Pros: Room decor
Cons: Breakfast prices were ridiculously high and quality was horrible. They also rip you off. We dined a la carte for breakfast the first day but were charged for the super high priced buffet. The good itself was horrible. Second morning all we had was juice , crossaint and coffee and were once again ripped off. This hotel is a rip off. Only good for business people billing their companies. Hotel was not even able to correct our charges during check out leaving us a bet other taste of being ripped off.

Pros: A great true five star hotel. Excellent and knowledgeable concierge. Location is outside of the Montepoleone shopping district so a nice oasis to come home to at pIazza Republica. Great part was frequent Benz stretch limo pickup and drop off from the hotel to La Scala/ Duomo and Montepoleone area -- that was extreme helpful with kids. Had an upgrade which was appreciated and not asked for. Breakfast were absolutely excellent and included in our price. Champagne, full hot foods and fresh fruits and pastries. Will definitely be back!!
Cons: My only minor tif was pool was closed for renos. Minor and everything was to our or beyond our expectations.

Pros: Amazing service, incredibly thoughtful staff, and beautiful surroundings are expected at this hotel. 5 star service, 5 star price. Make sure you work out a way to include breakfast, as it is expensive, but divine. Be wary about the high valet prices. Overall, you pay for what you get and this property does not disappoint.
Cons: High valet prices.

Pros: The hotel is located very close to the Duomo Di Milano which also means lots of public transportation offices. The staff was very nice and never missed an opportunity to please and accommodate. The hotel does not have a sit-down restaurant but does offer room service which was always good. Rooms were clean and relatively luxurious to other hotels. Only hotel in Italy that I stayed that had a full size bed instead of two smaller ones pushed together.
Cons: Wifi needs work, it was slow and my devices often dropped the connection completely. It is included with the room and offers unlimited access, but left much to be desired. There were a couple bad lightbulbs in my room but the room had so many other lights I hardly noticed.

Pros: Location
Cons: The worst service ever gotten. The receptionist at the front desk wanted to charge us $15 for early check in when we arrived pass 12pm and the room as ready. We askef to talk to me manager and he lied with a smile saying that he was in a conference call. I told him was lying and that we demanded to speak to the manager. Finally he when to see the manager and after more than 15 min discussion, he agreed to do the check in without extra charge. In conclusion, these people try to take advantage of the guests, lie and doest care. We travalled all around italy abd was the only place where we have such a horrible service.

Pros: Super clean, modern rooms. Obviously on the smaller side because duh, European. Slept like a baby. Staff was very friendly and helpful, the lobby is a really nice place to hang out. Can't think of any big downsides, maybe choose a room not facing the street because of late night ambulances blaring their way into your dreams.

Pros: Location was great if you need to be near the central train station...just an easy two block walk away. Also, easy access to the Metro which takes you downtown for only 1 1/2 Euro. Rooms were small but neat and clean
Cons: tiny elevator and tiny shower, (although these seemed to be somewhat common in many hotels in Italy). Also, room was on the small side.
