Great location but amenities were not great, only cleaned room once during 5 night trip. Water in lobby was not refilled when empty at night even on hot days

The hotel was nice and clean meeting the Covid requirements with sanitizer and masks available. They had just restarted their hot breakfasts with prepared eggs, meat and potatoes in a box on a hot tray along with the other items you expect at a hotel breakfast buffet.

Cons (-) I stayed with my 2yo daughter and requested our room be on the same floor as my friend. She got a room in the front of the hotel with a view of the space needle, our room was facing the back with a view of the gas station. The view is not the issue, so much as the noise level. People were getting gas in the middle of the night with music blaring and bass loud enough that the walls were vibrating. ...

Pros (+) clean food on site enclosed parking near gas station and walgreens
Cons (-) room keys and elevators had issues the entire time front desk staff not informed and/or rude parking garage has several elevators most don't get you to your room ice machine couldn't keep up photos of gallery/snack bar were deceiving. Never saw it stocked like the photo. bed super uncomfortable

Pros (+) Everything was walkable from the hotel. There is really no need for a car. I walked everywhere and went running to Elliot Bay and around Lake Union. This is a great price for the location and for a weekend getaway.
