View and location were excellent
Guests should receive some sort of discount on parking....$42 a day?!
The hotel, was very generic, 3 stars at best.
Customer service should be for everyone
View from room. Price was decent in comparison to other downtown hotels. Proximity to everything. Newer furnishings but hotel needs updating.
One particular employee who was not happy to be working there. He was extremely unhelpful, unkind, rude and made a BIG stink (literally huffed) when we asked for our bags from storage.
Convenient to Belltown, Downtown Seattle
The elevators are fast and the location is perfect for Seattle sightseeing- Space Needle and Pike Place Market are blocks away. We loved the close proximity to the best restaurants in Seattle: Lola, Dahlia Lounge, Dahlia Bakery, Etta's, Palace Kitchen, Serious Pie. The room was comfortable and large. We liked the split bathroom with bathtub/toilet on one side and sink/mirror on the other.
The heater was inconsistent- when it was blowing, the room was too warm, but when it turned off the room was a bit chilly.
The bed was uncomfortable. The bathroom was very small
I was charged $16 additional parking for coming to the hotel 2 hours before check in. On top of the $30+ I was already paying for parking there.
Excellent Value, Great Hotel!
I loved the room service options, and that you can order it 24/4. I also loved the in-house breakfast ordering. The food was delish, the room was clean, great pillows, view, and friendly staff.
You might freak out over their expensive parking ($39 a night) But if you're staying for a short visit like we did, it is actually great. They let you keep your car there till 3pm, even though check-out is 11. So we were able to walk to Pike Place, aquarium, and do all that fun stuff without having to move our car and pay for more parking.
Great location for good price. Very nice, up to date, clean, and top notch. Lovely bar! Nice restaurant . Ask to borrow an umbrella at front desk! Don't need to bring your own...
Good Location
Love being so close to everything. Went to a concert at the key arena and the taxi rides were really cheap since we were so close. Within walking distance to pikes place and the water.
We wanted a bigger balcony. I proposed on the night we stayed there expecting a view of the Space Needle and room on the balcony to do it. The balcony was barely big enough to stand on.
Excelent stay in Seattle. People in the hotel are very friendly, the room excelent and the hotel is close to all interestnig places in Seattle. If I am in Seattle next time I will not try to find other hotel - this hotel meets all my requirements concerning price, place, comfort.
Expensive overnight parking.
We really enjoyed the bartender, and had a great time exploring the city surrounding the hotel.
WiFi internet should have been free.
Our breakfast experience with Domingo "Mingo" and Pat was surberb. They performed beautiful service with a smile, and made an emotionally difficult all the more fun for us. kudos to the both and especially Mingo for his antics with paper flowers and Minney Mouse bows!!! He is awesome!!!
Not a thing.
It was well located. We walked to many of Seattle's main attractions including the Seattle Center and the waterfront.
friendly service and a very handy location helped us enjoy a short get away and we felt relaxed
we felt the parking situation could have been a little better as we didn't realize we had to pay for parking until we received our checkout statement. It seemed that maybe we were lead to believe parking was part of the room cost. Would it be better for your hotel to make it more clear that parking ,while available, is an extra.....I don't know....not a big deal I guess but there it is
Clean and spacy room, a bit noisy though. TV has limited channels, but that's a minor point. Location is good, only 5 minutes from downtown. Dimitrious JazzAlley is one block away!
Clean facilities and courteous staff.
Construction around building.
Hotel is centrally located and has a friendly staff.
Restaurant is very good but perhaps you could relocate to an upper floor w/view of city.
The hotel was more elegant than we expected = clean, nicely furnished and decorated and courteous and helpfull staff
location was perfect
housekeeping knocking on the door at 8AM on a Sat. morn
