It makes it a great place to stay and for travelers who are not familiar with Japan, this hotel is second to none.
Cons: I don't think it is a criticism of the hotel but there are no directions or signage anywhere at Shin Osaka Station to guide you to the hotel. It is adjacent to the station, rather than part of the station as is the case with many station hotels in Japan. I think for visitors this makes it a little frustrating so I hope the hotel can address that.

Pros: My 2 day stay was Wonderfull. My room have sauna, big bad, radio, microwave, big bath. Hotel are quite, near with SHINOSAKA train station, near are restaurants and super markets. Metro station 5 minutes walking.

The hotel has some cool extras, like a kimono/anime try on section and a really well priced high quality gift shop. The 7-11 near the hotel was also one of our favourites.

Less than 5 min walk to the subway, around 10 to the bullet train and JR subway lines, restaurant and convenient store just next door. Staff is friendly and attentive. Overall experience was great.

The rooms are a bit small as expected in Japanese hotels but nevertheless, they are clean. They can be a little bit old but I still like it. The exterior still looks modern. It is also very close to convenience stores if you need to buy cheaper goods or food instead of eating at the hotel. Beds may be small especially if you have children with you, so this is something to consider. Overall, I love the hotel and would stay here again if I visit Osaka.

Cons: The walls are thin. This wouldn't have been a problem if the other people in the hotel were considerate but I was surrounded by high school boys on a sports trip who left their door stops out to keep their doors open for their friends and slammed said doors upon said stops repeatedly at all hours of the night and early morning until, I think, eight, when they left to have fun with their sports. I was there for five nights and for five nights this behavior continued. So to sum up, if you're more proactive than me and don't mind yelling at strange youngsters then the thin walls won't be a problem. If you're unlucky and a misanthrope, like me, then you'll be kept up at night.

Pros: Near Shin-Osaka station so easy to get to from the Shinkansen or throughout Osaka. Staff are helpful.
Cons: The room was too small, especially the bathroom where I felt I didn’t have enough space to use the toilet or the shower. I found I could also hear a lot of noise from outside the room from the corridor and unfortunately the toilet in the room next room.
