Cons: Parking at the hotel was very expensive ($47 per day). The rooms were a little small for the cost of them and it would have been nice if there was a mini-fridge in them. There is also no "sundries" store, so if you want a drink or a snack there is no where to get that. We also called for room service and no one answered the phone.

Pros: Stayed for Twitchcon so needed a hotel close to the convention centre and this one fitted the bill. On arrival we were given a free upgrade to a room with a balcony and view of the marina which was unexpected but we were extremely happy about! The room itself had loads of space, and the view from the balcony was just breathtaking. As we were in the north tower, we had to walk to the south tower for the Exchange Pantry to get the most delicious cinnamon buns for breakfast. But it meant we could stop in Starbucks on the way back so that was fine. Bathroom was functional if not a tad on the small side, but he vanity area was more than adequate for make up bags etc. Also the complementary shampoo, lotions, etc were gorgeous! The beds were honestly the most comfortable beds i have ever slept in.

Cons: Payment process was a complete nightmare. I stayed 1 night and my card was charged over $700! I prepaid for the room and was also charged again the night we stayed. I was charged a cancellation fee even though my cancellation request was denied. Altogether I was charged for 2 nights, a cancellation fee plus $49 parking. The customer service rep was very frustrating to talk to & very scripted continuing to state the “policy” and “there’s no guarantee” and it will take “3-5 days” to rectify which was totally unreasonable and maddening for major mistake that they made. I am still in the process of getting this fixed. I requested a manager and he or she did not have the professionalism or courtesy to speak with me. I will never stay again as trying to get a problem resolved is extremely frustrating and time consuming.

Pros: Cleanliness was an issue. I had to rotate my mattress as there was a huge lump on one side. The room had false advertisement because the beds were not queen. They were fulls at most. The space was pretty small for more than one person. The price is outrageous for not the best amenities and especially having to flip my mattress. Pros: Cleanliness was an issue. I had to rotate my mattress as there was a huge lump on one side. The room had false advertisement because the beds were not queen. They were fulls at most. The space was pretty small for more than one person. The price is outrageous for not the best amenities and especially having to flip my mattress. I did tell the hotel cleaning staff; who totally ignored it.

Cons: We left the room in the morning, came back around 19:00, the room was NOT cleaned! And I didn’t hang anything on the door to prevent them going in to clean. Never met a uncleaned room in a decade during countless hotel stays. The bathroom, the photo speaks for itself, after shower, the whole bathroom is like flooded, almost slip to fall several times. I saw lots of Twitch Con guys live in this hotel, so I guess that’s the reason why the price is so high, but honestly the quality doesn’t match the price, at all.

Pros: staff was always smiling and making sure everything was ok. as my first "luxury" hotel (4 night stay) it was such a great first one. the property itself was clean, housekeeping stoping by your room everyday to clean your room. i had no issues in the room and would recommend to anyone. internet is really fast as well which is really convenient. only 12 mins away walking from the hotel to the convention center. the rooftop lounge is amazing, as an underage teen (20) they still let me in and i got to see the view!

Cons: The place is run down. The staff is very nice. The bed sucked! Both of them. It was loud (I was on the 6th floor). The pillows were too soft. You don't have a place to grab a snack. The staff, however, was very nice and helpful. The housekeeping was great. The valet tremendous. Front desk very nice. So you're doing great, but it the building itself needs updating - especially the beds!!!! Also, I don't like having to pay a "facility fee" and "valet" every day/ night.

Cons: Breakfast in the Lobby Restaurant needs improvement. We had to send meals back on two occasions because the food was cold. The second time. it took so long to get the meal back that my partner had finished his food. In addition, it wasn't prepared as requested. On the last day, the wait staff had to be flagged down for requests, such as a refill on the coffee.

Cons: My only few issues with the property and there were almost none. The room's bathtub/shower would drip water no matter how much we tried to turn it off. The breakfast buffet was pretty pricey for the quality for the amount of options we were given. Finally the TV's volume when being turned on is pretty deafening which did admittedly help us wake up in the morning.

Cons: The staff were starchy and unwelcoming. There were no pleasantries with the customer from the staff on reception or the hotel shop throughout our stay. In fact they were downright short. There would have been more reaction from and interaction with an autobot. Holidayers seemed to take second place to the vast numbers of business seminar attendees in the hotel. The only conversations we had of any length were with the hotel's employees trying to sell Wyndham memberships, conversations which also proved to be annoying. One other smaller gripe - the size of the body wash/shower gel. A minute bottle with two squirts of liquid. Not enough for one body never mind two. A hotel concern the size of the Wyndham should be able to manage a reasonable provision of shower gel.

Pros: Stayed with a friend for a place to crash after a festival in town. This hotel has a perfect location - right in the heart of little Italy & close to downtown and freeways. So many great restaurants in the neighborhood. A lot of cool seating areas to hang out on the roof before going out. I wouldn't call their pool an actual pool, its definitely a big hot tub but I prefer that anyways!

Cons: The blood spatter all over the bathroom and being told they did not have another room.. Once maintenance came and saw the mess, they promptly moved me to another room. That room did not have blood spatter, but was still not very clean. Very disappointed.

Cons: I was not happy with the room I got as I had a very different room last time, that was a room on the 5th floor with a balcony and bigger and brighter room. This time I got a room with windows facing care port and noisy. The next day I changed to a similar room as I had last time, but I had to pay extra money for that. I think it is very bad when the only window you have is facing carpark, and then for sure with no interesting views, it is almost like having no window at all. Also, the safe in that room did not work.

Cons: Decided to stay here during a conference for work then also planned to stay the following weekend for a concert...VERY Bad idea...i wouldn't even give it one star. Not safe #1- The picture do not match what is there. #2- This is a shady motel NOT a hotel. #3-My daughter and I were put in a room where the hall had no lighting. Did not feel safe at all #4-The security lock wouldn't latch and would come open and when the door was locked there was a half inch leeway when you pulled on the door. Light the whole thing was loose. #5-I called front desk and asked for a new room. Reception said only if maintenance gives the ok. We waited and I called back to ask what the maintenance person looked like. She said he had a uniform with the logo. #6-We heard someone trying to get into our room. I yelled asking who it was and a man yelled back something in Spanish. I looked out the peep hole and saw a man in a white tank top and a shirt with the 2 last buttons buttoned. Apparently this was the maintenance man but couldn't tell because the hallway was to dark...AGAIN DIDNT FEEL SAFE AND WAS TERIFFIED BY THEN. #7-I reluctantly opened the door let him know what was wrong and it was apparent he didnt understand a word I said. I then called reception and said we are coming down for a new room. #8-No one let us know during checking the hotel restaurant was closed. #9-Got our new room and the sink and faucet wasnt clean. It had sticky stuff on it. #10-There was mold in the shower. We check out a day early and could not get a refund for our second day. Then made sure to cancel our weekend stay right away. My daughter and I did not feel safe at all. Not a good hotel...MOTEL...at all.

Cons: Parking on site is kinda pricey for guests, we ended up parking at one of the airport lots nearby which are cheaper. Check in at 3pm is a little late considering check out is at 11am...this was somewhat inconvenient but the hosts at the front desk were very accommodating by holding our stuff until much later in the evening.

Cons: The room was very "pokey" (small) and hard to move around in. Odd considering the bathroom was almost too big. There were no plastic cups supplied -- iI had to ask for some so I could take my meds with water and use mouthwash. The restaurant was closed the first few days I was there but no one told me that there was a cafe on the 2nd floor set up temporarily for breakfast. So I went out to eat!

Cons: Nice lobby, but the actual rooms themselves were old, run down and I do not like how loud the window air conditioner was. We had a leak in our shower and had to put a towel in the bath to catch the water so we did not hear the drip all night long. The window overlooked parked cars, I had no idea that that was how all the rooms were set up.

Cons: The place was run down! I would not expect that from the Ramada the chair in my bedroom had a hole in the seat missing paint on the arms the room was so noisy. They made me sign a form when I checked in that I would not complain about the noise and I didn’t really understand it till that night the bars down below kept me awake at 3 AM.
