Cons: Our first room was noisy the shower didn't get hot and the valet was an hour wait to get your car

Cons: The bed was not as comfortable. We usually have a king size bed but opted to 2 queen size and I would prob not do that again.

Cons: I think they should have better pictures of the corner suite on there website, because there suite was better then the pictures shown.

Cons: We should have booked an extra night

Cons: These days every hotel should have free wifi, $12.99 a day is not acceptable when you can go to a budget hotel and get it for free

Cons: I receive a monthly check from the VA for a service connected disability -- my ONE night stay cost more than that entire check! And for what? I received no continental breakfast; parking is $50 a NIGHT; and my room with a king-sized bed was tiny. No idea if internet was included, as I was not given a password. I wanted to sit in my room and prepare for a speech I had to give, but, my absurdly expensive room did not come with a chair besides an ergonomically nightmarish desk chair. I had a ton of clothes because I was there for a three day wedding, so my hands were full. I received no bell-service, carried all my stuff to my room, and the keys didn't work; so I had to lug everything back to the front desk. Had to iron shirts for the wedding, the ironing board looked like it was bought from a yard sale. For the cost of this room, I expect quality amenities. Also, the bouncer for the rooftop bar, who looked a like a teenager, watched one of the wedding guests get assaulted, laughed, and did nothing. Honestly, we should've called the police. Posh and ostentatious, with little reward. Go somewhere else.

Cons: No bathtub in room - despite beautiful picture. This is the 3rd or 4th Kimpton Hotel I've stayed in but the least intimate. Hotel was a little busy and staff could be a bit warmer and more helpful.

Cons: Nearly ruin my shirt with a rusty iron.

Cons: Bed was not very comfortable (for me, the BF loved it), the outlets stopped working in the bathroom in the middle of my blow out & could not be fixed, the internet did not work the day we checked in. Also...there is not much follow-through from the staff; we had requested a later check-out that they never acknowledged until we were physically there and brought it up ourselves again during check-in. We asked for a room away from the elevator bank, but were put in one directly next to it. Tried to order room service & the person on the phone said they would have to call back to 'confirm the order' but never called back..the food appeared 20 minutes later, cold. Negatives aren't the end of the world, but there are definitely some things we weren't thrilled with. But the staff, including the valet, were lovely & very friendly.

Cons: A bit pricey.

Cons: • Room was dusty. • Bathroom shower had no door, and so the floor and bathroom door always got wet. • First room was large but was for a disabled person. WHen we changed the room, we were given a comparatively very small room. When we asked if we could get a larger room, we were told that there were none except the rooms for disabled persons.

Cons: Only half of a shower door with no curtain so the shower head sprayed water all over the floor. Alice in Wonderland theme was a little much.

Cons: I left an expensive piece of technology in the room and when I returned a couple hours later, the staff said they didn't find it.

Cons: The views are hit or miss, but such is an unavoidable trade off in almost all urban hotel and bright, colorful, playfully ornate decor go a long way to offset this.

Cons: Housekeeping was inconsistent (no washcloths two days), floor and shower tiles weren't cleaned daily

Cons: At check-in there was some confusion due to booking through a third-party app. Front desk told me one thing but then I found out it was something else. Minor annoyance.

Cons: This might be the party hotel. Music was blasting from several rooms. The halls were filled with trash and laundry that stayed there most of the day. The no smoking policy doesn't seem to apply to weed smokers. I complained about all of this but nothing was done. It really made for an uncomfortable trip.

Cons: Eat in breakfast was overly priced just like every other hotel on the planet. Seriously, $9 for two eggs?!?!?!?!?

Cons: No free wifi (pretty oldfashioned) No parking, 48 $ for one day valet was pretty expensive.

Cons: 18% gratuity and 5$ service charge placed on the food service is a bit excessive. The lady (who was so sweet) brought the tray into our room and had me sign a receipt that had a tip option on it. Just mad it a little uncomfortable. It didn't take away how amazing the food was though!

Cons: Having the room right next to another and being able to hear entire conversations... That was odd.

Cons: I got to Philly early but there wasn't an available room until the usual check in time, 3:00.

Cons: We booked 12 rooms for bridal party for Friday and Saturday nights through Kayak, and also had arranged wedding block of 20 rooms through hotel. We were told by Kevin that bridal party could extend their stay to add Thursday night through the block, however when bridesmaid tried to do so, she said hotel did not cooperate and she booked a different hotel instead. Many of our booked rooms were not ready by hotel's check in time of 3 pm. Room and bathroom very small. Hotel was full during our stay; many long waits and delays with 4 elevators available.

Cons: 1) Room was extremely small and uncomfortable. 2) AC Fan cycled on and off every 15 seconds or so keeping me awake during most of my first night there. I reported this to the front desk and asked that it be fixed, but was not. I had to turn off the AC the next two nights in order to sleep. 3) We had booked several rooms for a wedding party. Only 1 was available for check in at the advertised check in time. 4) Only 4 elevators for a 25 story building made getting from floor to floor very difficult. For example: getting coffee and ice (each available at only 1 location in whole hotel) took an unacceptably long time due to long elevator waits. 5) Staff was not very helpful. One of our guests left an item in another room. I had to follow up with lost and found 3 times before I was able to get it back. 6) in short...while I've stayed in many hotels in my life, this is one of the worst experiences I have had. Next time I will stay in a Red Roof or similar....my experiences there have been much better. This was certainly the poorest "value for dollar" that I've ever experienced.

Cons: Room was a tad cold this time but only because it's winter and the room was on the outside facing wall of the hotel. I'd recommend an extra blanket if you're street facing with a few windows.

Cons: Hotel need a pool

Cons: Coffee machine was initially delivered with only decaf coffee and black tea K-cups. Manager on duty stated that hotel had run out of regular coffee. Luckily, some was found and delivered shortly thereafter.

Cons: Room size was just average, didn't have much if any more room compared to other hotels. The shower was nothing special, same size and same shower head I would find at a 2 or 3 star hotel. Nothing was inclusive except for a few toiletries you may have forgotten at home. We had a weird Brown smudge on one of our end table drawers that room service had to clean up. Only 4 elevators for 25 floors of rooms was bad, if your in the top floor like we were we had to stop at 4-5 floors going up or down before we arrived at our room or the lobby. Ice is Only on one flone which is extremely inconvenient. These negatives were a big let down, overshadowing the positives for the price you pay.

Cons: $50 for valet parking. Still not sure where they parked the car....

Cons: Room wasn’t ready 30 minutes after check in time. Bar credit was supposed to be applied but wasn’t until I inquired.

Cons: Our room was not ready until 45 minutes after the check time. The bed was not comfortable.

Cons: Paying for internet seems ridiculous in 2014. I travel alot and most hotels don't charge or waive if you are a member of the frequent stay program. I stay at the Lowes across the street and they always waive the fee since I'm a member of their Lowe's First program.

Cons: Our floor/room reeked of weed when we got back from dinner and our TV/cable didn’t work our last day. It took staff an hour to come up to our room just to tell us there was nothing he could do.

Cons: When I had to add another night on because of the weather , they did NOT Match the price but charged double. The hotel was empty too. Parking car was quoted wrong by reservation plus very expensive compare to cost of room on Kayak. Also, we called down to get our car from valet & they did not put it on the list to be brough up.

Cons: The front desk was woefully understaffed considering the number of people staying in the hotel. They also charge for Wi FI service...$17/day.

Cons: Need to let people know about additional fees in advance.

Cons: There seem to be many kids running around but it was fine. Could not explore the pool since it was small and filled with children.

Cons: A little run down and tired for the price. Housekeeping didn’t show up for one of three days. I expected much more for the price and brand.

Cons: The elevators became very crowded at peak times, which was exacerbated by some short-term construction limiting access to an escalator. The price of the room would have been prohibitively expensive had we not booked early. Also, making customers pay for internet (even in the room, even wired internet) seems very greedy.

Cons: Beds not comfortable at all. Internet didn't work, unacceptable considering there is a extra charge Keep a bottle of water in the room!!

Cons: We had to checkout for an early flight. It would have been nice to have coffee and fruit in the lobby.

Cons: No gift shop, though it is in the middle of a city so you could find things for sale elsewhere.

Cons: tv in room was rather small. rooms were connected by doors without request which led to sound pollution from other rooms.
