Pool looked dirty so did the hot tub Window curtains dirty with holes No vending machines No fridge to be able to use when tolled them it’s just to have cold water she did give me a key but was not cold
Location is good and the rooms were clean.
The pool was beyond dirty. Had people across the hall smoking pot. Which caused the entire 14th floor to reek. Because of the gap under our door it caused our room to smell overwhelmingly like pot. They make you sign multiple forms stating this is a smoke free hotel. Obviously they do not enforce there own policy. The parking people also fail to tell you that valet parking is the same cost as self park. So you have to navigate their parking light in the dark with no elevator that causes you to have to walk several floors through a unsafe garage. Had they told us the cost was the same we would have used them. But that would require them to get off their phones and actually do work. Beds were not very comfortable. I expected a certain level of customer service with the Warwick name but this one definitely left a lot to be desired.
I really liked the view and it was within walking distance from everything I planned.
The shower was kind of small and I wish there were complimentary toothbrushes.
Good location. No breakfast.
Rooms could use updating.
Having restuarant in hotel. The helpfulness of your Concierge. The respectful friendliness of your staff. The menu.
The bathroom had smudges on cupboard doors. There was dust on wall board ledges
