendly, and helpful.
Cons: We stayed on the ground floor and the rooms were quite odd. Our rooms did not look like the standard room photos on the site. They were dark and cramped. We were traveling with teenagers and they could not accommodate us with queen bedded rooms.
Good 7.0
Pros: The bathroom is really nice!!
Cons: The hotel feels like a decently renovated heritage apartment. Paying $---Canadian a night felt way overpriced, especially after my card was charged for $110 in random, mystery fees after coming home? Location is okay. Overall, would not recommend.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Nostalgic. Very close to the Link Lite Rail Pioneer Station Stop. Probably less than 200' making this an excellent choice coming from the SeaTac airport. Only cost us $3/each to ride from the airport to the Pioneer Station.
Cons: As with most big city downtown environments, there were lots of homeless nearby. This does take away some of the charm of this establishment.
Excellent 9.1
Pros: Small, boutique-ish size and charm Beautiful historic turn of the century venue Great location Comfortable quiet rooms Outstanding food and bar drinks In general pleasant and professional staff
Cons: Check-in was delayed but manager did an excellent job addressing the delay.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: There was a fridge in the room which was great. The location was amazing in terms of proximity to a Link station, but many restaurants and shops close by 5:00PM.
Cons: I both loved and hated the location. You will have street noise which includes drunken yelling. The shops in the immediate area close by 5:00. It was not ideal for us.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Atmosphere and interior spaces were kept period for the most part. Some mismatched deco for the period but overall a really beautiful hotel. The entire staff was great!
Cons: We expected a VERT experienced bar staff and this was a little lacking. I expected a period hotel to have and know period drinks but they seemed have changed the recipes. The restaurant fair was too narrow. Breakfast was great, dinner selection wasn't
Excellent 8.0
Cons: A bloody bar fight broke out in the bar
Good 7.0
Pros: The hotel was really nice and the staff were very helpful and nice as well.
Cons: The hotel rooms are VERY SMALL... but since we only stayed there for 1 night, it was not a big deal.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The Arctic Club is not your typical Doubletree. It's a restored former private club in downtown Seattle, so it's got plenty of style and charm. Also, it's one of the relatively few unionized hotels in town, so the workers get better pay and treatment.
Cons: There was a problem with the water in my room, where nothing other than scalding hot water was coming out. The staff was very helpful, but could not fix it during my stay.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: the building style decor and architecture
Cons: the view from our room was terrible
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It is a classic, historic building that has been beautifully restored. The rooms are charming and elegantly decorated. Great traditional bar (Polar Bar) in the lobby. Nice extras, such as a French press coffee maker and entertainment system, in each room.
Cons: Rooms were a bit small.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: The staff were very attentive and accommodating. The property has an interesting history, and evokes the feeling of that era
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Weekend in Seattle! Found the Polar Bar in the hotel Lobby by accident on a previous trip and loved the ambiance! The lobby and bar remind you of days gone by, in a great way... I keep expecting a butler in black coat, white shirt, polished shoes to escort me to the "smoking room", like in the Titanic or something. Anyway, the decor is great, the staff at the hotel are very friendly, and the room I had was great! Corner room, king suite on the 7th floor! Wonderful view of downtown and Pioneer Square. We will definitely stay here again on a future trip.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: They had the most comfortable bed I have slept on.

Excellent 9.0
Pros: Across from the ballpark was the best thing. Attended a game and didn’t have to worry about parking.
Cons: Nothing was around to grab a snack or drink
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The location. It is right across the street from T-Mobile Park and close enough to the downtown atmosphere.
Cons: The rooftop pool required a reservation but you couldn’t book one until the day of. If one wasn’t at the front desk at 7 a.m. the slots would be filled for the day.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Perfect for going to games across the street. Looking forward to the opening of the restaurant here and shuttle service to the piers rate was good
Cons: No issues
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location next to the ballpark was wonderful. We were 2 older ladies (60 and 83 years old) traveling from Spokane who did not know the area well. Not wanting to have to get a cab or drive our car to the game, this gave us a great alternative. The staff was more than helpful and the room exceeded our expectations. It was larger than we expected and quiet as it faced the courtyard. The beds were so comfortable! They allowed us to rest well.
Cons: The only negative was that there is no breakfast provided. Also the connected restaurant was not open do to Covid.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Hotel room was good, bed comfortable. It was during the pandemic and everything was closed except the rooms and lobby. Hard to give an opinion. We had tickets to the Mariners game and the location was ideal. Couldn't ask for better.
Cons: Different year, different time.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The bed was super comfortable.
Cons: On site restaurant closed. Nothing open within walking distance besides food trucks that are mainly for the sporting events. Neighborhood is full of homeless and drug users. Valet parking is way overpriced.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Friendly staff nice room very clean
Cons: Restaurant not open, not their fault due to covid
Okay 4.0
Cons: Pool was closed, was not told this. No breakfast. Had to pay 160 dollars for parking
Good 7.0
Cons: bar, restaurant, spa, pool all closed yet COVID restrictions are lifted.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great hotel. Perfect for our needs. Picked hotel because of location. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Silver cloud hotels never disappoint.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Quick and easy check in. Parking garage attendant was super, so was desk attendant at check in. Area was somewhat remote, I know it’s Covid but was not much choice in eating, no kids menu at the restaurant.
Cons: Bug on the bed upon arriving in the room.  No kids menu at restaurant, Charged 3.50 for room service AND 18% tip. Had no choice but to pay since restaurant was not open for seating 😡. Would not stay there again.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Quick check in and attentive staff
Excellent 8.8
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I can't tell you how happy I am with the staff and the hotel. The person who checked us in upgraded our room since it was our anniversary. Also, she was very friendly.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Clean. Solid checkin experience. Friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: The location is not that great as it relates to walking to places in Seattle. You are 2mi from anything decent with the exception of the stadiums. Parking cost is outrageous considering the location.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff was beyond courteous.
Good 7.0
Pros: Great staff and very clean
Cons: The air conditioner was a bit loud and did not come on until the room was unsufferably hot.
Good 7.0
Pros: As always the cleanliness of the hotel and my room is number one I have stated before they have the best cleaned jacuzzi rooms downtown.
Cons: The problem im having is. With covid im starting to see this hotel doesn't have much to offer outside of a clean room. There are no extras, nothing to rave about to my readers. I feel like for the high price there should be more for guest.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Fantastic staff,
Cons: a bit far from downtown
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Nice and clean front desk polite. Street parking was available so I did not pay the valet which was like 35$ Never thought of a silver cloud hotel as a really nice hotel. I’m pretty sure they are all not like this. Either way this was a really nic
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Sevice
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: Nothing It was not what I expected and the staff and management was not current ADA laws regarding service animals and management was overriding policy and federal laws when mentioned corporate would contacted they redacted
Cons: That they were not up to date on ADA laws and policies regarding service animals as pets
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Location
Cons: Parking fee
Okay 5.0
Pros: Bed was comfortable. We requested a quiet room and the first one was noisy, facing a busy street, but the second one was fine with only occasional train whistles. Plenty of towels in the bathroom.
Cons: Not 4*Location not near Pike Market. 1.2miles or 30min. not very pleasant walk. Shuttle not reliable-left waiting for 1 hour in freezing cold. Had to call 3 times before it arrived. Driver said nobody told him we were waiting. Used Uber after that.
Okay 5.0
Pros: The location
Cons: The road and train noise was unbearable. We didn’t sleep. The windows were so thin it sounded like they were open and letting all the outside noise in. Being on the 7th floor we shouldn’t have been able to hear each car drive by all night lo
Good 7.0
Pros: Free shuttle to downtown locations
Cons: Will never step foot in the hotel or restaurant again. Was ignored by both bartenders during a slow time. Then followed out and threatened me to call the police for not paying for the beer that I didn’t drink. Never been so humiliated.
Good 7.0
Pros: The rooftop pool and hot tub were awesome.
Cons: The restaurant was decent, not as accommodating to guests as I would expect (no charge to the room available on the bills, and non-flexible menu). The BIGGEST downside was the unexpected and huge price for parking. There is no information about this onli
Good 7.0
Pros: Location was great!
Cons: The restaurant that was connected was very disappointing. I would not recommend going.
Okay 5.0
Pros: This is nowhere near a 4 star hotel
Cons: Middle of nowhere
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: The room was very nice and the staff were pleasant and very friendly.
Cons: The hotel was not even close to Pike Place Market, it was directly across from the T-mobile stadium and train tracks. Too noisy. Good thing their wasn’t a ball game going on! Some horn was going off every couple of hours waking me up. Would not
Good 7.0
Pros: Price, size of room, cleanliness
Cons: Didn't feel like a four star hotel for leisure, business hotel yes. Bit dated but fine for one night, didn't have any charm.
Good 6.0
Pros: Convenient location I had a mtg the next morning down the street.
Cons: The outside smelled like urine. Fridge was not working and I'm pumping it spoiled all of my breast milk.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Location and onsite restaurant
Cons: I was not able to check in and had to wait for an hour before getting my room at 3:00 in the morning.
Okay 4.0
Pros: Key card for elevator
Cons: For a hotel that has a pool on the roof (tiny pool) you would think there would be a time for children so adults could go in the pool. Also the food in the restaurant was horrible! No wonder they only have a “good” rating. Do not get the break
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Free shuttle to downtown drop offs was the redeeming quality.
Cons: Right by train tracks that and loud at 2am. I was actually warned by other guests when I first checked in. The rooms are very outdated and furniture quite damaged. I am shocked that this hotel qualifies as 4 star and costs so much. It was below average.
Good 7.0
Pros: Staff were very curteous and friendly, room was excellent and we had a fantastic view of the harbour, room was really great
Cons: Charged extra for parking and didn't really explain that really well even after paying $--- American per night and not even being downtown. Called to be picked up by hotel shuttle and were told they would be there in six minutes. Never got picked up.
Good 7.0
Pros: the front desk staff was very pleasant and the free shuttle to cruise ship terminals was great
Cons: The location kills this hotel. If you're coming for sporting events at the baseball or football stadiums then its great. Otherwise its a pretty seedy area and it didn't feel comfortable walking around the area. Not really a 4 star hotel, more 3.5
Poor 1.0
Pros: It was clean, but no where near where we wanted to stay. Very disappointed and will never use this service again
Okay 4.0
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Location...I requested to be near Pikes Market...this was a mile and a half away and across the street from a noisy ball park with live games. I also put luggage in storage and the kid gave me attitude when they couldn't find my backpack.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Nice amenities and the room was clean
Cons: Could not use Netflix on television would have cost $20 to watch a movie was over $50 a night to park car in addition to the hotel fees would've needed to take a hotel tram into downtown Seattle to different locations 15 min walk to light rail
Poor 1.0
Pros: Hotel was clean and you could only access the floors with a hotel key card
Cons: Our hotel door would not lock, we came back to the hotel and found we could enter the room without a key. Valet messed with the key fob for our car and it was found to be missing the key & motherboard. Hotel manager was extremely rude regarding damages.
Poor 1.0
Pros: This is not a four star hotel. Located in a very bad neighborhood next to the stadium. A bunch of drunk kids at the hotel and walking around outside of the hotel yelling and screaming all night.
Cons: Only thing I liked about this place was leaving it.
Okay 5.0
Pros: easy in and out next to the freeway
Cons: our room was on the third floor which was very noisy with street revelers that we could easily hear in our room. Heard yelling at 4:15 am that woke me up. The gal at the front desk knew it and tried to get us a different room but nothing was available.
Poor 1.0
Cons: Staff was not accommodating, bed sheets were stained, room curtains were torn, air quality of room was musty, bathroom fan was really loud, and parking was expensive.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: The electricity went out. The hotel didnt even have generator for back up. Very disappointing.
Mediocre 3.0
Cons: The staff
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Location. Quialty
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Lobby was nice, daughter liked the rooftop pool. Room was very clean and average in terms of decor etc. for a hotel of this level.
Cons: Agent was not welcoming and did not give best room available. We switched rooms to room335. Door to room did not close properly. Bathroom door jammed and was loud, bath fan extremely loud. Very darkn room. Valet gave us our car without verifying us.
Poor 1.0
Pros: The hotel was very clean.
Cons: My bathroom was clogged. And did not want to drain for some reason I called the front desk. And they sent someone to my room to hand me a plunger to do it my self. I think that no hotel should have there guest fixing there own restroom.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: The free bus transportation to the city center.
Cons: Not really a four star hotel Hot tub and pool area looked dirty First room smelled like smoke
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: It was in Seattle.
Cons: The hotel a fine. The people working there were awful.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: The staff
Cons: The fridge in the room froze all the food and drinks I brought .the 3rd time I watched a movie the tv kept freezing and stoping/restarting. My room location seemed to be adjacent to a housekeeping closet that was used at all hours of the day and night.
Poor 1.0
Cons: The front desk staff were rude and unprofessional!!!!!
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Close to public transportation
Cons: The staff, not military friendly. Overpriced parking.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Perfect location for events and great place to stay
Excellent 9.7
Pros: This hotel is right near Century Link and Safeco Field.
Cons: Price was a bit high for our low budget.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The large TV was awesome The view of the stadium was cool Good proximity to the stadiums
Cons: Wifi sucked Bed was not the best pillows were really soft Slightly noisy with the trains running by and the hallway noise
Excellent 9.1
Pros: YOu can't stay any closer to the stadiums. It's close enough to downtown to walk anywhere, or catching a bus is easy. I was able to watch some of the pre-game activities at SafeCo field from my room. They upgraded me to a King Suite with a view for free (I booked a reg. King Room), the room was spacious, had everything I needed, and overall was very good for being one of the less-expensive rates I could find near downtown.
Cons: I had to mark things down just a little bit as the drain in the bathroom was clogged just a little, so some of the water would accumulate. There was also an extra bathtub with a shower head (I was in a suite), so I just used that. Not a big hassle. One morning I was working from my room, and they had a fire alarm test at 11am. Not a big deal, but it was a minor annoyance as I had to rush to put clothes on, and scramble out of my room, only to run into maintenance who told me there was no emergency.
Good 6.8
Pros: Super convenient for going to the Sounders game. Staff was friendly and helpful. Clean and safe place to stay.
Cons: The bed and pillows were not comfortable, so we both slept terribly.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: I liked the location (for the game) And I liked the restaurant and bar. I liked the pool and spa on the roof + extra towels. The staff seemed to be professional and courteous (except in one case)
Cons: I didn't like the fact that a staff maintenance person barged into my room without notice or knocking then came face to face with me and backed up apologizing out the door without an explanation for the intrusion
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Friendly helpful staff. Very clean. Very convenient location.
Cons: We were able to leave a day early. I would have appreciated the ability to cancel the second day myself instead of going through kayak. That became a bit of a hassle but staff tried very hard to accommodate us.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Rooms were clean, updated and quiet.
Cons: Little expensive.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Loved being able to walk across the street to safeco field. Our room was on the rotgut floor over looking the freeway and Piaget sound. A little noisy but not bad at all. Jacuzzi room was great!
Cons: Liked it all. Thought the valet fee for the car park was a bit high. But not worrying about the vehicle was nice.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Raul was the best!! His recommendations were on point and so very friendly and helpful!! We hope he is working the next time we stay!!!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location to light rail, baseball stadium, bars & nightlife.
Cons: It’s no longer something that I would say I didn’t like, but during my stay I found out from the hotel staff the hotel had just re-opened from being closed from COVID. Parts of the building were still boarded up which have the feel it was abandoned/closed.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It was close to everywhere for tourists. Which is what me and my girlfriend are. We walked mostly everywhere and it wasn’t bad at all. Hotel was great.
Cons: Everything was great
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It's within walking distance of several restaurants and tourist destinations.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: My room came with a very comfortable king sized bed, and 5 pillows, I slept like a log. The view from my room was great, but importantly had blackout curtains, as Seattle nights are very short this time of year.
Cons: The carpet was a little sticky. I wore socks the entire time. The invection stove top needed a good scrubbing.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Clean and modern
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Great location! Very clean! Walking distance to Public Market (pike).
Cons: Checked in early - The only room available was with view to the next building¿s wall - not a city view., which was a bummer There was sketchy people in the vicinity of this hotel, but that¿s everywhere these days. Even saw them by the Four Seasons.
Good 7.0
Pros: View was awesome! Room was excellent!
Cons: Location was great in relation to Pikes Place, but a bit scary to walk to at night.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very clean, quiet, excellent location.
Poor 1.0
Pros: The only thing I liked about it was that it was in the heart of downtown Seattle
Cons: Yes. The staff, the attention to problems with the room. Water was messed up and couldn't get it fixed. Staff very rude
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location,clean,stuff
Cons: Surrounding this hotel. Too much homeless
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Excellent hotel employee at front desk was very helpful and very friendly professional and great at what she does thank you
Cons: No
Excellent 10.0
Pros: location, location location
Cons: great deal $
Good 7.4
Pros: The rooms are spacious and very clean
Cons: I wasn’t so fond of the location at night, it was very scary especially because we had to park a few blocks away from the hotel . It’s not the safest area.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Really nice. Was within walking distance of Centurylink field, which was the purpose of our stay. Room was very clean and comfy.
Cons: It is downtown Seattle, so it wasn’t quiet, even on the 10th floor. Sirens multiple times through the night. Not the hotels fault though.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location near Seattle downtown was excellent. Cleanliness and attentive staff made our stay great.
Cons: Airport shuttle timing could be improved.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Location
Cons: Hotel was nice. Except there was only 1 bed for 2 people.who were not a couple. It need to be up front if we Re only getting 1 bed . No exceptions.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Cleanliness and location
Cons: everything was perfect
Good 7.1
Pros: It was clean the bed was comfortable didn’t spend alot of time there so I can’t really speak to anything else
Cons: For the price I would have expected more the elavators were slow, shaken and there is no indicator that the elavator is being called till it shows up.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I can't think of a better location to stay in Seattle. We were walking distance to Pike's Market, the ferries, restaurants. It was a bit tricky to navigate the public transit system. Still, the hotel staff were exceptionally helpful, professional, and cordial. The rooms were of a good size, and I'd recommend the upgrade to a bay view: lovely views of the ferries and sunsets.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff provided excellent customer service. I don't know that I've ever had such good service during a hotel stay. The rooms were clean and quite nice, the location is perfect for exploring the pioneer square area. The staff were very willing to suggest great restaurants and activities, and went out of their way to be polite and accommodating. I chose this hotel because of its reasonable price, and was pleasantly surprised with how wonderful it was. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The views, comfortable beds, spacious suites
Excellent 9.3
Cons: Downtown parking was expensive. $37 per night for overnight valet parking at the hote.

Mediocre 3.0
Pros: There was little to no food available on the to go menu even at 8 in the morning and I was not told this ahead of us arriving. My daughter was with me and I could have stopped to get her food. My drink was delivered with no cup and no ice. The reception area was dimly lit and looked closed even in the day. There was no one outside to greet us.
Cons: A clearer description of the dining services and overall welcoming experience would have been nice
Poor 1.0
Pros: The hotel had room service, could control AC
Cons: Rude staff, no fridge, bar wasnt open during memorial weekend on sunday, parking cost was $20.00 extra a day compared to a parking garage literally next door. Anyone could come in and room was small
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The location was great and I loved that there was a DJ Saturday night.
Cons: Bar didn’t open until 5. The room smelled like a mixture of cigarette smoke and marijuana. The staff seemed either over-worked or just doing their job.
Good 7.0
Cons: I paid for a city view room, but the only one they had available had a horrible smell like fish so they put me in a room with no view at all (it was next to a parking garage) and made no accommodation for my paying the higher rate for a city view room.
Mediocre 3.0
Cons: Letting us know ahead of time that that their dining was closed. There were a dozen items of food available on a to go list and most were sold out by 9 each morning and not available for dinner as well. The reception area looked closed. The lights were all off our entire stay in the check in area.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Excellent downtown Seattle location. Close to restaurants and entertainment, shopping, etc.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: I liked how clean it was, and the check and staff were awesome!
Cons: The staff that worked the bar were a little indifferent. They were not much fun.... :/ But other than them, it was great!
Okay 5.0
Cons: The hotel was very dark. There were not a lot of eating choices.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: They were very accommodating during COVID. Of course we couldn¿t enjoy everything that was available due to COVID but it was a lovely experience.
Cons: Parking is a separate charge, it would be nice to have free parking for guests since we had already paid a lot for the room. We had to find a different parking garage that was cheaper for overnight parking
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Cleanliness, great staff
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Friendly staff and a great hotel. Limitations due to CoVid like no dining or breakfast options - but that¿s expected currently. The bed was comfy and the room was very clean.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff was very helpful.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff was excellent all around.
Cons: It blew my mind the room did not have a fridge or microwave for a 4.5 star
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Overall service
Cons: No
Good 7.0
Pros: Convenient location
Cons: The cleaning could have been a bit better, there was some hair in the shower and things were a bit dusty in the room
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Amazing front desk. Very helpful and friendly. Always had a smile.
Cons: Location was a little more in business area vs. shopping / tourist. We were tourists.
Good 6.0
Pros: Great location and hip vibes. Checkin and checkout process was easy.
Cons: Service was below parr this time - not sure if they have decreased staff during the pandemic. There was no mention that housekeeping on a multi-night stay had to be requested during check-in and when it was requested, they never showed up.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Good location and a parking garage is on the same street
Cons: They didn’t have traditional coffee on site but there was a coffee shop on the same block hotel staff directed me to
Okay 5.0
Cons: We had to switch rooms because the bathroom was not clean, hair everywhere and the toilet was not clean. The bed was also extremely hard. Good location for the hotel as it was easy to walk to the market and restaurants. Will not stay here again though,
Excellent 8.2
Pros: Being that my stay was during Covid-19 and all the restrictions that come along with it, it's a bit unfair to make a review on likes and dislikes, but the room was spacious, beds are a bit firm but still comfortable, view was AMAZING from our room, bathroom spacious and not a box
Cons: I think that prices could be reduced since there's limited things available inside the hotel. The rooms are basic because they are restricting what's in it, like coffeemaker, glasses, etc., but can be called upon request. No decorative bedding, no room service from the restaurant, just selected items chosen by hotel, which isn't much! Worst part is the parking, which should be informed by the hotel website, not by reviewers. Because I am from the area I know the craziness around parking in Seattle, but not informing customers of their $60 a night for parking at the hotel is a HUGE disservice to potential guests

Good 7.0
Pros: Nice clean modern rooms... Comfortable beds... Slept great!!
Cons: Only had valet parking and I refuse to let anyone else drive my vehicle
Okay 4.0
Pros: The decor
Cons: No really, the staff could’ve been more accommodating
Okay 5.4
Cons: More knowledgeable staff. Staff that give accurate information.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Nice hotel. Very clean and modern rooms. Central location. Held a meeting at the hotel and the staff was fantastic.
Cons: Room service menu could be improved-it’s quite limited.
Good 6.2
Pros: I like the staff, they were all extremely Lovely and friendly. The service was top notch. Breakfast was decent, omlette was good, crispy English muffin, great bacon and potatoes were a 4. Latte was an 11 ! Delicious
Cons: The rooms were not represented very well from the pictures on line. I remember this hotel so differently from 10 years ago. The ceilings were short and basically a box with faux wood walls, the beds were great with really soft sheets. The bathrooms were tight and felt old and over used. Best part of the hotel itself is the lobby and hallways. Modern and pretty.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: All of the staff were very helpful an accomadating always with a smile. Wonderful location. Nice clean room
Cons: all great. Thought room with a view meant a water view
Good 7.4
Pros: I liked that there was a Starbucks across the street and it was walking distance to all the main attractions and shopping center.
Cons: I hated how thins the walls were. I could hear the people next door sneeze clear as day and their conversation as if the connecting doors were open. We could also hear the people in the hallway as if I left our doors open. Not a good place to come sleep in a bit if you have an hangover. Also the beds are as hard as rocks. Not comfortable.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: We had a great time! Very nice hotel, though I think I expected the rooms to be more extravagant, but they are very nice. I almost stole the bed...slept like a rock. Very cool NYE hotel...they held a party downstairs that was all part of the hotel price for the night. We had an awesome time and this will likely become a tradition for us. Staff is extremely professional and polite. Right downtown, equidistant from the stadium/ball park and central part of downtown Seattle, so most things are available to you by foot.
Cons: For such a nice hotel, the fitness facility was pretty cramped and awful. We've stayed at Hotels that charge much less with much better gyms. Other than that, super nice place!
Good 7.7
Pros: Boutique vibe, comfortable bed, trendy decor.
Cons: Room was a little rough around the edges, didn't have the luxury feel I'd expect for $300+/night. No coffee or microwave in room.
Good 6.0
Pros: Bed was soft
Cons: Dogs next to us barking all night No gym as advertised Room couldn't get colder than 66 degrees
Good 7.4
Pros: Location
Cons: Ridiculously high parking charge, no coffee maker in the room, no onsite jacuzzi, no club room. I would probably choose one of the other Seattle Starwood properties in the future.
Good 7.4
Pros: The location was great
Cons: Too dark old Hotel needs updates not your average W very slow at getting Baggage From storage room that faces the parking garage feels like a dungeon
Okay 5.6
Pros: The service was great. People were really nice and I got a free upgrade.
Cons: I didn't particularly like the beds at the W. They felt lumpy. I stayed in The Westin the day after and I LOVE their beds! I also didn't really like the dark, club feel and the loud music in the lobby. I just wanted to relax and felt like I couldn't at the W.

Good 7.0
Pros: Very safe and secure. I liked the personal parking garage. Staff was very friendly and covid responsible.
Cons: I did not realize there wasn't a refrigerator.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: It was clean
Cons: I didn't like the fact that the parking was so far from the hotel. It was scary walking there and finding where it was
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Room smelled nice and was extremely clean
Cons: The blankets were a bit lacking, but nothing that really ruined the experience overall
Good 6.0
Pros: The room was very clean.
Cons: Whenever another room's AC unit turned on, it made our AC unit make a pinging/dripping sound in the middle of the night that kept me up.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Room was very spacious and clean. The location was ideal for us. Price was right.
Cons: The breakfast was a grab and go option. Not very nice, but with Covid 19 at least it was something.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It was convenient for an overnight stay between trains. King Street Station is just an 8 minute walk away by foot and the waterfront is just a block over
Good 6.0
Cons: No view from room. Had a hard time finding the building. You should have a bigger sign on the front of the building.
Good 7.0
Pros: The staff were FABULOUS. Over and above on every front. The room was very clean and well appointed.
Cons: The neighborhood is conveniently located for nearby attractions, but is dreadful, particularly at night. Crawling with homeless addicts begging for money and vomiting on the sidewalks. Also, gym closed and breakfast scaled down to almost nothing
Poor 1.0
Pros: Terrible. I did not feel safe. The area appears dangerous and the smell is awful.
Cons: Generally unpleasant in all aspects.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Historic part of the city. Close to public transportation.
Cons: Homeless people on the walk there.
Good 7.0
Pros: We felt safe on the inside
Cons: From the football stadium to the space needle down to the water front up to 5th Street we covered on foot. More homeless people than tourist. Most all business closed! Trash everywhere and smelled like urine everywhere. No police in sight ANYWHERE! This is heading into a bad place. This is not going to end well 2 years ago it was beautiful and I felt safe! Thank you city officials for destroying it and putting people out of business!
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Location. Quiet.
Cons: Old. Funky. What appeared to be black mold in the bathroom/shower. Big gap under room door to hallway.
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: Nothing
Cons: I was over charged!!!
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Price.
Cons: Did not know about parking situation.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Old-fashioned charm. Did not feel like a cookie cutter lodging facility.
Cons: The parking situation around the hotel is difficult. I did not know that the hotel offered a parking service until after I had checked in. It should be mentioned in the reservations material, on the website.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Location, charm, cleanliness, and affordability
Cons: A little dated and a really small tv in a weird place in my room.
Good 7.0
Pros: Location
Cons: Customer service at check in was un-impressive
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Old part of town I liked
Cons: Lots of homeless people near area
Poor 1.0
Cons: Didn’t even stay there. The only available room had construction workers and terrible noise right outside the window. So I cancelled and left.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location and interior - very unique.
Cons: Distance to parking
Excellent 10.0
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Close to the waterfront and free shuttle
Cons: No
Excellent 9.6
Excellent 10.0
Pros: That I was greeted by mr. Henry yesler himself I'm selfish photo it was a fabulous beautiful old world stepping back in time Vintage Hotel classic classic Beauty.
Cons: I'm going to get right to the point there's a mistake in the date on my booking so the man at the front desk with the kind of balding hair and all sarcastic he said he change a date for me he didn't change the date to change the freaking price doubled it
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Location!
Okay 5.0
Pros: The staff was very nice
Cons: It said it had an indoor pool so we canceled our reservation at another hotel to this one. They did NOT have a pool and they did NOT have a workout center. Very very disappointed. When I told the front desk they said we can see about getting you in the
Excellent 9.7
Pros: good breakfast
Cons: in-room ac fan was a bit noisy and took a long time to cool the room
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very helpful front desk staff
Cons: No
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Truly amazing service, the guys working at the reception were extremely friendly and helpful, they provided some great info about the city. The hotel is at great location, close to aquarium, the wheel and train station. Thanks for everything!
Cons: /
Good 6.0
Pros: Breakfast staff doing excellent job. Bed was very comfortable.
Cons: View from one window empty lot with trash in it. View from other window was of highway, construction site, and homeless people working together to dismantle some bicycles!
Excellent 9.7
Pros: The hotel is extremely clean, in a great location, and provides an excellent breakfast. Seattle is a very expensive city to visit and this hotel was reasonably priced and the staff was very friendly. I would stay here again and I would recommend this hotel to others.
Cons: The decor is a little outdated and it would be nice to have a mini fridge/microwave in room as there is room for it.
Good 7.0
Pros: Retro hotel-not the usual Best Western. An historic building kept to its era. Funky, clean, excellent location in Pioneer Square. Friendly staff and standard Best Western breakfast. Nice to get the paper in the morning and our room was large and quiet.
Cons: Inside rooms face a dreary stairwell, but they are very quiet, and it goes with the original floor plan and keeps the integrity of the history of the building. No real complaints.
Good 6.8
Pros: Hotel is on register of historic buildings. Much nice woodwork, well appointed rooms. Pioneer Square nearby. Lots of food locations nearby. Close to Ferry Terminal and harbor area. Four blocks from Link station.
Cons: Elevated freeway right next to building. Did not have a car, but understood parking was expensive. Many homeless people living in tents on street right outside hotel and folks sleeping in doorways making location less then optimal.
Excellent 8.2
Pros: Staff was very friendly
Cons: Housekeeping staff needs to learn what the "do not disturb" sign means. Check out is 11am, I left the room at 8:50am for a few moments only to come back and find him cleaning my room. He threw out papers I had sitting on a table and dumped my 3/4 full bottle of wine.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I opted not to stay in a very luxurious conference hotel and stayed here instead for half the price. The BW was very clean, comfortable and conveniently located. Great cookies served in the evening, too!
Cons: Had some trouble connecting to the wifi in my room but it seemed to work everywhere else in the building
Good 6.2
Cons: Everything was great until we encountered front desk clerk at check in. There was a misunderstanding about our reservation and for a minute we thought he was not going to rent us the room. Luckily the other desk clerk stepped in and smoothed the situation. Other than that everything was great.
Excellent 8.5
Pros: Alex the cons eared was very helpful in booking our tours and getting cabs for us. The breakfast was very good.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very nice and responsive staff
Cons: Slow elevator
Excellent 8.2
Pros: Wifi and breakfast included. Located near many Seattle attractions (tours, waterfront, stadiums, etc.) in the walkable downtown. Friendly staff.
Cons: Facilities could use some work, especially the elevator (slow). Room was a bit cramped, but overall good value.

Okay 5.0
Pros: Room was clean and comfortable
Cons: Staff didn¿t really seem to know what they were doing. Took us about 10 minutes to check in because the staff member behind the counter couldn¿t figure out what to do. Room service took forever and was cold when we got it
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Location great
Cons: Parking sucks.. $45
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Bery clean and classy
Good 7.0
Pros: We didn't have any breakfast. But the location was perfect for a wedding we were attending at the Columbia Towers.
Cons: The in-room dining service was fast and efficient, but the food was not good.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: This was just an absolutely beautiful hotel and the staff were kind especially the bartender. The price was perfect for an one night stay. The room was clean it smelled fresh and it was a quiet stay. As well as the location of the hotel being 10 minutes (walk) from downtown was absolutely perfect.
Cons: Unfortunately, Due to Covid the rooftop lounge was closed, which was unfortunate because we were especially excited for that. Overall, everything was perfect. The only thing I recommend is providing free water for the guest instead of the $6 or $8(I can’t remember the exact price) water that was in the room.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: I liked the modern design and vibe. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
Cons: Breakfast was included in the price but they are only offering it by room service. Not a huge problem except that it took an hour to be delivered and some of the items were either cold or missing. They did better on Day 2.
Excellent 10.0
Cons: Beds were just ok. Cost to park my vehicle at the hotel overnight $45.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Room seemed exceptionally clean
Cons: Hotel parking too expensive
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The price is great. It is easy to get to from the freeway. The room was large and comfortable.
Cons: No coffee, food or any other amenities available. The staff was not super helpful when it came to finding food places to eat. The room is great but not sure why this hotel has more stars than a doubletree.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Great staff all around.
Cons: The room looked directly into an office building.

Poor 1.0
Pros: Location
Cons: Customer Service
Okay 5.0
Pros: Very comfortable bed and good location.
Cons: It smelled very strongly of marajuana in the hall and the smell seeped into our room. The hotel has got to be better about stopping patrons from smoking indoors.
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: Not much. Location was away from most restaurants and bars. The hotel restaurant closed at 2pM!!!
Cons: The room was clearly not clean. Cracker crumbs in the drawers. No daily cleaning.
Okay 4.0
Pros: Checkin was nice, Aveda products
Cons: Bed was very uncomfortable, frustrations with app
Excellent 8.0
Poor 1.0
Cons: The hotel violated their own covid protocols, double booked my room to another guest, violated my privacy, moved my things without my permission, and essentially evicted me from my room. Then they failed to apologize.
Good 7.0
Pros: Very clean and quiet
Cons: Room feels slightly dated for it being a 4.5 star hotel. Further from Pike Place than expected
Good 6.0
Pros: A refrigerator was nice to have. Reception provided bottled water every time we returned to hotel.
Cons: The room was nice but didn’t meet our expectations for the star rating. Parking was too expensive. Restaurant and bar were closed due to COVID and we were not informed upon registering. We had planned on using room service.
Good 6.0
Pros: Nice room and view.
Cons: Paid resort fees per night and all the facilities were closed due to covid. Should not need to pay for resort fees. WiFi costs money, not included.
Okay 4.0
Cons: Staff nowhere to be found!
Okay 5.0
Pros: The view was nice.
Cons: I did not like being charged $45 for one night of parking. I did not like that our room did not have a pen. I did not like having to go down to the lobby for everything.
Good 6.0
Pros: Nice location
Cons: Dirty windows, don't looks like 4,5 star hotel
Okay 5.0
Pros: Room size and cleanliness of room
Cons: Too much noise from the freeway Daytime staff at the front desk were rude Housekeeping does not observe privacy signs at the door I extended my stay the night before but instead I was harassed next morning to checkout
Good 7.0
Pros: The location was great and the room was clean
Cons: I was not told how much it actually cost to park a car there. They asked if I was parking and said they'd activate my room key so I could go access the garage. BUT no mention about it costing me $45 a night!! I'd have parked down the street had I k
Good 7.0
Pros: Good location, nice lobby, comfortable bed, clean
Cons: Small room, TV not working well, not much view. It’s a good hotel but nothing special.
Good 7.0
Pros: Good price and comfortable
Cons: Parking is very expensive as was the espresso bar. Few options to eat in the immediate area (within 5 blocks)on a weekend morning.
Good 6.0
Pros: Location and size of the room ! Secured building ( card key needed to go up to room )
Good 7.0
Pros: Location was great and the it was surprisingly quiet given the proximity to the I5
Cons: Yes the cost of parking was outrageous. There should be free WiFi in the rooms. The free WiFi in the lobby requires a membership to the hotels reward program
Good 7.0
Pros: The location in downtown Seattle was good, but it wasn't close to very many restaurants.
Cons: The rooms were very average. Nothing about the room screamed 4.5 stars.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Bad customer service

Mediocre 3.0
Cons: This hotel is a 3 star hotel with subpar service. Our room's furniture, storage, bathroom products, and HVAC system were all equivalent with what you'd find at a recently constructed Motel 6  NOT a 4.5 star hotel. Nice lobby, unfriendly staff, bad ro
Good 7.1
Cons: No gym or pool. Asked twice for new pillows
Okay 4.0
Pros: The hotel has been nicely redecorated since my last visit.
Cons: The front desk staff, while competent, was wearing a filthy jacket. The bar was understaffed such that I and other groups simply walked away after it was clear we would not be served. The bar had lots of capacity in terms of space, just too few workers.
Okay 5.0
Cons: Noisy. Music very loud in lobby. Cars noisy on road. Heater loud in room. Not a quiet hotel. Stayed in 3 star hotels with similar or even nicer finishes in the rooms. Felt like the staff was trying to squeeze every dollar out of us.
Okay 5.0
Cons: Made us wait for three hours to get into the room. I realize that check-in is at 4:00pm, but making us wait till 3:59pm (and even then, I had to ask) seems a little unnecessary. Both the coffee creamer packets in the room were curdled. Gross.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Great location.
Cons: Bad design for light switch (hidden behind sliding door). Charging for wifi and not offering free tier. Bad front desk staff attitude over phone. Staff told me this is standard in downtown area (false) as first time I've had to o Pay in downtown area.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Staff was very nice. They gave me a perk to go the VIP lounge but then forgot to code my keys for it.
Cons: rooms were poorly designed. Air quality musty. Beds smelled of bodies. no views. tacky entertainment in lobby. too busy. Felt like I was at a carnival. would never choose to stay there on my own.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Location
Cons: Tiny room. Not particularly nice considering the star rating. No free WiFi. Unexplained 75 dollar charge I'm going to have to call and argue with them about. I would expect classier behavior.
Good 7.1
Pros: Staff was so welcoming and kind. The restaurant is very nice.
Cons: Well I felt like I was in a Vegas casino due to the smells in the hotel. They are pumping perfume into the air to cover udors. Our room was technically clean but felt dirty just because it’s haggered. Carpet needs changed. Stain on side of bed. Window so filthy you could barely see out of it. Bed spread all wrinkled give you the feeling it isn’t actually clean. For $180 a night I expect more up dated room.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Beer on tap
Cons: Noisy
Poor 1.0
Pros: I have spent 300 room nights or more per year for eight years, traveling for major corporations or for personal. I have never experienced something worse then staying at the Renaissance in Seattle. Accused me of staying in my room, well past check out. P2
Cons: I want to speak to manager about the situation he obviously was in on whatever was going on as well as the door man it was crazy they embarrassed me in front of and then charged me $372 extra. Can't figure out why they did it. I will make complaints!
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: Nice room
Cons: Very high parking fee
Excellent 9.7
Pros: The bed was super comfortable.
Mediocre 3.0
Cons: Parking was $45!!! I was not advised of that upon check in. Also no pool, staff was in too much of a hurry to be courteous. I would not recommend this hotel or stay again.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Location
Cons: This hotel is terrible. I've stayed here numerous times if I get a sale because of the location and each time they manage to make me dislike it more. Terrible staff attitude, pretentious, rude, and all around awful. I've finally had it and will not return
Poor 1.0
Pros: location
Cons: Service was awful.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Easy to find. And that is the only good thing with a hotel that has horrible customer service and very expensive parking. This by far is the worst hotel I have stayed at in years.
Cons: This hotel had the worst customer service of nay hotel I have stayed at in 10 years. Housekeeping woke us up at 8:30am and then again at 9:30am despite us having reservations for multiple nights at the hotel. Room service did not show up after two hou
Poor 1.0

Cons: Staff was rude and dishonest.. Overcharged my card. The toilet and tin was dirty. Hester in the room was broken.
Excellent 9.1
Pros: Most beautiful room I've stayed in so far. Good all-you-can-eat continental breakfast. Staff could be better, though.
Mediocre 2.0
Cons: Our room was on the 10th and faced the freeway and even that high up the traffic noise was sooo loud! ( even when we checked in on a weeknight after midnight) VERY disappointing.
Poor 1.0
Pros: nothing but the trouble
Cons: no parking, rude front desk, walk up down for water, no breakfast, dirty bed, smelly bathroom.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Nothing really stood out, I was pretty disappointing staying at this hotel.
Cons: I felt that the restaurant and lounges did not meet the 4 star standard, the hotel lacked some common amenities, the robes we no where to be found, the bed was not comfortable, the shower was broken and not as advertised. Sadly it was disappointing stay.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: The smell of the lobby is amazing!!! Rooms are really nice. Bathrooms are nice
Cons: Ice machines only on the 6th and 16th floors. No pool.
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: Location and price
Cons: Booked for 5 and they gag room that was for two. Then gave us room with hidabed. But actually it was chair with foot rest. Finally third try got a room with two queens. Then asked about pool and they had closed it years ago. You posted with it on site.
Excellent 8.5
Pros: Classy hotel
Cons: Expensive parking, no free WiFi and no pool, very business focused hotel I think
Excellent 9.1
Pros: Staff always made us feel pampered. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was good. Well-maintained, very clean, nicely designed and decorated. Convenient location.
Cons: Construction noise from the skyscraper going up next door. Said skyscraper also blocked view. Unfortunately, neither is within their control, but did cost them a star overall.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. The concierge(s) were very helpful and friendly. The location was pretty good- walking distance to many attractions.
Cons: I was not informed when I checked in that a fee of $150 would be held off my card for the duration of my stay at the hotel. I checked out yesterday and have not had the money return to my account yet.
Good 6.2
Pros: Clean hotel. Nice weight room.
Cons: Wait for check in was very long. On a Friday night at 6 PM there was only one receptionist checking in patrons. We waited almost one hour in this line. Expensive parking (~40 per night.)
Good 7.1
Pros: Location and how nice the rooms where
Cons: The hot water was a problem... Barely could get any and allot of times I got burned. I called to have them fix it and nothing changed.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. You felt welcome from the time you walked in the hotel until you walked out. The location was excellent with easy walking acess to Downtown Seattle.
Cons: Nothing negative about the hotel during my stay.
Excellent 8.6
Pros: The location and views of Puget Sound/Seattle are amazing. And the staff was friendly and helpful - the concierge team was especially knowledgable for visitors like us that wanted to truly explore!
Cons: The lobby seemed outddated (looked like there were about to start renovation though), and the under-building parking seemed antiquated. Next time, we will just use Metro transit and taxis.

Excellent 8.0
Pros: Breakfast could have been much better, but the coffee was good.
Cons: People should be aware that the neighborhood is in the industrial part of the city. No grocery store aside from the gas station across the street. Few restaurants.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff!!!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location to downtown Seattle. Free parking.
Cons: Noisy plumbing.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: This was a great value over a holiday weekend. Close to the Hwy 5 freeway and 15 mins to downtown Seattle (no traffic). Room was quiet, comfortable and clean. Staff were very friendly.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The friendly staff and how they'd made accommodations around Coronavirus.
Mediocre 3.0
Cons: Overall for the location and room quality THIS HOTEL IS HIGHLY OVERPRICED!!!!!
Good 7.0
Cons: Would not have stayed here if there were other options in the same area. But it was fine.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Awesome staff
Cons: Uncomfortable bed. Weirdly small pillows
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Wonderful staff. Everyone was friendly, cordial and helpful. The hotel's breakfast has good coffee and tea and wonderful local yogurt. Very active in re-cycling and composing. A good I repent Hotel and hope it'll stay that way.
Cons: Some stuffy odor on hallway and in room. Took care of the odor in room by open I g the window and turned air-condition to low temperature and high fan.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The hotel staff were all very friendly, as well as helpful/knowledgeable about the area. Room was comfortable and well appointed, and while the airplane noise was a factor while walking around, we didn't notice it as much while in our room.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Good location and friendly helpful staff.
Cons: Room was a little small. Lack of HD tv channels.
Good 7.0
Pros: Staff were super helpful. Location and price were great.
Cons: Rooms pretty small. Non-HD tv service.
Okay 5.1
Pros: The artwork was cool and the location central to South Seattle. The continental breakfast looked nice, we didn't get to try it. Wifi was provided. The soaps were lovely and we enjoyed them. There was a comfortable armchair in our room and a little fridge. The Starbucks across the street was a definite plus. Overall it seemed like they were on the verge of getting everything together to be a nice hotel.
Cons: The room was smelled strongly of cigarettes. We asked if there was another room and even though the front desk checked, there was not another room for us. I think they must have recently switched to a non smoking hotel since the only empty rooms had just had the carpets clean and were wet still. We opened the window and cranked up the fan to air it out and went to sleep. We woke up to a very noisy intersection. It's located on the edge of an industrial area and the noise is constant. They provided ear plugs but it was enough to wake us. There was construction outside our window, not their fault of course but it added to the din. The wifi stopped working on our last morning and when I called to ask if the password had changed the front desk didn't seem to know what to do. The clerk who checked us in offered to take some money off for the smokey room and when we went to check out he discovered he took $5 off of the first night.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: staff was very friendly and helpful. rooms were clean, with basic amenities. little things like plenty of convenient plugs for electronics. Continental breakfast was great! Especially the coffee (Vita). Walking distance to good bars and restaurants.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Clean, proximity to airport and food plus great shopping. Safe and close to all major freeways. Highly recommend it.
Okay 4.0
Pros: Staff & cleanliness excellent.
Cons: Room to cramped/small.
Good 7.0
Pros: It was within walking distance of the event we were going to, so that was perfect. Easy to get to, as well.
Cons: The hotel itself was fine - there was a distinct smell of weed around the main entrance of the hotel, which was a little off putting. The "give us your key and you can get it back when you return" was a little awkward, but worked ok.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It was an older hotel but was very clean and the location was very good
Excellent 8.0
Pros: I liked the interior of the hotel, they also had lots of local recommendations available. Staff was very nice.
Cons: Could use a little maintenance (stuff on mirror/lightbulbs burned out).
Good 6.0
Pros: Clean room & friendly staff.

Good 7.0
Pros: Decent breakfast and the room was clean. The location is convenient to our son's apartment.
Cons: Two prong outlets didn't work with with my laptop. Also, I had to ask the office how to get the shower to work - I've never seen the pull down lower nozzle to activate system before.
Okay 4.0

Cons: Beds were horrible.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The motel was clean and met all expectations. As the only motel (as far as I could find) in West Seattle, it has a great location advantage for anyone visiting folks in West Seattle. The staff was friendly and helpful and the service they provided was excellent.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: I stayed in West Seattle despite the W. Seattle bridge closure to be near my family’s house. This hotel is tiny, but the rooms are updated and nice and clean. I was squeezed into a double bed with my hubby, and we have a California King mattress at home, so when I just couldn’t take it anymore and called the front desk for a cot bed to be rolled up at 12:30 am, they had it to me in three minutes flat! The staff really saved the day, and helped my stay to include good nights of sleep. 😃
Cons: The parking lot is tight, but we managed not to get dinged.
Excellent 9.0
Cons: Liked, the cleaning service on my room. Breakfast was just right. Loved the friendliness of all the staff. Great place will definitely come back. Just will make sure the Air Conditioner..works better. Thanks guys!!You rock!!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Decent hotel in good location
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Location location location! I love how easily found and in an amazing part of west Seattle it is! I will definitely be coming back to this hotel when I come back!!
Cons: Small parking lot
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Clean room with updated furniture. Comfortable bed and space to relax. Nice shower as well.
Cons: Early construction work on Monday morning in the room below mine was not so pleasant, but I understand it happens sometimes.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Helpful, friendly staff. Walking distance to restaurants and stores. No surprise resort fees. Free parking.
Cons: Breakfast could be improved greatly by offering a few hot items. The coffee was pretty horrible.

Excellent 9.0
Pros: quiet, clean,great kitchen
Good 7.0
Pros: i enjoyed the staff and a few visitors as well as basic amenities. there is something to say about security and facilities for cooking. cheers.
Cons: the recycling was not used very well. garbage was being mixed with compost. there was a bit too much nosiness and tech zombie notations. cheers.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Half room capacity during Covid is an excellent idea, and increases value for money. The laundry facility is excellent and there is a very large kitchen/dining area, where people mix and chat. These are well away from any rooms, which means no disturbance. It's a great hostel and ideally located.
Cons: They are a little under-staffed at the moment, so not always available at reception. Otherwise, they are doing a great job.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Hostelling International-Seattle is located directly inside the International District and is surrounded by restaurants, tea houses and activity. The hostel is located in a historic hotel with stairs and an elevator. Staff are attentive and happily accommodating, while the amenities include a fully equipped kitchen area, complimentary laundry detergent, dryer sheets, bicycle storage etc. Located just up the stairs/elevator from the Link train, the International District offers an array of cultural experience: • food and drink • bookstores • grocery markets • traditional herb and floral shops • Pokemon card, vintage video game, anime and model shops • a pinball museum • parks with ping pong tables etc. Most people get around on foot or train and the city is designed for walkability. If you're physically able, the piers are a short 15-20 minute walk, with all areas of the city accessible by a phenomenal network of public transport to include: buses, street cars, lite rails, subways, monorails and electric bikes or scooters for rent. note: travellers should keep supportive footwear in mind. The homeless populations share the sidewalks throughout the district although, we only faced one encounter from someone seemingly there to target the more vulnerable. Many businesses are still operating within reduced hours due to COVID-19 and the city is still under mask and social distancing mandates with strict anti-harassment policies so, prepare to comply and act in a respectful manner. The business owners and attendants were happy to receive us as patrons and were genuinely friendly. I would encourage anyone to book a stay at Hostelling International-Seattle for a centrally-located, clean hostel with amenities like towels, fans, heaters, hair dryers, irons, kitchen equipment and proximity to the best market in Seattle.
Cons: Some of the sidewalks and alleyways could benefit from more frequent trash removal and pressure washing.
Good 7.0
Pros: Location is good. 15 minutes walk to the waterfront, 20 - 25 minutes walk to the centre/pike market. Right next to the train station that takes you to the airport and to multiple buses that take you everywhere in the city. Super well connected. There are also restaurants and cafes around (most of them close relatively early though, so don't rely on them for a late snack) The room was ok. There were multiple power outlets next to each bed and a small individual fan, which is good. Nothing spectacular but it was ok and clean It had a sink with a mirror, which was helpful. The little lamp over the mirror was a plus. There was also storage space that you can lock with your own locker. The key card opens all spaces of the hotel. They also provided heaters and fans in the reception They provided free towels in the reception and they let us store our luggage before check in and after check out. There isn't always someone in the front desk but they provided us with a phone number to call and we always found someone who answered when we needed. Stuff was nice Bathrooms were fine too. No major complaints about cleaning and there were a few available at our floor. We stayed there for 2 nights and only one of us had to wait because the bathrooms were taken once, so that wasn't a problem. Hot water was always available and water pressure was good. Common space and kitchen are nice and fairly well equipped
Cons: There is clearly no attention to decoration/aesthetic/color when it comes to the rooms. You just have the basic and it kinda reminded me of a cabin in a boat (which is totally fine with us but sth to mention for people who are looking to stay at a pretty room). There could also be a bit more attention to details. Something like a nightstand or a little shelf next to the beds, to put our phones and stuff, would be really helpful The hostel is inext to main streets so there was noise from outside during the night (sirens, cars etc). Nothing crazy but could be annoying if you are a light sleeper. The blinders for the window were not enough to completely shut off the light so the light would wake us up in the morning. Internet was a bit slow at times There was a water fountain in the common area but the cold water had a metallic taste that was not ideal Overall, this place was good value for money and it is good for people who just want a bed to sleep after spending the whole day outside
Excellent 8.8
Excellent 10.0
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Very decent free breakfast, very helpful staff, bed and accommodation were very basic but that's to be expected with hostels. They'll hold on to your luggage an email extra couple of hours for free.
Cons: Not much, though wish checkout could be noon instead of 11.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: No
Excellent 9.1
Pros: Breakfast
Cons: More comfortable mattresses
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Quiet atmosphere and simple process to check in
Excellent 8.4
Excellent 8.5
Pros: Near public transport, great staff members, lots of opportunities to socialize, fully equipped kitchen, very clean.
Cons: Breakfast not really varied, bathrooms not always very clean due to use of visitors. I didnt necessarily like the location, China town.

Good 7.0
Pros: Location was great. Lots of dining options near by. Easy to get anywhere in the city by foot or metro. Pike Place Market a 10 minute walk. Light rail station 5 minutes away.
Cons: The room was super small.
Good 6.0
Pros: Cheap as heck. Location is superb. If you're looking for value and a downtown location, I would suggest this. I stayed for 2 weeks on business. No regrets. I'm very happy with it. Don't let my rating fool you. I'll call it a 6/10 hotel for the quality, but some of us don't mind that and appreciate the money we save. You know who you are!
Cons: The radiator might make a lot of noise. Complain to the manager -- he'll be happy to fix it. I don't know what he did, but it was nice and quiet after he worked on it.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The size of the room was decent. Low lighting though. Got to check out an hour later which was helpful.
Cons: Staff was unhelpful with the paid parking, recommended we park next door which isn’t part of the hotel and the heating was ALWAYS on. Bedding had blood stains on it. Not fun but it was all we could do since we booked for two nights.
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: Just the location
Cons: Hotel hallway smells weeds and rooms are very small no parking had to park on the street.
Excellent 8.0
Cons: During covid they do not offer valet but allow you to park in the garage (which is a block away) for the same price.
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: The information on booking didn’t correspond with room interior. Dirty linens were on top of the clean linens at HK cart. Big risk of cross-contamination.
Cons: No fan in the bathroom.
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: the bed was comfy
Cons: The remote for the tv was greasy and had white stuff all over it. The bathroom was dirty, the toilet paper roll was on the floor. The tv channels weren’t working so we just watched Netflix off of our phones.
Mediocre 3.0
Cons: I reserved a room for 2, and was not given an option to choose the room type, ended up paying extra for 2 beds even though I pay for a room for 2 people.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Location
Cons: Should have been told that we would have to throw away our own trash, should have been told no room service would be available.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Location
Cons: Bathroom were odd. The toilet would flush the after time you moved the toilet seat
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Perfect location, clean room, free bottled water, very nice staff, excellent value (seriously - this was perfect for the price).
Cons: Room was small, but very acceptable.
Good 6.0
Pros: Most of the staff was really caring except for the gentleman who could find my reservation and made me miss my important spot It was a real set back 4 hours after I booked the room.
Cons: The night and day of thanksgiving there was really no food and I could not take a shower right when it was time to Check out I actually spent less than 12 hours there
Okay 5.0
Pros: Only the location
Cons: Was a tiny dirty room. No A/c. Definitely not 3 stars
Okay 4.4
Excellent 10.0
Okay 5.1
Pros: The staff were very friendly.
Cons: The room was basically a closet, the fact that it cost almost $250 and another $38 for parking is absolutely absurd. It's also terribly outdated. I would've stayed somewhere else had I known how disappointing and overpriced the room was.
Good 7.0
Pros: Staff was nice
Cons: $37 for valet and I had to get my own car. Under construction and very dirty. Room was super loud with the a/c being 5 feet from the window.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff and location
Cons: The paper in the elevators and hallway gave the hotel an eerie feel.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location Corner Room
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Absolutely perfect location!! Easy walk to he market and Safeco! Lots of great places to visit around!
Cons: Can definitely hear other patrons from the room.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location & Staff & Value were great. They are doing some remodeling updating and it looks better.
Poor 1.0
Pros: The location of the hotel is great and is within walking distance to shopping and Pike Place.
Cons: It's the smallest room I have ever stay in with 2 Double beds (literally about 100 sq ft). The shower lever is about to fall off which turns on but cannot turn off.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Clean room friendly staff
Cons: They are doing some renovations so there is some noise
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location is great. The staff is very friendly. If I back to Seattle, probably I will stay at the same hotel.
Cons: The room and bathroom are small but I was traveling alone and I only slept there for 2 nights, so was ok!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I don't normally rate a hotel but this one is very special, the kindness of the staff was just overwhelmed. Overall I enjoyed my stay and thank you.
Cons: The bathroom door was a bit hard to close.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It is right downtown and close to so many things. Though it is a hotel originally built in the 1920's they have done a great job keeping it updated. Staff is friendly and helpful. would definitely stay there again
Good 7.0
Pros: Close to the center of downtown. Quiet rooms, comfortable bed, decent wifi, clean bathroom
Cons: Small room, no desk or workspace, no chair, just two beds and a small table with water, and a coffee maker. Room could use a bit of TLC.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Location
Cons: Room and bathroom was rediculously small.
Good 6.0
Pros: Location very central. Comfortable bed.
Cons: Rooms are very small, older style. Bathroom was crowded. No place to set anything down. Water pressure low.
Good 6.0
Pros: Location and price point were perfect.
Cons: Walls are paper thin. Could hear almost every word the person staying next to me was saying. Also, during the day construction was going on in the room above. Was noisy at times. Hotel’s guest space planning could use improvement.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Complimentary bottled water, spaciousness of room (suite), location. Pleasant and friendly staff.
Cons: Restrooms were cramped and awkward. Shower looked nice, but had terrible pressure and the water pooled on the dark brown tile floor... which felt very unclean. Luckily we had a family suite, with another bathroom with a better standard tub/shower.
Excellent 9.1
Pros: Bathrooms are tiny. The tub is high which made it difficult for our more senior friends to get into the shower. It was really clean and would be great for business and did offer a good value for a downtown hotel.
Good 7.0
Pros: Loved the convenient location in the city! Loved the front desk and belll staff, so helpful and accommodating! Loved that their was a coffeehouse connected to the hotel. Loved their was a Kuerig coffee maker, with coffee pods, bottles of water!
Cons: This hotel is very old, with limited remodeling. Faucet handle was not attached. Also, because it's old, better dusting and cleaning is imperative!
Okay 4.0
Pros: Location
Cons: Housekeepimg didn't clean room after first night. Room was very warm but because of time of year, system had been switched over and had zero cooling capabilities. Not even a fan to blow in cooler air from outside. Very uncomfortable
Okay 4.0
Pros: Friendly staff- especially the valet... guy I don't remember his name.
Cons: The first day we were given a very tiny, old dirty carpet- no space for two people, old mattress. After requesting a different room we were given a much better room. I did not like the parking cost, I wish they have a complimentary breakfast.
Okay 5.7
Pros: Location.
Cons: Not even a chair for sitting. Too small a room. Bath faucet needed fixing.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Great location
Cons: The room was super small and the bathroom had a weird glass door that didn’t give much privacy.
Good 7.0
Pros: The staff was awesome! Everyone was so friendly and when the power unexpectedly went out, the girls at the front desk went above and beyond when we told them we needed to get ready for a wedding. They arranged for us to get ready at the hotel across the
Cons: The rooms were pretty basic and you have to request a refrigerator, but overall, it has everything you need.
Good 6.0
Pros: Location near the light rail, Pike's Market, waterfront, places to eat and shop.
Cons: Small rooms, dated (heater, furniture, hallways) no frig.
Excellent 9.1
Pros: The staff at the Executive Hotel Pacific were fantastic. They were helpful with recommendations and with ensuring my husband and I got to the airport on time for our (very early) flight. The room itself was just fine. We are used to smaller hotel rooms like this one, so it wasn't an issue for us at all. The bed was comfy, the room was clean—we had everything we needed. The location can't be beat: it's an easy walk to the Pike Place Market, among many other things.
Cons: Because the hotel is old, the rooms aren't as sound proof as I would have liked. We could hear a lot of banging and shuffling in the room next to ours. Thankfully it didn't impact us getting good sleep, but it was something I noticed.
Good 7.0
Pros: The staff was super friendly, very knowledgeable and accommodating. They added to our enjoyment of our stay.
Cons: The room and bathroom is small.
Good 7.0
Cons: Bathroom could have been cleaner and cracked plaster over the tub
Okay 4.0
Cons: Old and tiny rooms. Toilet had minimal space next to wall so ...very awkward and I'm not a large person. No refrigerator. Many other better options.
Okay 4.8
Cons: Paper thin walls
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Location was good. People friendly.
Cons: Rooms are tiny - not well equipped.
Okay 5.7
Pros: Umbrellas in the lobby. Friendly staff!
Cons: Tiny rooms, entire facility could use a face lift. Elevators don't stop at floor level so you're either lugging your suitcase up or down a level to get onto the elevator.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: great view, location, corner room, free wine, very comfortable, but there was some hammering or construction or something next to or under my room and it went on for a few hours.
Cons: just that noise I was referring to before. otherwise it is very nice and staff is great.
Good 7.4
Pros: Location to Century Link Field was good. Good location to other amenities. The bar downstairs was really good.
Cons: Rooms were small and dated.
Okay 5.1
Pros: Location make it convenient to get around downtown.
Cons: Room was very warm with no way to turn down the heat or cool it off and guests in the room next door talking all night made it hard to sleep.
Okay 4.0
Pros: The staff was great
Cons: Parking was $40 a night and the room was extremely small and did not have windows.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Location, location
Cons: Rooms are quite small.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very clean and nice, I would certainly recommend it to anyone looking for a room in down town.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Location
Cons: Room too old, 1 PERSON ONLY bathroom, the front desk was not accommodating for a king room instead of 2 full/ Queen or even away from the noisy elevator that was right outside our door, didn't feel welcoming or accommodating.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Location.
Cons: Was given a freezing cold room and upon questioning was told all rooms were the same and advised to go elsewhere! Wifi connection was dropping continuously, shower not fully functional and awoken to hammering.
Okay 5.7
Pros: The location wasn't bad.
Cons: It had long hairs on the bathroom walls. There was a long piece of scotch tape on the walls. I found out the next morning when I'd gotten up to go to my meeting the clock in the room was 1 1/2 hours off the time. I set the alarm for 6am and got up, unknowingly at 4:30 in the morning because the clock was wrong.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Location was decent
Cons: Old, out of date, terrible showers. Not the best service (we needed our air conditioner serviced and had to call many times, we asked for a wake up call that never came)
Okay 5.4
Pros: Great location with in walking distance of Pike Place Market and restaurants.
Cons: Small bathroom. Room looks tired.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: I didn't really like this hotel. The room was TINY, walls paper thin, blankets frayed, dirt on towels and pillowcase. Not a three star hotel. Super nice staff, but I was disappointed.
Good 6.2
Pros: Location is great and the price is good.
Cons: The rooms were tiny and pretty well worn.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Close to attractions and public transportation to airport, nice neighborhood, coffee house downstairs has friendly and helpful staff. Hotel staff was nice too, and provided maps and directions and suggestions for places to eat close by. Room is quaint, quiet but maybe because I had no neighbors - can hear people talking outside the room and in adjacent rooms. All in all more than adequate.
Cons: Not a problem as long as you aren't big and tall - toilet is awkwardly situated in the room I was in, and the bathroom design was not thoughtfully done I think. Just a little quirky.
Okay 4.2
Cons: I did not like how small the rooms were. The linen had stains on them. The shower was dirty upon arrival. Housekeeping took a really long time to even arrive to clean the room, we called the front desk for clean towels instead. The night before coming back home I realized that housekeeping had either taken or thrown away my bag full of souvenirs. That was the cherry on top of my disappointment about this hotel. I would not recommend it to my friends or family. The lady at the front desk, Consuela, told me I would receive a call from the Manager the next day regarding my souvenirs. Its been more than a week since I've been back home and still have not received a call.
Good 6.8
Pros: The staff was very helpful and kind, but the rooms were very small, and had minimal amenities. The wine hour was nice, the location was great for walking to Pike's Place, and Space Needle area is a seven minute drive. Overnight parking anywhere nearby is 30-$40 a night, so factor that into your costs.
Cons: Small rooms, expensive parking, thin walls, small tv
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Fine bed. European style room size and age. great staff. Very convenient walk to Pike market, town and public transport.
Good 6.0
Pros: Bed was super comfortable, nice view, great coffee, staff and location good. The shower was nice too.
Cons: The room design is horrible. I couldn't sit all the way on the toilet it was so poorly located, and I'm a small girl. It's under a shelf and about 4 inches from the wall on all sides. The room lid sagged with water damage. Just felt like they were way more concerned with getting as many rooms in the building as they could, than comfort. Especially for the price I payed. I'm gonna probably stay else where next time.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff was friendly and courteous at all times. We arrived a bit early and our original room wasn't ready so we went to the Woodland Park Zoo for a couple hours. Upon returning downtown, our original room still wasn't ready but Jennifer upgraded us to the Presidential King suite and it made our weekend romantic and unbelievably fantastic. I can't say enough about our experience. The room was huge, clean, comfortable, and quite enjoyable. The two full bathrooms allowed us to get ready in a very short amount of time. We didn't use the living room all that much but it was laid out in such a way that it could be comfortable for business or leisure. While we were mainly running around Seattle enjoying the rainy weather and beautiful city, we were extremely comfortable in our huge suite when we returned "home." Once again, the staff was absolutely perfect. We were treated wonderfully and there is no doubt that we will be back.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: The staff was AMAZING!!! Great location as well!!! Hotel was clean and tidy.
Cons: Would have liked to know about valet parking before randomly trying to find a spot since parking is a lot of money everywhere you go.
Good 6.5
Cons: There was a huge noisy party is several rooms on our floor which started at 2;30am until 3:30am. Unfortunately the staff were unable to get it under control.
Good 6.8
Pros: Perfect location. Room was clean. Good value.
Cons: Hallway smelled musty. Room was really small.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Great bed, great location, relatively small room but nice, especially for the price compared to nearby options. Would stay again
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The Executive Hotel Pacific was a very nice hotel. The staff was very friendly. There's a nice restaurant/bar on the ground floor of the hotel. The food was good and it was a nice place to watch the Seahawks game as there were plenty of tv's everywhere. Everyday in the upper lobby, the hotel has a free wine hour from 5-6 for its guest. It was a very pleasant setting. The hotel is right in the middle of downtown and within walking distance to many things, including Pike's Public Market. Which is a must see! Overall, our stay at the Executive was excellent! Thank you. We will definitely stay here again next time we're in town. 12/05/15
Excellent 8.0
Pros: This was a very nice hotel, but when I booked I assumed parking was included as it stated that limited parking wasavailable. There was a 35 dollar charge per night which I learned once I arrived at the hotel.
Okay 4.2
Pros: It was a place to lay your head
Cons: Old rustic facility historic not of my liking
Good 6.8
Pros: Downtown location, friendly staff
Cons: Facilities are a bit dated and the rooms compact
Good 6.0
Pros: Right in the heart of downtown seattle
Cons: No pool
Mediocre 3.1
Pros: Great location
Cons: Rooms looked nothing like the pictures, staff kept assuming my friend and I were gay and when we asked for suggestions they always said "there's gay bars here, etc", the toilet is literally next to the wall so you have to sit sideways on it, was all around an uncomfortable experience and would rather pay less money for a better stay at best western
Okay 4.0
Pros: Walking distance to pikes place and the shopping center. That was nice.
Cons: We were first put into a room that hadn't been cleaned from its last occupants. Also, over $200 a night for this place?! Might as well find the nearest Best Western. The rooms didn't even have a fridge!
Good 6.2
Pros: The location was withing walking distance of major tourist attractions and public transportation. The beds were comfortable.
Cons: The room was small and the building was very old. The street sounds and the rooms around us were very loud at night.
Good 7.1
Pros: The location was really central. My boyfriend and I drove up to Seattle for a brief weekend and were so happy with the price, location, cleanliness and comfort for our budget. We both agreed that we would come back for another quickly escape.

Okay 5.0
Pros: Close to where needed to go, beds were comfortable
Cons: No coffee pot in room, dirty or stained sheets, noisy area, no curtain on bathroom window.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Close proximity to where our family lives and there were no spiders or bugs....which I full heartedly expected by the looks of the place. Glad the ac unit worked.
Cons: It was in a rough neighborhood for starters. This property is old and it shows. Pictures do not depict the poor condition. A couple of cars in the parking lot that looked like they were either abandoned or should be in a junk yard. When we first pulled up I attempted to cancel our reservation but was unable due to non refundable. The smell is the first thing that hits you. Then you notice the living room furniture was littered with stains, (I am assuming the couch got throw out due to four chairs being in one large room. There was no table to eat at, unless you ate at the desk. The microwave buttons had torn plastic and the updating that appears to have been done lacks any type of professional craftsmanship. Tile was cut wrong, edging around windows and doorways was sloppy, patchwork on the walls looked like patchwork. The shower head was 5’ high. Carpets were old and dingy, might be where the funk smell Was coming from. We were tired and unable to get a refund so we decided to deal with it. Upon using the bathroom, to my surprise on the back side of the door was two large areas where someone had wiped the remains of their nose excretions. Needless to say we did not shower or take our shoes off. We should have just slept in our car or just ate the $100 and gotten another room elsewhere. Traffic noise was loud during day light hours thankfully. Finally, the next morning we wake to another two vehicles that appeared to be on their last couple of running miles. And an interesting man wondering around the parking lot. Appears to have been lost but lingered. Needless to say we waiting for him to leave before we went outside.
Good 7.0
Pros: I liked that there was a mini-fridge and a microwave. The room was relatively clean, the bathroom looked nice and had everything I needed. The staff was friendly and I liked that their office was open 24/7 since my party and I often went there to refill our water bottles with hot water.
Cons: When we first arrived in our room, we found open packages of condoms (and the condoms themselves, thankfully unused) under one of the mattresses. I was in a room with two Queen beds with my boyfriend -- we just slept on the bed without the condoms and notified staff, which they took care of when they did a full cleaning of the room the next day. The AC/heater is a little noisy and makes the room really dry, but we needed it on because of how cold it was in the night (we were here in February, so temperature was expected).
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The staff were great!
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Adequate size and good location, helpful staff and just generally well priced and comfortable
Cons: Minor technical bathroom issues
Good 6.0
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location is convenient to lots of stuff like pike's place(12 min by car). Neighborhood is kinda sketchy but, not really that bad. Food nearby is great. Price wise it's a steal.
Cons: The bed was crazy old school soft. It's an older place with little updating so lots to be desired but, for the price it's to be expected. The shower is crazy short with a nook bench that I suppose you should sit on to shower but, again. Price is unbeatable.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Affordable, mini fridge and microwave, lots of channels on the tv, and parking!
Cons: Stains on the towels.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Comfy beds, soft fluffy pillows, heater worked great, decent breakfast.
Cons: No microwave
Okay 5.7
Pros: Based on reviews and pictures it seems quite dingy but the rooms are well maintained, clean and bright. Certainly above what was expected for the price. Although it is located in an industrial area which might put some people off, it was very convenient in terms of location and access to public transport.
Cons: The shower was small, with the showerhead located at roughly my neck height (I'm 5'9", for comparison) and an extremely weak stream. I wasn't especially bothered by the paucity of the "breakfast" but it certainly shouldn't be relied upon to get you going at the start of the day. Only if you haven't got time to get a real breakfast. The mattress was very very firm, which comes down to a metter of preference. Not for me. Staff was very brusque. Not rude but not especially helpful or welcoming either.
Good 7.1
Pros: The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The price was reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. We were just a short drive from city attractions.
Cons: Some of the outlets didn't work, so we couldn't charge phones.
Mediocre 2.3
Pros: They were happy to switch us into a room with two beds instead of one which was what we originally booked.
Cons: We got in late so we didn't notice until the morning that there were no towels in the room, after we left they called us and accused us of stealing their towels saying they were charging us for them and told us we were lying. The bathroom was dirty and had sugar ants crawling all over the floor.

Okay 4.0
Pros: Location. Clean.
Cons: Strong smell in my room. The shared bathroom has low water pressure. The bathroom is cold.
Good 7.1
Pros: It’s a historic hotel. I think if you know that going in, it’s a fun place to stay. It’s not super luxurious (tiny shared bathroom, creaky bed, clinking pipes, etc), but was fun to stay a night in. All the weird parts gave it character. It seems like most of the building is original, which is cool. The furnishings were lovely.
Cons: The check in process was confusing. I was handed a stack of bookings and told to find mine, which wasn’t in the stack. They then took my credit card info on paper, which didn’t feel super secure, especially because I’d already booked online. Then we bumped into someone later who needed to verify the price I’d gotten online. I rolled with it as I’ve stayed at non-chain hotels before, but the chaotic process bothered my partner.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Comfortable beds. Historic building. Close to train station. Friendly staff.
Cons: Needing to wait for the keys to be brought to the building.
Mediocre 3.8
Pros: The location
Cons: Check in process, the room, the bathroom, staff wasn’t bad just the cleanliness and outdated rooms
Poor 1.0
Pros: There was no breakfast served and I still got billed as if we had breakfast
Cons: No tv or shower or bathroom in the rooms
Mediocre 2.9
Pros: Nothing. Would never recommend this place.
Cons: We had tried to book this room after my friend had drank too much and got sick. I figured it was safer for neither one of us to get in a car. Figured we'd find a place to stay and get up in the morning and drive. While doing paperwork my friend got sick in a TRASH CAN, not on the floor, not on furniture, in a trash can! The guy flipped out and refused to rent us a room. I get not liking puke but its not like we made a mess and we were trying to be SAFE and do the right thing by not getting behind a wheel after drinking. He called his manager and she refused to rent to us as well. He kicked us out and we had to sit on the curb until I could find a better hotel to take us. Fyi which we did and my friend DID NOT puke all over the place. So panama hotel lost my business.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Very unique experience. Very comfortable. This place is perfect for the adventurer. The old fixtures are cranky but delightful.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very historic (and still original) with many unique characteristics. A hotel experience as it was many, many years ago. Staff was very helpful, accommodating and casual. The Tea House was perfect with wonderful coffee and pastries.
Cons: Nope
Good 6.0
Pros: Location was good, loved the history. Tearoom was top shelf.
Cons: Walking thru the mass of aggressive homeless people. The staff of the hotel itself were pleasant but very odd. the owner was angry & harsh for no apparent reason. Getting ice to chill beverages was a majour ordeal
Good 6.5
Pros: It was quiet. Clean. Close to the track. Like stepping back in time before all the distractions of modern life.
Cons: No tv. Internet. A/c. The price was lower than other places in the area but way to high without having any modern amenities to offer. Also don’t care for sharing a restroom or shower with the floor. But I’m simple. I can do without.
Okay 5.5
Mediocre 2.5
Pros: Location and that was the only thing.
Cons: Had to wait a half hour to check in, room wasn’t ready and when we were told it was ready, it was dirty. Blankets were dirty, I have pictures. Bedding was dirty, I have pictures. They write down your credit card info and take copies of your drivers license. Which I don’t get why. The facilities are dirty, and shared. And there’s no tv. Waste of 200$ I would’ve rather slept at the train station.
Mediocre 2.0
Cons: No bathrooms in room. No tv. No amenities. No clean sheets. Internet service was lacking. No elevator.
Okay 4.2
Pros: I liked that the proprietor loves her property and is proud of it. I love the history of the property and the antique furniture all around. The staff is very friendly at the hotel. The tea room is very interesting to look at and the tea selection is amazing. They have complimentary bottled water available and reliable, free wifi. Easy walk from Centurylink Field.
Cons: The hotel only has double beds, our room only had one two-pronged outlet (the hotel did loan us an adapter so I could plug laptop in), you can't get coffee on location before 8:00 am, and if you get more than one beverage with your "continental breakfast" at the tea room they charge you, (even if one of you didn't eat), there was a fire detector that needed a new battery that beeped all night, the key to the ladies bathroom was very very "tricky" and someone kept closing it (owner told me to leave it open so I wouldn't have to mess with key), the water that filled the tub was brown, the bed was so small and bouncy that I almost fell off twice, and the room had a radiator heater that doesn't warm up until morning, then sweats you out of your room. I didn't mind the stairs, but some might mind the two tall flights up to the lobby, then one more to our second room floor (basically, our second floor room was equivalent of fourth floor with no elevator.) This is at the most, a $70 a night hotel in any other city, but I guess the location helps? Keep vigilent if you walk around Chinatown at night. Fun and interesting, but you have to stay aware of your surroundings.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: it was cozy and very close to where i had to go.
Cons: that i had to walk down the hall to use the bathroom.
Okay 5.1
Pros: Pretty, historic 1910 building, with lots of history and character, most of what you see is no newer than 1950s. Leather stairs, ancient wooden railings, feels like walking back in time. Nice staff, good breakfast. Interesting art and stories. Natural light, eco-conscious. Interesting location (edge of China town, walking distance to Pike place, surrounded by excellent Japanese food).
Cons: Price: given the low level of maintenance, it would have been a perfect place to crash for about half the price (which I've heard is about what it was 10 years ago). After tax, I paid just over $100 for a single room; totally appropriate for the region, but...If they're going to keep the current price, they should have enough money to fix up the basics. Here's my list of things I'd want fixed: 1. Shared bathroom doors should close and stay closed, as should the stalls. Locks on said doors would also be a good idea. 2. Carpet shouldn't block the door to a room when opening. 3. Do not use bungee cords to hold together the otherwise beautiful antique furniture. Likewise with the particle board. They can afford to do it right. 4. Better wifi coverage and reasonable speed. 5. Repaint dirty walls. I think you get the idea: the gorgeous, well-loved historical building deserves much better care, and so do the guests. I really hope that the owner, who seems to be a lovely person, takes this kind feedback to heart. A little attention to the basic details would go a long way to helping this place live up to its potential.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Cool place, I like these folks
Cons: Maybe change the bed frames
Good 6.0
Pros: The Panama Hotel is truly a living museum that tells the story of the first Japanese American immigrants to the United States. Talking to the owner, I was impressed with her knowledge of Japanese American history and her desire to educate future generations
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Good price, close to rail and bus system. Good price compared to the other hotels in Seattle. I traveled alone for business, so it was a good choice for me to stay here. However, I would not recommend for anyone other than solo travelers on business.
Good 7.6
Pros: Staff is very helpful, great complimentary breakfast. It's a historical building with a lot history behind. Like living in a museum...
Cons: The restrooms are one per floor, each room has a sink only. The hotel has an air of an old building.
