Hidden fees from the hotel based on third party service not mentioned by Kayak or the vendor. Additionally, we were charged an additional $90 in parking fees because hotel staff gave us incorrect information about how to set up parking with the hotel's designated garage.

This hotel is a gem. Close to transportation (railway) and walking distance to pikes Market and piers. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel and it has a cafe, bar and dining. In the evening time, they have a separate room with a fire place (super cozy and lots of lounging space). Staff is friendly, very accommodating. Pros (+) Everything was excellent, just one complaint (see below). But I would definitely stay again.
Cons (-) My room was next to the alleyway and while it was pretty quiet most of the time, when the garbage trucks came through it was extremely loud. I didn’t expect it to be silent because of the location, but the noise could probably be a little less with some more “soundproofing” type efforts. Maybe double pane windows?

Pros (+) Hotel was very nice. The décor as well as the restaurant bar and coffee spot all were great perks. The rooms were cozy and clean and different from the big chain hotels.
Cons (-) I love hot showers with great water pressure. The first room the water stopped while my girlfriend was in the shower. The hotel moved us into a new room with a nicer view however we experienced the same issue the next day.
