It's in a great downtown location, within walking distance to virtually everything, as well as close to various train stations. The staff is incredibly friendly, the hotel exceptionally clean and well designed.
The only minor complaint I have was the one entrance/exit revolving door which seemed to have motion sensors that didn't always work well.
Hotel was modern & clean. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Great customer service! Will definitely be back.
I loved it will definitely recommend and return I loved everything the room staff unfortunately I didn't get to the pool but I plan to next stay
The having to pay for parking every night I think it should be a flat rate pretty expensive
The long indoor pool that was warm.
The room quality wasn’t it for the price in my opinion. There was nothing special about it for that price. I also asked for a room with a tub and got a room with a shower instead. The staff was incredibly prejudiced as if we didn’t belong. So were the other hotel guests. The front desk woman also didn’t inform me of the incidental fee. She just took it without letting me know. I know most hotels have them but it is standard procedure to inform guests of EXTRA fees when charging them. Not just taking it out without forewarning. The facility was filled with loud kids. The rooms weren’t soundproof and were very thin. Couldn’t even play romantic music without complaints from other guests. Especially when the music was on SUPER LOW. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel and I wouldn’t stay here again. We stayed at the Sonesta a few months back and it was a wayyyyyyy better hotel. The staff was incredibly sweet, free Acqua Panna water and free macarons of different flavors. Only con was the outdoor pool. The Loews won’t be seeing us for our next staycation which sucks because I wanted to love it so bad
Overall cleanliness, staffs friendliness and safely.
