Finally as a Muslim i can eat a proper breakfast and not just bread and cornflakes. The staffs are really friendly, helpful and informative too! They are willing to help us in any way and some can also speak a little bit of Bahasa Malaysia too! They have gratis services from the hotel to Duomo as well, and if you are lucky, you could ride a FREE Maserati car to Duomo.

Cons: there are safety concerns regarding the bathroom--the tub/shower is very slippery and there is no grab bar for someone to support themselves when getting in and out of the shower. the idea of a terrace is nice but mosquitoes come into the room if the door is open.

Great part was frequent Benz stretch limo pickup and drop off from the hotel to La Scala/ Duomo and Montepoleone area -- that was extreme helpful with kids. Had an upgrade which was appreciated and not asked for. Breakfast were absolutely excellent and included in our price. Champagne, full hot foods and fresh fruits and pastries. Will definitely be back!!

Cons: Breakfast prices were ridiculously high and quality was horrible. They also rip you off. We dined a la carte for breakfast the first day but were charged for the super high priced buffet. The good itself was horrible. Second morning all we had was juice , crossaint and coffee and were once again ripped off. This hotel is a rip off. Only good for business people billing their companies. Hotel was not even able to correct our charges during check out leaving us a bet other taste of being ripped off.

And one more thing during my stay here I found the wonderful experience that in the evening before darkness I saw thousands of bird (I do not know what kind of bird ) fly back home to stay overnight on the tree in front of this hotel and before they landing were they fly show like a huge parade for a couple minutes, it’s amazing!.

Pros: I liked that the window could be opened to get fresh air rather than using the air conditioner.
Cons: This was our last stop on our trip around Italy so I tried to get something nice and spent a little more. I was quite disappointed and didn't feel we got value for money. The rooms were very small. We had 2 suitcases and couldn't open them up comfortably. Certainly couldn't leave them open during our stay as there was not enough room. One suitcase was under the desk and the other was against the window. Beds felt like they were on an angle and pillows were too soft. We stayed 4 nights. Sheets were not changed until I asked for them to be changed. Usually you expect a 5 star hotel to change sheets at least every second day. Walls seemed very flimsy. Could hear noise from other rooms. The piazza in front of the hotel was boarded up for Metro works, so was not a very pleasant entry to the property. I would not rate this hotel as 5 star. I would not stay here again.

Cons: The property was overpriced and the pictures not accurate. Our room for three was tiny and the balcony view on the church definitely not ours. Also, the property was not sound proof hence we heard neighbours coming back late which was disturbing sleep. At least the room was clean and comfortable. Cons: long waiting time at the check-out, general friendless and willingness to help at the reception could be better (to be fair all of them seem to be very busy, but still make the first impression). There is no parking at the hotel - only public parking or underground garage in ~5-7 min walk (22euro per day on 10 Nov 2019), chances to park in front of the entrance for unloading are low - plan for this! breakfast is quite basic, did not find smth very tasty (which I actually expected in Italy), staff in the restaurant is very friendly though.

Cons: The location is a little bit too far from the City centre to walk there, and there aren't too many bars nearby, however it is located very close to the underground which makes it easy to get there.

Cons: I think 4 stars is a very liberal rating. The room was small, dark and smelled strongly of stale body odor/socks. We had to have the window open whenever we were in the room to clear out the smell (but it just kept coming back!) The furnishings were old and tired and desperately needed to be replaced. Whilst the bathroom was clean the shower was sad and had an extremely old shower curtain which stuck to you as you showered. Even though breakfast was included, it was poor. The eggs were overcooked, bacon looked disgusting, cakes were all dry, coffee and juices were all from a machine, sweet and flavorless. Given the cost and location, I would have rather stayed more central to Milan. I was clear that this hotel catered mainly to business travelers. Unfortunately, it wasn’t a pleasant stay, however the property served a purpose as a bed to say in whilst we were in Milan.

Cons: The worst service ever gotten. The receptionist at the front desk wanted to charge us $15 for early check in when we arrived pass 12pm and the room as ready. We askef to talk to me manager and he lied with a smile saying that he was in a conference call. I told him was lying and that we demanded to speak to the manager. Finally he when to see the manager and after more than 15 min discussion, he agreed to do the check in without extra charge. In conclusion, these people try to take advantage of the guests, lie and doest care. We travalled all around italy abd was the only place where we have such a horrible service.

Cons: As I said, I have been here before but: - staff was rude and unattentive. Usually, they are okay, but this time everyone was pretty cranky - check in took ages and it was almost midnight and not too many people around. They asked to see my card that I made the booking with (weird...), nothing was ready and we were basically standing there for 30 minutes. - the room was cold as we were, apparently, in the middle of the season and they still had the summer setup on. The only solution was: add more blankets. - breakfast was meh.

Cons: Loud trams in front of hotel - you need to ask for quite room. No kettle/teapot present in the room but it is served upon request. Poor WIFI signal.
