Cons: cant think of a thing that I didnt like

Cons: We booked a “Family Package” but were placed in non adjoining rooms. I hate this- it always happens and hotels pretend to not be in control of the reservation or room assignment. We were separated from our kids and it made the whole experience anxious. We booked 4 months in advance- they got my credit card- I should have got an adjoining room.

Cons: Hotel partly closed for renovation during our stay.

Cons: Wifi is not included in the room price.

Cons: Small windows, not much light. Also very limited tv options. Would d like access to Netflix.

Cons: A little outdated

Cons: I didn't like having to leave.

Cons: We had an unexpected guest stay the night with us and apparently due to fire codes we could not get a rollout bed delivered. We were in a suite so I don't know what type of room it would have fit in.

Cons: Given the room rate, free bottled water should be supplied...not $8 per bottle.

Cons: It took us 2 hrs to get our room. I got a text in the morning from Kayak saying the room will be ready for check in at 3pm. We got to the hotel a litle before 4 and they said theyre backed up and it'll be roughly 20min and they'll call us when its ready. My friend and I leave our bags to go grab food at Pikes Market and come back because we had a 5pm rental car. We didnt get a call til 5pm that it was ready. I didnt appreciate that the room wasn't ready by "check in time" because that's 2hrs of our money wasted away in rushing and waiting when i could be in my room already...

Cons: We received an email the day before we checked in giving us some choices on room location, early check-in, bed size, etc. One of the choices was "spacious room" which we asked for because there was 4 of us. We weren't expecting an upgrade but sometimes some of the rooms have a little more space than others. We literally got the smallest room available. There was this big huge wall right next to the window. The other rooms had two windows and the additional space. We really wouldn't have thought much of it except for the fact that we requested a spacious room when asked. My point is, don't ask me and then give me an even smaller room than normal. The other problem was there were only 3 towels in the bathroom. Again, there were 4 of us…We called twice to request additional towels. Finally, my husband found a staff member in the hall and asked them to get us towels. The next day the cleaning person left us 3 towels again. Called to request towels AGAIN, no towels. Found the closet in the hall unlocked and got some towels out of there. I also don't like the fact there is no coffee maker in the room. I don't want to have to get dressed to go down and get coffee. For the price, I would like to have someone respond to my requests.

Cons: The “resort fee” is silly. It isn’t a resort. It’s ridiculous.

Cons: Town car service offered by hotel way too expensive! Homeless walking on fourth street. Never bothered us, but sad, nevertheless.

Cons: Conference rooms are in the basement, making them feel a bit closed-in. Sometimes the elevators are a bit of a wait.

Cons: The mattresses could have been better quality. The linens were nice upgrades but the mattress felt like a cheap budget line mattress. Also, the robes that were offered in the closet were gross to the touch. They should be replaced immediately with new plush robes. I mention that because plush robes are advertised as one of the luxuries of staying in that room.

Cons: I was really looking forward to sleeping in since the check out was noon... but the maid service started its duties at 9 am... so there went my sleeping in... also... my staying in (do not disturb) card got put under the breakfast menu and I had the cleaning crew come in into my room before I could stop them... even though I had the tag of "conserve and decline maid services" hanging on my door

Cons: We paid for an upgraded room on a high floor with a city view but our only window faced an office building about 50 feet away across an alley. We could see nothing else.

Cons: Everything was as expected or better!

Cons: Just the price. But it's worth it!

Cons: Couple of tile areas in our room bathroom where the wall meets the bathroom that were not there and a few places missed in the floor tile grout.... Just seemed they left little things undone when built, which we wouldn't expect.... All in all, a very good stay...

Cons: no soy or almond mike for those allergic to dairy.

Cons: No place to hang your clothes in room Breakfast quality looked rather weak Giant construction project in the front of the hotel Difficult to get the temperature right- 1 degree up and you were roasting, 1 degree down and you were freezing.

Cons: Took driver 30 mins to pick us up from airport.

Cons: It wasn't worth the price charged.

Cons: Bed was a bit too firm! Very well situated and convenient business area in room.

Cons: No refrigerator in the room was disappointing.

Cons: Wait on shuttle a little long one every 30 minutes

Cons: Overall, the facility needs to be refurbished. Carpets need to be changed!

Cons: Nothing negative about it since the road construction is done.

Cons: Upon my arrival, I requested a hotel shuttle, was told that one was on its way, and then had to wait for 35 minutes, even though the hotel is only a 5 minute drive away. The cleaners were not very thorough about resetting the room--my bathroom did not have a shower curtain anywhere in sight, and the refrigerator in the room had old Chinese take-away in it.

Cons: Mattress too soft and springy.

Cons: Traffic noise. Noisy heater/ac. Headboard was falling apart. Room over sprayed with air fresheners that I go a headache.

Cons: The fold out bed was only a full size, so don't depend on it being a queen.

Cons: Reeaaaaalllly uncomfortable bed.

Cons: There really isn't anything bad about the place.

Cons: The top bunk was tricky to climb into because of the way the ladder is constructed.

Cons: I suppose the room could be a bit more comfortable. Heater was on all night..

Cons: The room was too small for sharing accommodation.. things are bad while your co room mate have clothes and socks smell badly

Cons: Not enough time to hang out and enjoy the ambiance.

Cons: Staff checking in my new roommates at 12:00 midnight and 1:00am, turning on the bright lights and waking a couple of us up. Could be rough if you had bad roommates, which I didn't - they were cool

Cons: Fan on bunk wasn’t working, WiFi poor, two toilets wouldn’t flush
