Excellent 10.0
Pros: Located close to airport for flights out. Located close to public transit and Old Town District.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We love San Diego and the Old Town Inn. We always stay there
Cons: nothing
Excellent 9.4
Pros: We requested and received a very quiet room. The room and hotel overall were very clean and the staff friendly. Free breakfast options included steel cut oats, no-crust quiche, and waffles. We had the oats, which were good. The fresh fruit was also high quality: oranges, green apples, and bananas. We didn't try the pool.

Excellent 8.0
Pros: Nice staff, great location, nice rooms, clean hotel in general. Good breakfast area and selection.
Cons: Worlds slowest elevator. Tv's in rooms not HD.
Okay 4.2
Cons: Way too high for a mediocre place. Place just seemed run down. It was loud too. Place is just serviceable and I chose it for convenience sake. For what I paid, I expected much better.
Excellent 8.8
Cons: Hotel elevator needed upgrading. Very small and shaky

Excellent 8.0
Pros: The staff was very friendly.
Cons: I didn't care for being told that there was a parking surcharge that was hidden in the fine print. All charges should up front on the first web page of the site.
Good 6.5
Pros: Free Breakfast and wifi
Cons: Staff wasn't very friendly, welcoming helpful upon arrival
Excellent 8.2
Pros: They have shuttle service. Very convenient when exploring sd.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: The staff was friendly & helpful. The room was clean & comfortable. There was a fair amount of variety to the complimentary breakfast. Great local shuttle service, including to the Marine Corp graduation services. Would recommend.
Cons: The down side to this hotel is the location. The hotel is sandwiched between I-5 and a very busy street. The noise level could be intolerable to some.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: I liked the breakfast, coffee bar, location to downtown, Old Town, and Little Italy as well as the wedding venue we attended. Everyone was friendly and smiled. Security parking was a great plus as we had a new car and feared there would be issues.
Cons: Some things to consider changing include attention to details. 1. Be sure to leave an extra roll of toilet paper in the room at all times 2. Put screens on the windows facing the freeway as the room was extremely humid 3. Towels should not have holes in them even if they are smaller than a dime 4. Overall ventilation in the room was challenging between the humidity created by the shower and lack of ventilation in the bathroom to the swamp cooler in the room that just created more humidity. 5. Need more full sized parking spaces and more if possible. 6. Have rooms that are joined and allow for families to stay in a junior suite; requires less parking.
Good 6.0
Pros: Close to tourist attractions (Old Town).
Cons: Horrible parking situation. Tiny rooms that are poorly decorated. Tiny bathroom and shower.
Good 7.7
Pros: Free shuttle service just about everywhere...train station, airport, and cruise terminal, plus the local sites!!
Cons: The neon light outside our window was a bit annoying, and the tap was pretty hard for my arthritic hand...otherwise it was great.
Good 6.0
Pros: How close it was to the airport and a gas station to fill up the rental car.
Cons: Our room was on the interstate side and obviously there was traffic noise when we were trying to get to sleep. But we were so tired by the time we got to the hotel, I don't think it affected how we slept.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was excelllent and close to all the ameneties that we needed.
Good 7.3
Pros: the place is quietly, fridge and microwave in the room, near old town, free internet in the loby.....
Okay 5.3
Pros: The shuttle servicePlease write at least 15 words
Cons: The available food service. I was literally shaken down by the middle eastern pizza guy!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Very friendly and willing staff and really excellent (free) shuttle facilities between airport, cruise terminal, Amtrak station.Free continental breakfast makes it excellent value for money , especially for families on modest budget.
Cons: $review.cons
Okay 4.8
Pros: the flat screen tv's were nice and the 24 hour store in the lobby was very convienant
Cons: i did not like the hotel location, it was right along the freeway also the room had a chemical cleaning odor like lysol and the hotel was not in the safest area it seemed.
Good 7.6
Pros: Very attentive reception staff. Avalilabilty of pc's. Traffic noise was no problem at all (in contrast to other reviews, and we stayed at the I5-side). Old town nearby. Pubic transport nearby. Free transfer to airport and car rental downtown
Cons: Noisy guests in next room till 4AM. Thin walls dit not help.
Good 7.6
Pros: The staff was very helpful in many ways. I did not rent a car, but the shuttle service to and from the airport, MCRD, and to Old Town was excellent. The fact that they provided this shuttle service, is the reason I chose this hotel. The room was clean, I came back after a long day with freshly made bed, new towels, and even more shampoo!
Cons: There was a few issues at first with the staff and some confusion regarding my method of payment. All was resolved, but it was upsetting since it was late when I checked in, and I just wanted to rest. Everything was resolved my morning, however, no one apologized for their error.
Okay 4.8
Pros: Good rate for room/breakfast/parking.
Cons: Very noisy hotel, situated just a few meters away of a fast entry to San Diego. Traffic at any time. Avoid absolutely even rooms.

Excellent 9.7
Pros: I Booked this for my boyfriend and I to stay and attend the Chargers/Raiders game and not have to worry about the traffic. I did it the day of and didn't really look into the hotel much bc it was just easy and right next to the trolley line. To my surprise there wasnt a TV or a phone ..... I didn't even miss it and just enjoyed not having it but I did tend to use my phone to play music. But it was so relaxing and well worth not having those items in the room. The staff was more the amazing and the ghosts in room 9 were definitely making themselves known which made it even more interesting. It was nice to roam around Old Town over the weekend but was bummed that it closed down so early. I've stayed all over in all kinds of hotels and by far this one stands out in my experience and it's nice for family and for couples to go and have a stay-cation to recharge battery's
Cons: I personally loved the bed you just sunk right into it but unfortunately my boyfriend is very tall so it was kind of a tight squeeze for him. I Personally liked the tight squeeze haha but as far as making it comfortable for someone his size a much larger bed would of been nice. Also I wish the bar in the restaurant would stay open later as a place for hotel guests to hang out once Old Town closes down.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff was amazing and super friendly, from the moment we arrived. The gal the met us at the front desk was very informative and walked is up to our suite, she really made our anniversary stay memorable from the very beginning. When arriving after our walk through old town we had a need for ice and without even asking one of the hotel staff came up and accommodated us and took our drinks and set them on ice in a bucket. Definitely will be coming back to stay again.

Pros: Great views, amazing beds, spacious rooms, excellent free breakfast in the morning, nice staff, clean rooms, and one of the best locations in the downtown area. Excellent value for the price with short walks to anywhere in the downtown and along the bay, or if you don't want to walk it is a $4~ Uber to Gaslamp/downtown. Will stay again and would recommend to anyone looking to stay downtown!

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything was great, walking distance to Little Italy, the bay, and so much more!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Excellent location, airport shuttle, close to public transportation, breakfast included
Cons: Parking fee
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Great location, very clean and comfortable. I would stay there again.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The included breakfast as well as the shuttle to and from the airport
Excellent 8.2
Pros: Typical BW facilities that are dependable. Great location. Ten minutes drive from airport and zoo. Easy walking to many downtown, bayside activities and restaurants.
Cons: Toilet not very effective at flushing waste. Breakfast choices somewhat limited compar s to some other BW’s.
Okay 4.8
Pros: There is a free shuttle to/from the airport. Each room contains a refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, safe, hair dryer, and iron. I was given a voucher for free breakfast buffet in the attached restaurant and the staff kept it well-stocked, even when it was nearly time to end the buffet. I flew in early and the hotel let me check in early without charging an extra fee.
Cons: There were several issues with the condition of the room. The refrigerator, TV, microwave, and lamp were all broken. I attempted to restart the fridge and the TV by unplugging from surge protector and plugging directly into socket, trying different sockets, etc. but was unable to get them going again. A very nice maintenance man did some trouble-shooting and was able to get them working with a bit of effort. The switch on the lamp was bent, loose, and shorted out. Cleanliness was also a problem, maybe because of my early check-in. A used towel was stuffed under the safe in the closet. One bar of soap in the bathroom had gotten wet and was unusable. There was a curly hair on the bathroom counter. There was no lotion. Overall, the experience was NOT what I expected from a $200 per night hotel and I do not recommend it.
Excellent 8.2
Pros: Loved the location. It was within walking distance to the star of India ship.
Cons: The wall beside one of the beds in the room was filthy.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Even though the hotel was unconstruction, it had great service. Good room for a good price. We only stayed for one night and everything was great. No complains about anything. Highly recommended this hotel its rest the pier and has good restaurants near as well.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The hotel is conveniently located in downtown San Diego. It was spotless. The breakfast was actually served next door, and it was delicious!
Cons: They didn’t have a shuttle driver available when we arrived at the airport. However, we were told to take a cab, get a receipt, and they would reimburse me, which they did as soon as I checked in.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: The view from the balcony was a direct line to the waterfront and the Star of India. The room was very clean. Breakfast is provided at the attached restaurant which is a nice facility. Transportation is provided to and from the airport and to the cruise ship terminal. The location is convenient to walk to Seaport Village, Little Italy, local bus line, the zoo, Gaslamp district, multiple other restaurants, as well as pharmacies and shopping. There is no need for a car.
Cons: The lobby area is being remodeled and I knew that when I booked. It was a little dusty, but not inconvenient in any way. However, although the rooms are very clean, the furniture, wall coverings, and carpet are looking a little tired and worn out and in my opinion, these are the areas which should be updated.
Good 6.0
Pros: location , friendly
Cons: construction, unable to find my reservation for quite sometime. not in the system and had to go to main office to get it cleared up
Excellent 8.8
Pros: It was close to the water. Very comfortable. Remodeling so it will even be better when that is completed.
Good 6.0
Pros: Localization is good. It is a good relatioon cost/benefits.The room is nice.
Cons: Lobby could be pretier!
Good 6.3
Pros: The staff was very professional and friendly
Cons: The amtrak train was quite annoying blasting its horn all night
Good 7.3
Pros: The price is reasonable and the location is excellent. The rooms are spacious. However, the soundproofing of the walls is suboptimal.
Cons: I found the restaurant and the breakfast menu mediocre.
Good 6.0
Pros: enjoyed the breakfast and the comfort of the room. Very clean and the maid service was excellent
Cons: everything was fine
Good 6.7
Pros: close to the convention center at an affordable price
Cons: the loud train honking
Good 6.0
Pros: Very comfortable beds. Easy to check in and out. The location of the hotel is good.
Cons: The breakfast. The pool was in shadow all day.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Convenient location, staff very accomodating, room very spacious and clean.
Cons: $review.cons
Good 6.4
Pros: Broad-band access (no fee) very appealing
Cons: Rather feeble in-room dining menu.
Good 6.8
Pros: The staff was ausome.
Cons: early checkin not allowed
Excellent 8.0
Pros: It was conviniently located in downtown, not too far from the main attractions that we went to see in S.D. Great price for the area. Very Clean. Continental breakfast which was included daily was ok.
Cons: Parking was not the greatest for having to pay. The elevators did take forever in the lobby. Other than that nothing to complain about.

Excellent 8.0
Pros: All staff very nice accommodating and helpful!!! We had hide a bed issue and a memory foam pad was brought to us. We had a phone dropped in toilet and rice was found for us. We had toilet leak and repairman was out to fix within 1 hour and he even made arrangements for fresh bath mat to be brought to our room!! Very impressed!! Love walkway and seating area outside!!!
Cons: Too small of a room for price. No door between bedroom and sink and light area therefore always woke up other person as getting ready
Excellent 9.7
Cons: Only complaint is the water heater was a bit bipolar. I've stayed here before, but in the other building, and didn't have that issue.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel. We stayed for a local triathlon and it was perfect.
Good 7.7
Pros: the free breakfast , dinners , beer and wine , helpful kitchen staff. The complemtry grocery shopping service that was good value. The pillow in the room were very comfy . room were very spacious, Kitchen had all the mod cons needed for a long stay
Cons: Our room could of had balcony and the airconditioning was a bit noisy
Good 7.3
Pros: Lovely Suite loads of room full kitchen with dishwasher and lots of free goodie's, the Swimming Pool with Hot Tub was good. The free breakfast and dinner was ok
Cons: 15 Dollar Cab to Old Town each way. 20 Dollar Cab to Gas Light District/Down Town each way.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: It was great that they called us by our names. They were very good when it came to taking care of our needs (baby cot, extra bed, air conditioning seemed too strong).
Cons: This is probably typical with a majority of family accomodations. The people above seemed to be "running around" or stomping on the floor, which makes me think they also have kids. However, this went on well into the late hours around 11ish. I was a little frustrated with that.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Very convenient location close to the airport but very little airport noise. The one bedroom suite was small but very nice and clean, tastefully decorated and appointed. Comfortable bed with maybe eight pillows, two nice TV's. The kitchen was nice with granite countertops, full size refrigerator. Our room had a nice view of waterway and green belt-walking trail. The staff was very professional efficient and personable. We didn't take advantage of the free meals because we are vegetarian and used the kitchen in our room for our own meals but as I was checking out I noticed the breakfast activity was in full swing and seemed very generous not just a token continental breakfast. We will definitely stay here again.
Cons: The only small complaint we have is that there are no knobs on the kitchen cabinets to open the drawers etc.

Excellent 8.8
Pros: Grounds were well kept on this island themed resort. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, really made you feel like a welcomed guest.

Pros: The rooms were very spacious and the location was fantastic! The Inn is situated in a very nice beach side area.
Good 7.7
Pros: The restaurant was amazing, the spacious room was comfortable, functional and had a great veiw, the staff was sweet and accomodating.
Cons: Our neighbors were loud and talking on their cellphones outside and it sounded like they were in the room with us at 10 at night and first thing in the morning. Not your fault.

Cons: Nothing, everything was great
Good 7.3
Pros: Comfortable!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Accomodation is spacious, neat and well furnished.
Cons: Shuttle service to airport is only available from 7h00 in the mornings. We needed to get to the airport by latest, 6h30 and had to pay for 2 x taxis from an outside cab service.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: We loved the fact that it was so near the airport. And the service we received from the front desk was outstanding! The back gardens are gorgeous and so very relaxing and inviting. Our personal favourite was Jay and Juliette, the two beautiful macaws.

Good 7.2
Pros: Pretty tropical-style resort by the marina, with a nice pool area, friendly staff and large comfortable rooms and free internet.
Cons: The restaurant closed early on some night, although there are other food choices nearby. The rooms near the pool are a little noisy when the poolside is busy, but it wasnt a big deal.
Good 6.0
Pros: Thr View and grounds were beautiful!
Cons: The Resturant was closed so we had to eat in the bar when we wanted to eat. I do not like to eat in bars!

Pros: From start to finish the service to the customer was outstanding
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Good location, all the necessary amenities, very clean and comfortable, and great, pleasant, helpful staff
Cons: Have to pay to park in their garage
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Conveniently located between downtown and Pacific Beach. Friendly and courteous staff, clean room. Will consider staying here again in the future.
Cons: Parking situation. Park on street for free otherwise.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Friendly staff, clean rooms, and nice decor. The location is next to a freeway but that didn't bother us. The staff accommodated us by giving our group connected rooms.
Cons: Street parking is tough to find and parking in the hotel garage is $20 for overnight. The Market that they have for guests to get snacks and stuff was a bit too small.
Excellent 8.2
Pros: Room was clean and comfortable. Parking was easy to access.
Cons: Loud freeway noise.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The hotel was fine, really nothing major to complain about. There is a nice outdoor seating area for breakfast right next to the pool. I really like the nice seating area at the drop off zone which was great for waiting for an Uber.
Cons: Rooms seemed to be a bit on the small side. The closet was very small and in the bathroom, making it awkward to access it when sharing the room with someone else.

Good 6.5
Pros: Pool was clean and pretty quiet. This hotel is ok for a one-nighter before an early flight out of San Diego but I wouldn’t stay here otherwise.
Cons: Main reason we reserved here was because of free shuttle to airport, however it has limited hours of operation and our flight left early (9 am, so we had to get there by 7 am), and the shuttle didn’t run that early. Person at the desk placed an order for ground transpo for us that evening, but the morning shift desk staff couldn’t find any record of it. So we had to scramble last minute, which completely negated the reason we stayed there in the first place: to have a nice low-stress airport transfer. Otherwise, room fixtures & furnishings needed updating.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Great bed...clean, close to entertainment.
Cons: My "server" was in a strange mood. He ignored taking my order 10+ minutes. He didn't fulfill a simple request, place half my order in a box. A fellow server saw his lack of professionalism and actually did his job.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff and location were great. This is a great place to stay out in the Point Loma area, with a great view on either side of the complex and an exceptional staff.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The price was perfect. The beds are comfortable. The room was clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect and having a view of the water was great! Breakfast was a little pricey (like it is in California) but it was delicious. It's really a great little hotel!
Cons: Only con was that there was no fan in the bathroom to draw out the steam after a shower.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Bed good/ no breakfast was served.
Cons: Close pool and pool bar at 10 pm so rooms right above Can sleep with patio door open!
Good 6.7
Pros: Close to the main SD's areas - the dock it's attached to the hotel
Cons: I spent only one night...

Excellent 9.4
Pros: The hotel was located close to Little Italy, Downtown and the bay. There were free rides offered by the city that would take you anywhere downtown for free Fri, Sat and Sun. There were also pedicabs for a fee $15-25 per person. The hotel itself was clean and easy to get to. The room was unique is size, but was not small. The hotel rooms are not your typical style since the building is older. They appear to be continuing to update and improve the hotel. There was also an amazing farmers market that happens every Saturday near the hotel. Free breakfast was also good, but limited in choices.
Cons: The parking situation wasn't ideal for larger vehicles. There were still renovations being completed while the hotel was open. The free breakfast needed a couple of more options.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Courtesy of staff. Close location to town. Very quiet at night to sleep
Excellent 8.5
Pros: Staff friendly and helpful. Facility clean. Room cramped. Shower drain slow, shower pan filled with water while showing. Window air-conditioner effective but loud. Breakfast good but too few tables during morning rush.
Cons: Staff friendly and helpful. Facility clean. Room cramped. Shower drain slow, shower pan filled with water while showing. Window air-conditioner effective but loud. Breakfast good but too few tables during morning rush.
Good 7.7
Pros: I liked how friendly and helpful the staff was! Always willing to help & answer any questions, & attentive! Always asked if I was ok or if we needed housekeeping!
Cons: The bathroom wasn’t as clean as we wished & definitely needs fixing, falling apart. Also, the room had a weird smell to it, seemed like it was the covers on the bed.
Okay 5.7
Pros: Friendly staff, good location for downtown SD access
Cons: Hotel is an old building, and it shows its age. Rooms are tiny, floors are uneven, pipes are exposed, walls are dented and dirty. TV only has a few channels and the remote only half worked (had to turn it on manually). Mattresses are rock hard. For over $100/night, this is mediocre.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: This is a great hotel, in a great area (Little Italy), with amazing yummy breakfast and very helpful staff. The rooms are very clean, with microwave and a fridge. The value for the money is amazing.
Cons: Our room was very small, and you couldn't open the window (the AC wasn't enough) and it was a little suffocating.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: The breakfast with the fruit salad was refreshing and the croissants yummy! Access to a printer, a computer and internet. Staff (Guy at The front desk) was very nice and helpful. He deserves a raise!
Cons: No free parking even though I found a street parking. No hairdryer in the room, when I got the room it was hot in the room. In the morning I heard the people working on the building next door.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: -The room was cute and small -The bed was comfy -Bathroom area had bright light to do makeup properly -Breakfast was decent -Toiletries and amenities provided, fridge and microwave in the room made it easy to keep leftovers -Hairdryer (call the front desk) -Great neighborhood, close to harbor (10 minute walk), I felt safe as a single woman traveling alone, 5 minute drive/20 minute walk to downtown
Cons: -There was construction going on directly outside my window... I opened my window and there was literally a man on scaffolding looking back at me. I know that is short term-- but was quite alarming when it happened!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Right around the corner from little Italy. Great food there. Short walk to the waterfront. Everything was a short drive away. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The continental breakfast was just enough and presented nicely. Nice little clean BOUTIQUE hotel. It's right in the name. So it is not like a typical chain hotel. We would definitely stay again!
Excellent 8.5
Pros: Nice area. Not too touristy. I had one of the more spacious rooms and it was the perfect size. Very nice staff.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: The location is amazing, the staff are beyond amazing. My only gripe with the place was the cleanliness around the windows which appeared to have black mold. This place is perfect if you don't mind a small room.
Good 7.7
Pros: Close to Little Italy. Cute little quiet rooms with refrigerators & ours had a view of the ocean in the distance, 3rd floor. Walking distance to restaurants & nice neighborhood. Less than $100 and close to many things.
Cons: Delt with meters for limited parking but hotel had parking for $20. Also, one towel was dirty hung up and continental breakfast was small.

Cons: What I didn't like ,they are charging and taking money for the simplest things which they are free at the other hotels, like you have to pay another 40 dollars for the parking and they said the Wi-Fi free but the actual thing it's 15 dollars to get the Wi-Fi, this is ridiculous , if I went to smile hotel close by, the Wi-Fi and the park for free, isn't it?
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The balcony! The cleanliness! The comfort! Pet-friendly (Belle, our chihuahua, was happy to be with us)!
Cons: Everything was great!
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: Morning
Cons: It's dirty, cockroaches, staff was rude. Overall worst hotel experience ever. I will never come back again.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Good place for a major conference.
Good 6.2
Pros: Location.
Cons: Waited 20 minutes to check in. Entirely too long.
Okay 5.4
Cons: Their were some perks my co-workers received without inquiring about and I was not even asked. My room was not ready until 6:15 pm then I asked for a late check out they gave me a hard time.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Easy to get to airport and back
Cons: A little overpriced for quality. Parking is expensive and breakfast should be included or offered at a better price
Good 6.0
Pros: Staff was polite
Cons: Understaffed with ling lines to check in and out. Key cards never seemed to work. Remote control in room was broken. And for some reason the cleaning staff liked to block my door to my room with their cart. Spent most of my time away from the hotel.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Totally catered to my every need
Cons: I felt severely over charged for my laundry. The gentleman at the front desk did t tell me there was a 50% up charge for overnight laundry. Just said they could easily do it and it was fast. I felt misled.
Excellent 8.2
Pros: Overall I enjoyed my stay at the Sheraton. I stayed in the Bay Tower. The hotel was very quiet and relaxing. My room had a great view of the bay and the balcony was large. The hotel is located closer to the airport, so you don't get a lot of street noise or foot traffic (which adds to the quiet/relaxed vibe of the hotel). The room was large/spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. The room was very well decorated. The staff was very friendly and professional. Initially, I was placed in a room on the 2nd floor which is the lobby level, i.e. ground floor. When I got to the room, I didn't like the location, so I called guest services and requested a new room. They were more than accommodating, and moved me to a higher level.
Cons: The balcony furniture needs to be updated. I enjoyed the balcony, however, the furniture is cheap in comparison to everything else in the room. The resort fee seems unnecessary. I was charged a fee, but never told what was included with the fee. The price increases for higher floors (so my room change cost me more money per day). The rooms could be cleaner. As nice as the hotel was, the room needed to be dusted. There was dust everywhere (on the coffee maker, in the mini bar, on the lamps, and on the remote control). It appeared as if the room hadn't been used in a while.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Luxury facilities nice & super Coran
Cons: Al I Like ir...
Good 6.2
Pros: Unbelievable view and setting.
Cons: The bed is a salad bowl. New mattresses needed badly. Woke up with neck and back aches trying to avoid the bowl. Terrible
Good 7.3
Pros: The location is great and the staff was very helpful in every aspect.
Good 7.3
Pros: Hotel had easy airport access.
Cons: I think wifi access should come with the room price as it does with the vast majority of hotels I stay in.
Okay 5.7
Pros: Nice view. Good location for travelers.
Cons: Fee for Internet Access
Good 7.7
Pros: They "comped" us a stay across town at the Westin Gaslamp, because my request for two adjacent rooms didn't get submitted. Reception staff was very understanding and made the "mix-up" work out great.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Great Room! Helpful staff and they provided me with an excellent room, where I could sleep comfortably with no noise. Also, nice view of the yachts in the harbor. Really enjoyed my stay, wish I could have stayed longer than one night.
Good 7.6
Pros: It is a beautiful hotel and had a lot of things to do. We were only there 1 night but fully enjoyed it.
Cons: The only problem we had was there was no hot water when we took showers in the morning.

Pros: We enjoyed our stay. Great Marina view and clean hotel.
Cons: The beds are too small for people with small children.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Clean well appointed and connected to airport
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: I had a good beer in the bar, and the bed was soft.
Cons: The shuttle driver was quite polite from there on besides the bed it was terrible customer service at the front desk, the pea soup green and brown color scheme made me want to get sick even before the over priced breakfast made my girlfriend and I after we paid for a breakfast that was terrible, sitting next to be 1 ounce and $4 dollar juice cup. I will probably never stay at a Hilton branded hotel again after this stay. I drove the entire coast, stayed in hotels the whole way and I would stay in motel 6 before this hotel again.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Awesome views of the San Diego skyline and the ships passing by. A peaceful stay away from the road noise in the heart of town.
Cons: A bit of a drive to the Gaslamp District and Old Town San Diego. Live music in the bar is rather loud, but the outside seating minimizes that.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This Hilton had a quiet peaceful atmosphere. You don't even know you are near the airport. It's location is gorgeous. It's right on the bay with a walking/jogging/biking path along the water. The rooms were very nice, new and clean! This is now pretty rare but the staff was friendly, helpful and truly wanted to us happy. I don't say this lightly. We loved our visit.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: The marina view was great, lots of boats, very relaxing and visually appeasing. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were perfect.
Cons: The room didn't have a fridge, but the ice machine was across the hall. The parking fee is $21.
Excellent 9.1
Cons: Room was never cleaned for one night of our stay.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: The view was gorgeous.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE (BRYAN)
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location
Cons: Requested quiet room with king size bed. Front desk clerk told be they set aside a room for me overlooking the ar conditioning unit. She asked if I would like to change to room with view but it had 2 queen beds instead. I agreed.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Lovely hotel and the location was very quiet. Beautiful views of the bay and the pool was empty. The staff was very friendly and I really felt like I was on vacation.
Good 7.7
Pros: The location near the airport yet with a beautiful view of San Diego with a walk along the harbor made it a wonderful choice. Accomodations were comfortable and clean.
Good 7.7
Pros: Great location, lobby is unimpressive but the rooms have recently been refubished and are excellent. A fairly small hotel with great views of the San Diego bay and a beautiful marina.
