Pros: The location is ideal as is right next to Centrale Station Milan which has great links. They also offered a driver service who was able to drop us to the main shops in a Maserati. The breakfast was also lovely and had a great variety of dishes. Our room had an incredible view, and was spotless. The staff in the hotel were all very friendly and had answers to all of our questions.

Pros: The location is ideal as is right next to Centrale Station Milan which has great links. They also offered a driver service who was able to drop us to the main shops in a Maserati. The breakfast was also lovely and had a great variety of dishes. Our room had an incredible view, and was spotless. The staff in the hotel were all very friendly and had answers to all of our questions.
Cons: The spa/pool area can get busy and there are very limited loungers. We found that other guests would leave their gowns on a lounger, leave for a long time and then expect it to reserve it even though a lot of people were waiting.

Cons: The twin rooms are a little small for the size of the beds so keep that into account if you have multiple bags or suitcases. The hotel is a little far from the Cathedral, about 30 minutes walk away so keep that in mind if that is the purpose of your visit.

Staff weren't friendly, seemed not to care about our experience. Hotel is under major construction also and this was inconvenient.
Shower has mold all over in the grout and sealant.

Cons: The hotel exterior is a bit tired. Also, I'd asked before arrival if there was anything extra the hotel could do to help my partner and I celebrate her 30th birthday. The hotel messaged back to say they would provide some amenities. However, when we arrived we didn't receive anything. It didn't impact on our stay and the hotel were under no obligation to provide us with anything extra, but I did feel a little disappointed.

Reasons: If you want to pay for 3 cigarettes smoking by at opened window and you want to pay 150 € fine for it just go to Hilton Milan. “No excuse for nobody!” Strictly arranged. It was not a crime! But MUST pay. Ourroom was not well-cleared as it is expected for a four stars. anyway. Stuffs are rude and gossips. They left a letter in our room at the first night that they have got an information that I smoke in the room what was not allowed. They could write a letter instead of took an effort to find a solution for this smokers guest: It could be sounds like this: “Dear Guest, we love to recommend you for two nights, but we have given you a non smoking room. Please accept meg recommendation that we have a balcony room for you to feel free to smoke there”. Instead of we just got a letter they insulted us in it and they have written the amount we will have to pay at the check out desk. Rude, insulting solution. Rude letter. Otherwise: Next to the bar they do not have an outside table with ashtray to smoke. If you want to meet snobbish just go there and sit with closing legs position and they will like you. Behave yourself! Not recommended for nobody even not any Flying Tiger. For this price you can find other funny friendly well-cleaned hotel room for two nights. One Love. Sara and Edwin

Pros: The hotel was very clean with great staff members and a great location close to Milan central station. The room was small, but it was small but it was perfect for what we needed. The bathrooms were shared between multiple rooms, so we usually had to wait to take a shower in the morning, but there were multiple bathrooms to use. Cons: No heating in room ( I mean radiators), only A\C Thin walls There is metro line underground and you can feel the vibration and noise from trains. This is very disturbing and may wake you up.

Pros: The hotel was very clean with great staff members and a great location close to Milan central station. The room was small, but it was small but it was perfect for what we needed. The bathrooms were shared between multiple rooms, so we usually had to wait to take a shower in the morning, but there were multiple bathrooms to use. I would stay here again, and I would recommend this hotel/guest house to anyone trying to get away for a few days at a decent price.
