The vallet and bellhop were amazing. They exceeded my expectations and helped with everything I asked without stopping and questioning anything. They were kind and polite. They actually made my whole stay. We enjoyed the pool. Lots of towels was a plus.
The front desk check in people weren’t easy to communicate with. I was left feeling as if I’d done something wrong. The coffee stand in the morning needs more than two people working. The man working it was so overwhelmed he was snapping at guests. The food brought to my room took an hour and 45 minutes. It was cold and the Beecher Mac and cheese was hard from waiting so long. My children couldn’t even eat it. They forgot my drink. When I called down and told them they said they’d let the kitchen know and did nothing about refunding it. I payed 44 dollars for cold hard Mac and cheese. Lunch was just as bad. We are in the restaurant and ordered a wedge salad that came with blue cheese and not Gorgonzola like it listed, the children’s grilled cheese was hard. They charged $4 for soda water from gun. It was a 50 dollar lunch that none of us enjoyed. The service was annoyed and put out by the presence of kids at the table she rolled her eyes multiple times. Parking is a nightmare. The price to park is extreme. I must say the vallet desk made getting bags down and into the car very easy.
