Very clean and beautiful environment
Heating was very noisy. Facility needs a facelift; looking worn.
Great hotel. Clean, spacious, helpful staff, great location an easy walk from the convention center. Would definitely stay here again.

Pros (+) never stayed in Philadelphia or even seen this side of the city. So beautiful, lots of character surrounding the hotel and close to so many restaurants and bars.
