The hotel is outdated. The lift did not work. The reception was grumpy. The room dingy with half the lights not working. Toilet facilities were filthy and falling to bit,s. Much worse than Falty Towers. I do recommend that you don,t offer this hotel again. I give it one out of ten! The only good thing about this hotel, is that it is in the centre of Seattle.
Location and price. Right next to a rail stop and plenty of bus lines. Super close to most downtown attractions.
Furnishings are dated, no WiFi or coffee in the room. A bit noisy st night, random stuff going on outside in the wee hours. Nothing that sounded like crime though.
Location, it was pretty central
The place was filthy dirty. Sheets and towels had holes in them. I'm surprised I didn't catch any disease.
Location was fine.
The hotel was dilapidated - could do with a lick of paint and new carpets. No flat screen TV (just an old CRT with lousy picture). NO refrigerator, NO iron, NO Trouser press, NO hairdryer. The "en-suite" flooded twice, (under basin plumbing)which meant calling out Maintenance Man. Despite several requests for basin plug - nothing done - makes shaving difficult. Electrical socket behind bed - difficult to use any phone charger etc. Easily visible black hair in bathroom was particularly off-putting - just how clean is the place? See photos. Difficult to recommend this hotel.
Fine location, 1920s charm
Flaccid, thin pillows, disintegrating sink, barely functioning shower faucet (scald or freeze?), peeling old paint on pipes (lead?), nice unplugged bedside lamps with a plug for only one, nearby elevator sounded like a drum solo all nite. This was once a charming hotel now suffering from serious neglect.
