Room was comfortable.
Need to let people know about additional fees in advance.
Overall everything was very good.
Bedbugs in our 1st room, discovered tge next morning. They promptly moved us to another room And were very helpful. But we felt they should have credited us for the first night.
Close to everything
Room could've been better
smelled bad, like smoke.
Hotel was very nice, great location, accommodating staff.
Free wifi should be a given considering the price of $200/night.
A little run down and tired for the price. Housekeeping didn’t show up for one of three days. I expected much more for the price and brand.
The room was facing a flashing neon light and the blockout curtains were not sufficient.
Excellent location on the safe side of the city with convenient access to Reading Terminal Market and SEPTA Trolley, Subway & Regional Rail!
The restaurant in the hotel was great, great service.
Our floor/room reeked of weed when we got back from dinner and our TV/cable didn’t work our last day. It took staff an hour to come up to our room just to tell us there was nothing he could do.
My bill was a little confusing because I booked through a third party
The hotel was very inviting! Beautiful lobby and very friendly staff!
The only thing I was disappointed about was that there was no hair dryers in the room. I am so used to them being in the rooms in different hotels I have recently stayed, i guess I am spoiled :)
The staff was excellent!!! The beds fantastically comfortable and loved the shower! The views were lovely! The food at Circ was delicious. The valets were very helpful when we arrived and assisted me with everything! Great place!
Very bad experience
Handicap room with two beds and no bath and noise all night long no sleep

For travelers driving by car, the location of the hotel is not ideal, as driving to the center of Philadelphia can be challenging.
The location was terrific easy access to trains and within walking distance to all Philly's tourist points
In order to fulfill my request for a king bed on a busy night I was upgraded to a larger room.
staff was not very friendly or helpful
- Location was great
1.Check in - guy who checked us in was very unfriendly. Lady working next to him was much better and she was not even serving us! 2. Parking was annoying - we chose hotel because it had it's own parking but arrived and it was full. Was told to park across the street which cost $50 vs $36 for hotel. 3. Breakfast staff were lazy (did not take our finished plates away when we uses the buffet. 4. Hotel rooms need modernised. It was like going back to 1990!
I loved the location, right in the heart of downtown....easy access to much right down town
