Pros (+) View from room. Price was decent in comparison to other downtown hotels. Proximity to everything. Newer furnishings but hotel needs updating.
Cons (-) One particular employee who was not happy to be working there. He was extremely unhelpful, unkind, rude and made a BIG stink (literally huffed) when we asked for our bags from storage.
