(nothing to mention)
location is very good.
very very very very very noisy during the night time because of the location i think.
Shuttle from airport. The staff was very friendly and efficient.
Several of the meals served in the bar, restaurant and delivered to room service was very poor. The beet salad with arugula was terrible. They should have never served the dish. The arugula was more than 50% spoiled, the beets were old, and the worst... I found a piece of raw meat in the arugula. The salmon served with the salad was fine. I had ordered this same dish three months prior in a previous visit, and the salad was wonderful, so I was very disappointed. The breakfasts served to my room were all fine.
The location, rooms, and facilities were all maintained well. The beds are still some of the best ever.
I’m not used to seeing staff berated in public. This occurred in the restaurant by I’m assuming a manager to a hostess because he couldn’t handle three groups of people coming in for breakfast. Additionally, while it is great to have a green option, it should be clear that if you choose it, this means that no maid service will be done unless requested. I found this strange as we had a 3 night stay and trash accumulated as did need for other bathroom amenities.
No shuttle to the cruise terminal...
