Pros: This is a lovely hotel and I would stay there again. Wish I stayed longer to try their spa but it was a quick 2 day business trip and literally in and out. I did dine at Avant and had the crab and pear salad. Very good but not big enough for a meal alone. My CEO had the lamb and my friend had the free range chicken and they very much enjoyed it. For dessert we had the delicious chocolate trio and it was enough for 2-3 people so we shared. My CEO learned of a death in his family upon arriving to the hotel and they sent a complimentary bottle of wine and cheese to his room. I thought that was extremely generous and kind. The staff really went above and beyond at every turn to make my stay as pleasant as possible. Thank you RBI!

Cons: A few too many kids running around but hey its a family resort. I was there on business.

Cons: They advertise a shuttle to take you to and from the hotel within five miles (there is no means of transportation or anything within walking distance) yet there is no shuttle and while we requested the service several times it was never an good time for staff to drive you into town.

Cons: I stayed in the Greens on the top floor. Nice view of the golf course and fountain; however, my room was in the middle of the building and you had to walk to either end of the long building and climb stairs with luggage to get to the top floor as there is no elevator. The parking spots are very small and I had rented a standard size suv so I had to park further away from the building than desired. Overall, just small stuff.

Cons: The hotel is old! My bed was unbelievably uncomfortable. I had to line up pillows just to be able to lay on the bed. Chair had been removed from our room and not replaced. Had to ask for it to be returned. The lighting in the bathroom was horrid.

Cons: Greeting was rude, given no hotel info or directions to room. Room had no book or hotel information. Key was deactivated and we were scolded for having to reset it at the end of a long day. Was not given clean towels or toilet paper after room cleaned. Had to ask for replacements. Maid tried to clean at 7 am! Breakfast tasted terrible, food not hot, wasn't enough food made. Staff was rude. Struggle to get salt/pepper, plate, knife. Tables not cleaned, WAY over priced! Internet never worked during entire stay both in room and lobby. Had to use phone as mobile hotspot to use internet.
