Excellent 9.0
Pros: I have stayed here twice before and returned for a weekend get away with my son. Hotel is in a superbly renovated heritage building (an old gentlemen's club with lots of history). The lounge bar area is exceptional in terms of history - good place for drinks and a snack. The bed was very comfortable and the room size adequate. The adjacent restaurant, Juno, is very good for breakfasts and lunch and dinners. Great downtown location. Excellent service.
Cons: The bathroom sink was clogged and did not drain properly.
Good 7.0
Pros: The bathroom is really nice!!
Cons: The hotel feels like a decently renovated heritage apartment. Paying $---Canadian a night felt way overpriced, especially after my card was charged for $110 in random, mystery fees after coming home? Location is okay. Overall, would not recommend.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Comfortable bed, warm cookie upon arrival, easy and quick check-in, friendly, personable, and professional staff, great location, outstanding interior from dark wood paneling to the pictures hung on the wall everywhere that gives nostalgic feeling
Cons: No pool/jacuzzi, no complimentary breakfast
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Nostalgic. Very close to the Link Lite Rail Pioneer Station Stop. Probably less than 200' making this an excellent choice coming from the SeaTac airport. Only cost us $3/each to ride from the airport to the Pioneer Station.
Cons: As with most big city downtown environments, there were lots of homeless nearby. This does take away some of the charm of this establishment.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: We went in for breakfast, but nobody greeted us, so we went somewhere else.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This hotel was charming and wonderful!!! The history surrounding it is fascinating! The staff was so very good. We had a group of 8 and they took such good care of us!! Loved it!!
Good 7.0
Pros: The historic building was charming. The staff was attentive, friendly, and helpful.
Cons: We stayed on the ground floor and the rooms were quite odd. Our rooms did not look like the standard room photos on the site. They were dark and cramped. We were traveling with teenagers and they could not accommodate us with queen bedded rooms.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: We had a wonderful stay. I personally am tired of the hotels with IKEA type modern furniture everywhere, and so many bright lights that you feel as if you are in a night club rather than a place to relax. We loved the decor, soft color scheme, and soft lighting in the room. It was very relaxing. The Polar Bar drink menu was a breath of fresh air as I get tired of drinks made with 90% mixers made with so much sugar you might become diabetic. The drinks we had were wonderful. We enjoyed our time chatting with other guests and the bartender. We had a late dinner at Juno. The food was great.
Cons: My only complaint was with changing the temperature in the room. I lowered the temperature when we arrived, as I like to have a room 68 or below when sleeping so that I'm comfortable. The temperature may have dropped a little, but definitely not to the temperature I set it.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location as well as the old world feel!
Cons: No we would definitely stay again!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I really loved the detail that was used to see to my comfort. The warm cookie that was offered upon check-in was a lovely touch. I also appreciated the follow up call to my room to ensure the accommodations were to my liking. I ordered room service which arrived in an acceptable time. I had the chicken piccata which was delicious.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful
Cons: Rooms were dark and extremely small
Excellent 9.6
Pros: large bathroo, beds are good. lobby is beautiful .
Cons: there was no room slippers and shoe horn in the room.

Excellent 8.0
Pros: It's comfortable. The staff are friendly and polite. The breakfast is fine.
Cons: The room faces the street. It's noisy. Sound-proof could have been better.
Good 7.0
Pros: Good location, nice lobby, comfortable bed, clean
Cons: Small room, TV not working well, not much view. It’s a good hotel but nothing special.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location
Cons: My television didn't work the first day. They comped me one free night of parking. It Was a good compensation
Good 7.0
Pros: Good price and comfortable
Cons: Parking is very expensive as was the espresso bar. Few options to eat in the immediate area (within 5 blocks)on a weekend morning.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Facilities, decoration, breakfast, personnel.
Cons: We were a family of 3 adults and a child that used a room with 2 queen beds. I think that the queen beds are too small and should be better with king beds.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: location,room quality
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The location was great and walkable around downtown. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, but was 25$ for the buffet. Staff was unbelievably friendly and helpful.
Cons: The air felt really stale in the room, We were getting bad headaches from being inside the building for too long. The bathroom didn't have a proper door, just a sliding door, which limited privacy. The bathroom counter also didn't look super clean when I looked closer at it. The worst part was the parking was 47$ PER NIGHT, which is insane when your already paying so much to be in the hotel.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff at the door were extremely friendly and the gentleman that checked me in was beyond nice. We were able to check in early and got water bottles to take upstairs. The bar was very nice and had mocktails for my daughter and I since I am pregnant yet great drinks for my parents as well.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The judge and fig restaurant had a really good breakfast choice.
Cons: The hotel is rated as a 4.5 star hotel however I didn’t feel that it had a 4.5 star feel to it. Parking per night was $45 which I felt was a little steep
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The room, the view and the bar.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The building looks modern and nice. Breakfast is awesome.
Cons: We were charged $45 dollars per day of parking and $13 per day of Internet. Too expensive
Excellent 10.0
Pros: More of a 4 star. Very nice but missing extra touches to take it above. The staff do an excellent job

Excellent 10.0
Cons: This hotel is listed as Pike Place area, but its not really walking distance. If you don't have a car, or if you're looking for a walkable area, this isn't the right hotel.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Bed was comfortable. We requested a quiet room and the first one was noisy, facing a busy street, but the second one was fine with only occasional train whistles. Plenty of towels in the bathroom.
Cons: Not 4*Location not near Pike Market. 1.2miles or 30min. not very pleasant walk. Shuttle not reliable-left waiting for 1 hour in freezing cold. Had to call 3 times before it arrived. Driver said nobody told him we were waiting. Used Uber after that.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Clean friendly staffs and accommodate as need.
Cons: No parking for self park option. Other silver cloud location has parking included and not charge their guess. Or offer better Price to valet!!

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very friendly and willing to please. Great location Excellent room
Cons: No
Excellent 9.0
Pros: We booked an accessible room and didn't need it so Timothy asked us if we would like to switch and we agreed. He set us up in a great room with a wonderful view of the sound and stadiums.
Cons: The valet option wasnt well marked at all. We have to call to figure it out as we went around the block.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Excellent location and our 4 legged kids love it!!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Our location was perfect so close to everything puke place my husband and I enjoyed just hanging out in our room so cozy
Cons: Can’t think of anything
Good 6.0
Pros: I stay at this hotel everytime I visit Seattle for work. Always love the location, rooms, service and staff.
Cons: Unfortunately we had a major issue at check out. We left the Seahawks game a little early to get on the road to drive back to Portland, Oregon and when we asked for our keys from valet, they couldn't find them. We waited over two hours and finally they offered to hire a car for us to drive us back to Portland and they returned the rental car back to Avis for us. Odd situation but they handled it well. They'll need to get a little more organized so it doesn't happen to any other guests. That said, I still love the hotel and would stay there again.
Good 7.0
Pros: Good location.
Cons: Put us in Handicap room. Howling wind noise coming from light fixtures. Not has high caliber as other Loews Resorts.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Complimentary upgrade was great!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Beautiful room, especially liked the bathtub with the ceiling spout and glass wall.
Cons: No view!!
Excellent 9.0
Pros: I thought the design of the interior was very modern and looked good, but most of all, the bed was comfortable and the towels were high end. That seems silly, but those are the two most important things.
Cons: While the couch was modern and looked good, it was not comfortable for actual use. If I had not got a deal because of the off season, I probably would not have paid the "regular" price for this hotel.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Location is great.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff made the experience that much more wonderful.
Cons: Nothing.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I totally loved my time at Lowe's. The staff was extremely accommodating given that I had quite a few customer meetings, and was struggling to rest my luggage before my actual check in time. I got a beautiful room to work between visiting customers. The bed was one of the best I've slept on in a while!
Cons: A coffee machine in the room

Excellent 8.0
Pros: the hotel was fine
Cons: i found a cheaper rate than the one I was charged.
Excellent 9.0
Cons: Lighting in the room. Reading light in bed is inadequate and room lights are on timers that are annoying
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Large room. Clean and neat. Large bathroom also clean and well appointed. Good location, close to main attractions.
Cons: Lighting in the room was poor. Needs to be brighter.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Hospitality of staff and quickness
Cons: Did not find the frig until am
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Great location
Okay 4.0
Pros: The housekeeping in the room was fantastic. They went above and beyond every day that we stayed.
Cons: Room quality was far from what I expected for a 4.5 star Kimpton. The room furniture was oversized - there was nowhere to put 1 large suitcase, let alone 2. Dents & scratches on walls, old dated tub, loose floor tiles, street noise. The room smelled bad.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff was absolutely amazing!!! especially at the front desk. Will definitely stay here again!!!
Okay 4.0
Pros: Location
Cons: Poor city and or sound view... none available. Go to Loews across the street... same price nice room views
Okay 4.0
Pros: I liked how clean the room was and that they had broth paste when I forgot it.
Cons: The room had no view. Construction started at 7am and woke us up. The decor looked like it was from the 70s. The elevator do not work when we went to leave so we had to take the stairs. We called for the car and when we arrived they didn''t have it ready
Excellent 10.0
Pros: really good hotel
Cons: really good hotel

Pros: Cleanliness and location
Cons: everything was perfect
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We loved our high-ceilinged room with huge windows and beautiful black out curtains. The beds were comfortable, everything very clean, and the location was wonderful.
Cons: The water pressure wasn't great, but that's to be expected in an older building.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location - short walk from tram stop, the area around the hotel is interesting, plenty of places to eat, easy walk to market and ferries. Friendly staff, easy check-in.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Location. Ease of getting to everything we wanted to see and experience.
Cons: Elevator is small and slow.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Location

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Beds were super comfy.
Cons: Nothing.
Okay 5.0
Cons: There was lots of fighting in the street
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Really nice. Was within walking distance of Centurylink field, which was the purpose of our stay. Room was very clean and comfy.
Cons: It is downtown Seattle, so it wasn’t quiet, even on the 10th floor. Sirens multiple times through the night. Not the hotels fault though.
Good 7.0
Pros: Location was excellent and convenient for multiple needs
Cons: Hot water in shower was temperamental and did not last more than a couple minutes, could not eke out more than 2-3 minutes worth.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very fancy.
Cons: The valet parking was hard to find. We had to circle the wholeeeeee block with Seattle one way streets like 4-5 times
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location near Seattle downtown was excellent. Cleanliness and attentive staff made our stay great.
Cons: Airport shuttle timing could be improved.

Pros: Everything was very comfortable!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: super friendly staff, clean rooms, nice amenities and cute breakfast selection.
Cons: Pillows could have been larger/fluffier but apart from that we had a great stay.
Mediocre 3.0
Cons: Overall for the location and room quality THIS HOTEL IS HIGHLY OVERPRICED!!!!!
Excellent 9.6
Pros: The front desk worker-I hate I didn’t get her name but she was soooo kind.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: This place was very surprising. When we got there, we thought no way we would stay. It was in a basically warehouse sort of area and didn't look like anything we would like. However, the staff was awesome. We got to the third floor and lighting outside elevator was poor, but going into the room, we found every convenience of the big hotels and more. Very happy we stayed here. Very close to town.
Cons: Poor hall lighting. No microwave.
Good 7.0
Cons: Would not have stayed here if there were other options in the same area. But it was fine.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Awesome staff
Cons: Uncomfortable bed. Weirdly small pillows
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Secure facility, friendly staff and clean room
Cons: NA
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Wonderful staff. Everyone was friendly, cordial and helpful. The hotel's breakfast has good coffee and tea and wonderful local yogurt. Very active in re-cycling and composing. A good I repent Hotel and hope it'll stay that way.
Cons: Some stuffy odor on hallway and in room. Took care of the odor in room by open I g the window and turned air-condition to low temperature and high fan.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The ambience. Cleanliness. Facilities. Majority of staff. Local to shops bars restaurants. 15 mins from centre and the sights to see.
Cons: Everything good about this place. Breakfast very basic continental. If you don't eat bread and cereal you're out of luck. Could do with a brighter lick of paint but that's just nit picking.
Good 7.0
Pros: Location
Cons: Elder
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Georgetown Inn was 3 minutes from the venue I attended for work in Seattle, Wa. This was perfect !! Really nice breakfast! Freshly picked fruit displayed and a variety of other edible selections. Ms Anna, the sweetest lady kept my rroom so pleasant and clean; she had a beautiful smile. The parking was great , secured & no charge Also close to other conveniences, gas stations and main highway interstate. I think Iet the owners, they were kind also☺️ Front desk concierge Mr Zinn was the most professional, kindest, unconditional hospitality driven, to the 100th level, made my stay "home". -MaryEtta Callier
Cons: My room had a huge beautiful shower; would have loved a Tub also

Pros: Location!
Good 7.0
Pros: The value and location was great.
Cons: No hot water for showers.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Close to the waterfront and free shuttle
Cons: No
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Perfect location, clean room, great breakfast
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The room was beautiful, unique and clean!
Cons: The clerk who checked us in and was there both evenings was just awful. No greeting, no smile, no courtesy. She has no business working in that capacity and the management should either train her appropriately or let her go. However, I would not change the rating of excellent for this hotel because of her.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Loved the fact that there was complimentary breakfast. Also the staff were very professional and accommodating. Also loved that there were snack or soda machines on every floor. Rooms were very clean.
Cons: Wish the breakfast room could’ve been used for lunch and dinner also. For me the room was a little hard to get around with the layout of the room.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Waffles were delicious. Very attentive staff at breakfast. Desk attendants, both at check-in and check-out, were very accommodating. Those things are generally typical. This hotel sets itself off with the character of the building. It looks like I imagine it looked in 1900. However, everything looks authentic and might be, but it is most likely replicated. Either way, I love it! We'll be back on March 8th and several more times after that!
Cons: Let us stay awhile after the required check out time. King Station is nice, but lacks in comfort. We still have several hours before our next train leaves.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location and interior - very unique.
Cons: Distance to parking
Good 7.0
Pros: Location
Cons: Customer service at check in was un-impressive
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The story of the hotel and Mr. Henry Yesler. The style of the hotel. Close to King Street station.
Poor 1.0
Cons: Didn’t even stay there. The only available room had construction workers and terrible noise right outside the window. So I cancelled and left.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: That I was greeted by mr. Henry yesler himself I'm selfish photo it was a fabulous beautiful old world stepping back in time Vintage Hotel classic classic Beauty.
Cons: I'm going to get right to the point there's a mistake in the date on my booking so the man at the front desk with the kind of balding hair and all sarcastic he said he change a date for me he didn't change the date to change the freaking price doubled it

Pros: I always try to stay at the Grove when I go to West Seattle to visit my daughter's family. It's conveniently located. The staff are invariably friendly and helpful.
Cons: Nothing. I liked it all.
Good 7.0
Pros: Just okay
Cons: Construction around the hotel was hard to navigate. Bathroom door would hit toilet making it hard to close. Not much selection for breakfast.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location was perfect for us as near daughter's small apartment. Breakfast was excellent would like to see more protein and more gluten free. Parking was great. Internet was great. Did not hear any traffic noise.
Cons: I would like to see a nightstand on both sides of the bed as I had to use a chair in room 230. As I said above more protein and gluten free items.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The room was spotless and it’s fairly quiet there for a city hotel.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Close to my family
Cons: A little small but very nice!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Helpful, friendly staff. Walking distance to restaurants and stores. No surprise resort fees. Free parking.
Cons: Breakfast could be improved greatly by offering a few hot items. The coffee was pretty horrible.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I liked a lot about it. The person at the desk talked me through the construction and made sure I got there. The rooms were nice and clean. It was also very quiet!
Cons: The massive street construction that was going on made it difficult to get to for this first-timer.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Clean
Cons: No

Cons: showers suck as they keep changing temperature
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Great Breakfast
Cons: A Snorrer!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I liked the staff’s kindness and the cleanliness of the restrooms. Also, the tips of the hostel have been really precious to me. I'll recommend this hostel to everyone who will ask me where to stay in Seattle.
Excellent 8.5
Pros: Near public transport, great staff members, lots of opportunities to socialize, fully equipped kitchen, very clean.
Cons: Breakfast not really varied, bathrooms not always very clean due to use of visitors. I didnt necessarily like the location, China town.
Excellent 9.0
Cons: Room heat was a bit high.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Very decent free breakfast, very helpful staff, bed and accommodation were very basic but that's to be expected with hostels. They'll hold on to your luggage an email extra couple of hours for free.
Cons: Not much, though wish checkout could be noon instead of 11.

Mediocre 2.9
Pros: Nothing. Would never recommend this place.
Cons: We had tried to book this room after my friend had drank too much and got sick. I figured it was safer for neither one of us to get in a car. Figured we'd find a place to stay and get up in the morning and drive. While doing paperwork my friend got sick in a TRASH CAN, not on the floor, not on furniture, in a trash can! The guy flipped out and refused to rent us a room. I get not liking puke but its not like we made a mess and we were trying to be SAFE and do the right thing by not getting behind a wheel after drinking. He called his manager and she refused to rent to us as well. He kicked us out and we had to sit on the curb until I could find a better hotel to take us. Fyi which we did and my friend DID NOT puke all over the place. So panama hotel lost my business.
Good 6.5
Pros: It was quiet. Clean. Close to the track. Like stepping back in time before all the distractions of modern life.
Cons: No tv. Internet. A/c. The price was lower than other places in the area but way to high without having any modern amenities to offer. Also don’t care for sharing a restroom or shower with the floor. But I’m simple. I can do without.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Very unique experience. Very comfortable. This place is perfect for the adventurer. The old fixtures are cranky but delightful.
Mediocre 2.0
Cons: No bathrooms in room. No tv. No amenities. No clean sheets. Internet service was lacking. No elevator.
Okay 4.0
Pros: Location. Clean.
Cons: Strong smell in my room. The shared bathroom has low water pressure. The bathroom is cold.
Mediocre 3.8
Pros: The location
Cons: Check in process, the room, the bathroom, staff wasn’t bad just the cleanliness and outdated rooms
Good 7.1
Pros: It’s a historic hotel. I think if you know that going in, it’s a fun place to stay. It’s not super luxurious (tiny shared bathroom, creaky bed, clinking pipes, etc), but was fun to stay a night in. All the weird parts gave it character. It seems like most of the building is original, which is cool. The furnishings were lovely.
Cons: The check in process was confusing. I was handed a stack of bookings and told to find mine, which wasn’t in the stack. They then took my credit card info on paper, which didn’t feel super secure, especially because I’d already booked online. Then we bumped into someone later who needed to verify the price I’d gotten online. I rolled with it as I’ve stayed at non-chain hotels before, but the chaotic process bothered my partner.
Poor 1.0
Pros: There was no breakfast served and I still got billed as if we had breakfast
Cons: No tv or shower or bathroom in the rooms
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very historic (and still original) with many unique characteristics. A hotel experience as it was many, many years ago. Staff was very helpful, accommodating and casual. The Tea House was perfect with wonderful coffee and pastries.
Cons: Nope
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Comfortable beds. Historic building. Close to train station. Friendly staff.
Cons: Needing to wait for the keys to be brought to the building.
Good 6.0
Pros: Location was good, loved the history. Tearoom was top shelf.
Cons: Walking thru the mass of aggressive homeless people. The staff of the hotel itself were pleasant but very odd. the owner was angry & harsh for no apparent reason. Getting ice to chill beverages was a majour ordeal
Mediocre 2.5
Pros: Location and that was the only thing.
Cons: Had to wait a half hour to check in, room wasn’t ready and when we were told it was ready, it was dirty. Blankets were dirty, I have pictures. Bedding was dirty, I have pictures. They write down your credit card info and take copies of your drivers license. Which I don’t get why. The facilities are dirty, and shared. And there’s no tv. Waste of 200$ I would’ve rather slept at the train station.

Excellent 9.0
Pros: Amazing location to walk everywhere, comfortable beds, helpful staff, good value.
Cons: Thin walls.
Good 7.0
Pros: Shower was good and bed was comfortable.
Cons: Walls are thin... you can hear your neighbors. Bathroom was very small.
Mediocre 3.3
Pros: Good location and that’s about it.
Cons: First, the rooms lack furniture in it, there is no dresser, second chair, no mini fridge. Second, we had to ask the housekeeping to change our sheets twice! Because they kept giving us linens with holes in them, only to get a third sheet that had stains on it. Bath towels also were all ripped on both sides. At this point, get news ones, it’s just embarrassing and uncomfortable to be given that as a guest. Third, staff were rude on phone when having to ask for house keeping as by 2:30 our room had not yet been serviced (we left the room at 9). Also our bathroom sink drain could go down to plug the drain but there was no tab to release it and pop it back up, so we had a sink filled with water, which thankfully they were able to fix when they did come to the room for housekeeping. And fourth, the best part, is that we had a maintenance staff come to our room at 9:30 PM! to fix a clogged drain which we never reported but he didn’t even knock at our door or explain he was from maintenance; he tried opening our door first, without knocking? This was very very very uncomfortable and felt wrong. He (Brian) tried the door again and then finally knocked but didn’t not explain he was from maintenance until I spoke to him through the door to ask who he was and what he wanted. If this was in relation to the sink problem we had before which was correct and also not a clog, the staff really should speak amongst themselves. For a hotel staff member to try opening our door without knocking first and stating who he was that late at night, seems so unsafe and just suspicious. The front desk did explain he was staff and that they can complete maintenance until 10 pm but if I don’t know that anyone is coming since I never asked, them to have someone try to open my door that late at night without knocking/explaining who they are is just scary.
Okay 5.1
Pros: The staff were very friendly.
Cons: The room was basically a closet, the fact that it cost almost $250 and another $38 for parking is absolutely absurd. It's also terribly outdated. I would've stayed somewhere else had I known how disappointing and overpriced the room was.
Good 7.5
Pros: Bedsheets has debris and what appeared as crumbs in it.
Cons: Close proximity to downtown
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Perfect location, clean room, free bottled water, very nice staff, excellent value (seriously - this was perfect for the price).
Cons: Room was small, but very acceptable.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Only the location
Cons: Was a tiny dirty room. No A/c. Definitely not 3 stars
Good 7.0
Pros: Staff was nice
Cons: $37 for valet and I had to get my own car. Under construction and very dirty. Room was super loud with the a/c being 5 feet from the window.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff and location
Cons: The paper in the elevators and hallway gave the hotel an eerie feel.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Absolutely perfect location!! Easy walk to he market and Safeco! Lots of great places to visit around!
Cons: Can definitely hear other patrons from the room.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location Corner Room
Good 6.0
Pros: Most of the staff was really caring except for the gentleman who could find my reservation and made me miss my important spot It was a real set back 4 hours after I booked the room.
Cons: The night and day of thanksgiving there was really no food and I could not take a shower right when it was time to Check out I actually spent less than 12 hours there

Good 7.1
Pros: Friendly staff, inexpensive. Good access to bus to downtown
Cons: The neighborhood is pretty rough, safe during the day.
Mediocre 3.3
Pros: The bed was comfortable and it does have parking included.
Cons: So we booked this property because it had parking and it was somewhere to sleep after a snowstorm. Bad choice, the staff flat out ignore you, no room was ready for us (6pm) the toilet was falling off the wall and there were holes in the doors and walls. The walls are paper thin and the ‘breakfast’ was stale cereal and old bread where there is no place to sit inside and eat it! Way way way too overpriced for what you are getting, take your money elsewhere and enjoy your stay in Seattle.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The staff were great!
Good 7.0
Pros: I really liked being very close to the "downtown" Georgetown nightlife. The hotel room was comfortable enough and I did get a good night sleep.
Cons: The hotel is a bit overpriced for what you get. It's pretty dated but the bed, bathroom, etc did work ok. You're paying extra for the location close to Georgetown and SOHO.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Affordable, mini fridge and microwave, lots of channels on the tv, and parking!
Cons: Stains on the towels.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Older but very clean. Pet friendly!
Good 6.0
Cons: After my friend slept in the bed she found a tic in the sheets.
Good 7.9
Pros: Thanks for helping me out with the charger while USB port does not work.
Cons: Breakfast very basic, no tables to sit on while it is not allowed to take food out. So what?
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Location was great, close to Safeco.
Cons: Leftover food boxes in refrigerator, bathroom walls literally looked like they were never cleaned. Shower head was so low that even my 5'3 friend had to crouch, water did not drain from the shower and ended up standing in water. So disgusting!
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Adequate size and good location, helpful staff and just generally well priced and comfortable
Cons: Minor technical bathroom issues
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location is convenient to lots of stuff like pike's place(12 min by car). Neighborhood is kinda sketchy but, not really that bad. Food nearby is great. Price wise it's a steal.
Cons: The bed was crazy old school soft. It's an older place with little updating so lots to be desired but, for the price it's to be expected. The shower is crazy short with a nook bench that I suppose you should sit on to shower but, again. Price is unbeatable.
Good 7.1
Pros: The location was nice to the conference I attended.
Cons: The room was clean and comfortable but the room was very cold and did not heat up well. The shower was not user friendly and could only get cold water.
