Pros: Location

Cons: Not enough staffing so things took a lot longer than expected. Website said room service all day but was only told for dinner. I had no transportation so that meant I could only eat once a day. Overall disappointed with experience vs how much it cost.

Pros: So superior to any other lodging close to any airport. It seems like a world away.

Pros: The Cedarbrook lodge is an oasis of green and tranquility within a mile of SeaTac airport. It's unbeatable if you fly in and need to need to be close to the airport or places south of downtown Seattle.

Pros: Relaxing, understated PNW elegance. An oasis in the midst of SeaTac. Nice amenities such as Tillamook ice cream in lounge areas. Friendly, welcoming staff. Lovely outdoor dining with koi pond and surrounded by trees. Great pre-trip lodgings.

Cons: We didn’t have enough time to enjoy all the features as we had an early flight.

Cons: I specifically booked this hotel for the proximity to the airport and the spa! I had an overnight layover in SEA on my way home from a week hiking trip and knew I would need a massage. I made an appointment and they called and canceled 30 min before ðŸ�

Cons: Room had 3 things that maintenance needed to fix. Didn't get taken seriously, or just got blown off, when we requested a feather free room, due to severe allergies, ahead of time. They didn't have a feather free room ready.

Pros: Everything. The rooms were well appointed and very comfortable. The resident lounges throughout the hotel with 24/hr snack access was great. The restaraunt served excellent food.

Cons: While waiting to change rooms I received a few uptight an accusatory calls from a guy at the front desk asking when I'd be checking out- not friendly and stuck up. I was packed and ready to move and just had to wait around in my room for about 3 hours until I was finally moved, to a very nice sweet that smelled of debauchery (day after a large wedding) and lots of snacks crushed and stuck in between the couch cushions.

Cons: On the first night our car was broken into and a very sentimental wedding gift was stolen from the vehicle. We were notified by security at 0130, the police didn't come until 0330, and we got NO sleep because of it all. All that Manager Marc was willing to do was allow us to check out early without a cancellation fee!?!?! After several conversations he finally agreed to refund the second night. Hardly any compensation for the stress, grief and cost of the whole incident considering the vehicle was owned by a family member so now we have to pay the $500 deductible, $288 for a rental car, and not to mention the cost of replacing the wedding gift. IT WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND SOLELY BECAUSE OF THE TREATMENT WE GOT FROM MANAGER MARC, NOT ONLY WILL WE NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN BUT I WILL TELL FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO NEVER STAY THERE AS WELL!!!!

Cons: I did not like that there was an extra cost for Valet parking, nor did I like the room size for the price. The menu was also a bit pricey.

Cons: Room was small and I found hairs in the bath tub. Also noisy, I could hear every time my neighbors came and went because their doors would slam. Not very pleasant if you want to get a good night's sleep. I was in room 1223 and there was a lot of slamming doors first thing in the morning.

Cons: Stayed on floor 2 of 3 floors, and around 6am the neighbor above me woke up and must have frantically been packing. Unfortunately you could hear every foot stomp clearly. Then around 10am, after I'd managed to get back to sleep the house cleaning knocked and tried to enter. Waking me up. Check out wasn't until 12pm, so unsure why they had to come in before - I was asleep so couldn't answer when they knocked. If I came back I'd make sure to stay on the 3rd floor to avoid noise above me. I think the hotel should have build the flooring/ceiling to have some/better noise dampening.

After a long day of flying, a long wait for the shuttle and trying to check in late at night, a front desk associate who treated guests less than a priority was not acceptable (answering/talking on the phone, talking to the bus driver, tidying up the desk….)To top it off, he verbally told me my room number, RULE #1 of things NOT TO DO especially for a female guest.

Pros: We use this Hampton Inn when ever we have an early flight out of SEA-TAC. It is fairly new and well kept. Prices are reasonable. I can't speak to the breakfast as we generally are gone before service starts. They will put up a snack bag for you. A short walk to Dave's Diner is a good option as well as other places to eat in the area.

Pros: Clean, efficient and convenient for those traveling via SEA-TAC and in need of an overnight stay. They offer free shuttle service to and from the airport. Pickup from the airport was a simple phone call away and I was picked up right away. In the morning hours, the shuttle runs every half hour to take folks to the airport. Absolutely efficient and convenient. Hotel was clean and everything in working order. All the staff I interacted with here very pleasant and polite. I didn't try out their free wifi since I got in pretty late and went straight to bed. Free hot and continental breakfast in the morning was nice. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was large and comfortable with excellent amenities (plenty of plugs for charging devices). Dinner was very good and we were so happy that the hotel's restaurant was there! We had turned in our rental car and really appreciated the ability to be able to have a real meal without leaving the hotel. Hotel shuttle was clean and efficient. We would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay near SEATAC.

Cons: Had to wait 30 minutes for a shuttle. Attempted to call the hotel after waiting 10 minutes in the shuttle area- there was no answer on the shuttle line. After calling the hotel directly they said shuttle would be there in less than 10 minutes. It took another 20 minutes before the shuttle arrived. Once on the shuttle it took 5 minutes to get from the airport to the hotel. Desk clerk did not offer an apology when I explained what happened. Incredibly frustrating! The bathroom smelled like a port-a-potty from time to time.

Cons: Front desk gave my pre-paid reservation to someone else with a similar name (fair mistake, but sloppy one) and it took a while to sort out losing us valuable sleep before an early flight. They then authorized my card for an additional $250+ and have not reversed it a week later. The staff was nice throughout, but clearly this place is horribly disorganized opetationally. Also, did not receive a single concession for all of the trouble. Would recommend staying somewhere else.

Pros: The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, making sure our stay was as carefree as possible. They even held our excessive amount of checked baggage after checkout so we wouldn't have to carry it around with us during our 22 hour layover with no additional charge. I would recommend this as a place to stay for any traveller.

Pros: The staff was excellent. We had never been to the area and they were extremely helpful and friendly. They assisted with booking the shuttles to and from the cruise terminal and just general information about the city and walking distance.

Cons: Old decor, no view. It felt like it had not been updated in 20 years other than the beautiful front lobby. I personally would not ever book this hotel again.

Pros: The location was convenient for our needs. We had a shuttle for our trip to the airport. From the airport we took the monorail downtown to Pike Market. The next day the staff made arrangements for us to travel to the cruise terminal for upcoming cruise.

Cons: Our room had a very loud air conditioner. The room backed to the airport tarmac. The air conditioner sounded like we were sleeping on the runway. We had to shut it off to sleep causing the room to be too warm. Believe us, airport noise, not the problem!

Cons: Unbelievably disappointed in this stay. If your hotel is going to be a hotel airport parking option, don’t try to stay a Marriott please. You are doing brand damage and we travel a great deal. Not sure I will ever stay at a Marriott again. Greeted impolitely and rushed through even with no-one else was in the lobby. Then unnecessarily put in the far corners of the hotel and zero help was given except one of the elevators was around the corner. They did not make any effort to look up my membership number or explain the wifi. Since my mother was waiting for us for more than 15 minutes to take us to dinner they sent her to ‘park’ for this short while nearly a mile away, and told us not to worry about parking in the lot because you can update the card at the restaurant. Then we go to the restaurant and find that they were not interested in helping us, and even if I ordered a glass of wine they wouldn’t validate her parking it because we weren’t eating there. At nearly 40% more than the hotels around your hotel this is unacceptable. The front desk person wouldn’t help either. Then the shuttle left a minute early the next morning so I had to wait another 15 minutes and almost missed my flight due to unexpected new congestion and rules at the airport. The bathroom door wouldn’t completely shut, and the shower had zero pressure and VO5 conditioner? Which is exactly what you would have gotten at the MOTEL 6 or Red Roof in for HALF the price. So disappointed.

A perfect hotel to stay in overnight for your early morning flights out of SEA-TAC. No big frills, but overall no hassles or inconveniences.

Pros: This hotel is across the street from the airport terminal. It is very quiet. No airplane noise. You can walk to your airline ticket counter in 10 minutes. The airport provides an airport shuttle. The hotel will also help seniors from their room and to your airport ticket counter. Was also delighted to find a quite nice vegetarian option.

Cons: The temperature in my room could not be adjusted, and it was very warm (this was in February) nor could the windows be opened. It took 3 reports of this issue to the staff before anything was done. Also, the staff failed to inform me that I had been placed on the animal floor and on one of my nights two dogs in the room next door barked quite a bit late and then very early in the morning (4:30). I'd like the option not to stay in a room that has had dogs in it nor next to one that has dogs in it.

While showering, the faucet kept creeping towards Hot and this caused the shower to get scalding hot 'automatically' while trying to shower - a burn risk 3. Shower head was an interesting artistic design, but floppy and would not stay where adjusted. Between having to constantly readjust the faucet (temperature) and the shower head, it was quite difficult to shower without getting burned, let alone try to enjoy it.

Pros: We walked from SeaTac airport because the hotel is literally across the street from the airport exit. Late check in but staff was pleasant. We were pleasantly surprised to have been upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite. The hotel is clean with a restaurant on site. However it closes at 10pm. The light rail station is on the opposite end of the airport. This hotel is centrally located for travelers. This was our third stay at this property. Will stay here again when we're in Seattle. There is a Free airport shuttle as well.

Then I noticesd that Lipton tea bags are in every room!! However, the woman at check out was very helpful with a fed ex I needed to ship.

Cons: The elevators were down in the lobby both times we stayed. The middle elevator was hard to get to and the key card would not open the door, so we ended up taking the stairs. Other people could also not get in with their key card to use the one elevator.

Cons: The room was prepaid. Red Roof demands an ID when you check in and they record the license number on the registration. If you value your privacy choose a different hotel. Very good opportunity for ID theft.

Cons: The fire alarm system was broken. We had multiple fire alarms going off between 3:30 and 4:30am. The firefighters had to come twice to reset the system. The blowdryer in my room also didn’t work. Horrible night stay with little sleep.

Cons: Place was seedy. Started at airport. The courtesy phone to get the shuttle (dial "10") was busy for five minutes straight. I checked it just for fun when our shuttle finally came 20 minutes later and it was still busy. Called the front desk since the shuttle phone didn't work. Front desk finally answered after about 30 rings (had to call a second time because the first time it ringed out), and sent the shuttle. Once we got to the hotel it was smelly and dirty. Elevator smelled like urine. Over night heard a barking dog, someone yelling to shut up the dog, lots more yelling, banging, etc. A sleepless night. Then, next morning, getting the shuttle (which did leave on time, so that was good), a guy who looked strung out on drugs came up and asked us for money, while a homeless lady was hanging out out in the front entrance, which looked to have been her bedroom for the night. The place was just trashy overall, and my wife, who grew up in an inner city, did not feel safe. Bed was also so soft it made my back hurt. Would never go back to this hotel or any other Wyndham property. Marriott or Embassy Suites from now on even if they cost more.
