Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's breakfast, describing it as rich, varied, and well-served, with several reviewers highlighting the friendly and attentive breakfast staff. Cleanliness is also a strong point, with many guests noting clean rooms and well-maintained facilities. The hotel's location is convenient for both city access and car travelers, with easy access to Milan and nearby attractions. However, service quality is inconsistent; while some staff are described as friendly and helpful, others are reported as unprofessional or unhelpful, with several negative experiences at reception and with management. Parking is another area of concern, with complaints about unclear fees and inconvenience. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its breakfast, cleanliness, and location, but service and parking could be improved.
