Pros: Excellent location, reasonable price. The room was very basic but clean and the wifi was excellent and free of charge.
Cons: Poor sound insulation both from the street and from the corridor. The staff were talking very loudly and had the tv on after 23, and loud noises from the street (garbage truck?) woke me up in the middle of the night.

Pros:
Cons: Our room was incredibly hot. When we asked what we could do about it we were told the thermostat in our room was ‘just for show’. Since the hotel fronts onto a major road, if the windows in the rooms are opened the noise is really loud. We also seemed to have mosquitos in our bathroom which, given the time of year we stayed (November), speaks to the general cleanliness of the facilities... There are lots of good reasonably priced hotels in Milan. This is not one of them.

Cons: The main door is a fire door, every time it opens and closes, the echo travels to the room. Not a big issue however management is requested to study.

Pros: This hotel is managed by married couple. They almost don't speak English but very trying to do their best while hosting guests. We've got our room very quickly and were very satisfied with clean and cozy stay. Lovely view to quiet patio. Hotel is placed a bit far from City Center but fully fit our needs. At the morning we've got small breakfast with great coffee!

Cons: On arrival in the evening the guy at the reception was very rude and uneducated. TV not working even if doing manual search of the channels, remote control not in the room. Location with zero maintenance. No possibility to set the temperature in the room.

Cons: Information online said there was parking at our disposition, but the parking we got was a paid public parking on the street. They put us in a room on the same floor as the check-in desk and the man behind the desk put his music very loudly and was talking on the phone very loudly as well. If they know the walls are thin, they should have kept us in mind.
