Great location but amenities were not great, only cleaned room once during 5 night trip. Water in lobby was not refilled when empty at night even on hot days

Cons (-) I stayed with my 2yo daughter and requested our room be on the same floor as my friend. She got a room in the front of the hotel with a view of the space needle, our room was facing the back with a view of the gas station. The view is not the issue, so much as the noise level. Pros (+) Location was awesome. Free shuttle to the market. Free breakfast was awesome. Kids loved the pool. Beds were super comfortable. Staff were amazing!!!
Cons (-) Nothing. Everything was perfect
Pros (+) clean food on site enclosed parking near gas station and walgreens
Cons (-) room keys and elevators had issues the entire time front desk staff not informed and/or rude parking garage has several elevators most don't get you to your room ice machine couldn't keep up photos of gallery/snack bar were deceiving. Never saw it stocked like the photo. bed super uncomfortable
Pros (+) Everything was walkable from the hotel. There is really no need for a car. I walked everywhere and went running to Elliot Bay and around Lake Union. This is a great price for the location and for a weekend getaway.
