Pros:
Cons: Location was not in the best part of the city
5.8 Okay
Pros: The apartment was clean and comfortable. Kitchen equipment was adequate.
Cons: Construction, renovation and maintenance work was carried out on practically every day during our stay. Sometimes this started at 7.15am and carried on throughout the day. As were on holiday we went out a lot but anytime we were in the apartment there was noise and we had to keep the door shut. The advertising said this was a quiet site but we never seemed to experience this much. We were very aware of others in the house with footfall , early and late depatures and arrivals. Although there was private parking at the rear of the house, this was very limited due to the aforementioned construction etc work and it's associated vehicles. Neighbour's barking dog didn't help either.

Pros: Convenient location, gated parking (although an automatic gate opener would be nicer). good accommodations.
Cons: little more room in the bathroom.

Pros: Very convenient location, very well equipped, immaculately clean, full of character, with a friendly, helpful host. We loved our stay here
Cons: There's nothing negative about this place - one of the nicest places we've stayed in our travels
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Every thing was perfect!!!
Cons: Very strict rules, especially where guest is focused fully to its work/business...

Pros: The check-in worked perfect. The rooms are very clean and nice, a walmart is in walking distance. The kitchen has all you need for any meal you are going to prepare. You can sit outside in the fenced garden and play minigolf. There also are washing machines if needed.
Cons: It is not very nice to walk into the city from here (at least using the streets I did). I would therefore suggest to use the trolley line or uber.

Pros: I only booked the room because it stated free cancelation. I then would validate the location but I wanted to make sure I had a room. 15 min after making the reservation I found out I was past the free period 20 April at 6pm I booked the room at 545pm. I tried to cancel but they wanted 60% fee. False advertising. I had 4 people in my room which they charge extra for but no extra towels or anything extra.
The microwave had a spliced power cord in violation. Of the national electrical code. They used paper tape to make matters worse.
Next the smoke detectors keep chirping. No phone in the room to call the desk. It was over an hour for them to come and reset it. It started going off around 6am again. We left at that time.

Pros: Clean and simple place to sleep. Staff are friendly. Close to San Diego Convention Center. It suited my need for a convention.
Cons: Maybe a little dusty from the AC? I’m extremely sensitive to dust and have problem with allergy and asthma. I was coughing quite a bit, but maybe it’s just the air in the area?
