The staff was outstanding, the room and bathroom were magnificent, as was the entire hotel. The restaurant food was so creative and excellent that we dined there our last 2 nights. The staff in the restaurant was also so professional and attentive. The fitness center was perfect, and the rooftop garden of flowers were a beauty to behold. It overlooked the old historical buildings that it was shockingly jaw dropping. Every staff member was helpful and pleasant in the service of guests. A beautiful ending to our Italian trip. Pros: This hotel was absolutely perfect. Beautiful and luxurious interiors, the room was very nice especially the bathroom! The facilities were great and the location was perfect, walking distance to Brera and the Duomo. We couldn’t have picked a better hotel for our stay in Milano! But the most special thing about this hotel for me were the people working in it. I had a health emergency and the staff came rushing and the general manager accompanied us to the hospital where he stayed with us for over an hour, helped us with the language and made sure we were ok. I will never forget him. You can visit many beautiful hotels in the world but what really makes a difference are the dedicated people working in it, that is what makes you come back. Thank you again Stefano and the team!

Comfy bed with good quality linen, fluffy towels. Very clean and high ceilings give you the feeling of space even though the room is not overly big. We were lucky enough to have a balcony, not much of a view but it's still a nice touch to its charm. Cons: Not much choice when it comes to English language TV channels, but I wasn't planning on watching too much TV during my stay there's far more to see in wonderful Milan. I've read how other guests have not liked the noise from outside, well I agree it can be very noisy, but we are in the middle of a major city after all. When we first entered the room the heating was on fully, but I turned it down opened the window for a while then the room became more comfortable.

Cons: Room 146 extremely noisy due to constant staff movement up and down the staircase through an emergency fire door located next to the room. This emergency door was kept jammed open to allow such staff movement until very late at night. In addition room located very close to a very noisy bar some of the nights it was impossible to sleep until the early hours of the morning. The emergency exit door should be kept close all the time to improve on the sound proofing. And perhaps relocate the bar to somewhere nearer the restaurant. At over 300 EUR per day room much much too expensive

Cons: The hotel is adequate for an average 3 or 4 star, but nothing to write home about. Breakfast was poor the first day (of two). For a dining room with between 75-100 persons, only one coffee machine worked. There were no plates at the buffet and the juice machine offered only a sticky fruit syrup (maybe directions should be in English?....). There were many unbused tables as well. Furthermore, I was not given a new bath towel after the first day's housekeeping of my room. And I had hung up my towel, signalling that I still wanted to use it the next day. It had disappeared! There should be a higher standard for the prices charged. Additionally, two days after I had checked out and departed Milan, I received a message about when I could check out. This caused me confusion with the checkout time of the hotel I was staying at when I received the message, having automatically assumed it was from my current hotel! So, I checked out late there...embarrassing!

Cons: Hotel bar was quite small and very dark - seemed to be a basic extension of the lobby. Had no windows or views out to Milan. Could have made use of the Rooftop terrace as the bar area but no staff were serving at the bar area on the terrace.

Pros: Great location. Very clean and comfortable rooms
Cons: Nothing to really dislike but it what you expect from a large midrange hotel chain. Nothing exceptional but nothing disappointing

Pros: The location of the hotel was excellent, within easy walking distance of the city but also very well served by buses and trams. The hotel had a fresh, modern and spacious feel to it. There was plenty of choice at breakfast, but there didn't seem to be a room service facility (minor point) I would definitely stay here again if I was in Milan
Cons: As above, room service was a consideration but it wasn't a problem to not have it.

Cons: The worst service ever gotten. The receptionist at the front desk wanted to charge us $15 for early check in when we arrived pass 12pm and the room as ready. We askef to talk to me manager and he lied with a smile saying that he was in a conference call. I told him was lying and that we demanded to speak to the manager. Finally he when to see the manager and after more than 15 min discussion, he agreed to do the check in without extra charge. In conclusion, these people try to take advantage of the guests, lie and doest care. We travalled all around italy abd was the only place where we have such a horrible service.

Pros: My single room was small but very practical. I was glad I could open the window. Hairdryer was good. Lots of clean towels. Excellent lighting. Bag storage facility was excellent. Breakfast staff were excellent. Good coffee machines.
Cons: Soap dispensers are poor, shower could have been a bit more powerful. The front desk almost always had queues.

Pros: close to public transportation
Cons: not among the best milan zone to stay due to safety at night but it is convenient due to transport connections

Pros: Super clean, modern rooms. Obviously on the smaller side because duh, European. Slept like a baby. Staff was very friendly and helpful, the lobby is a really nice place to hang out. Can't think of any big downsides, maybe choose a room not facing the street because of late night ambulances blaring their way into your dreams.

Pros: Location. Very close both to the Duomo and the Central Station.
Cons: Rooms facing the courtyard were very loud due to some kind of pub.

Pros: The stuff was very nice and helpful, however took longer than expected to move in due to a lot of customers and shortage of stuff. Clean rooms, 20 min walk to the Milano Duomo Cathedral, within 10 min walk to Auschan supermarket, Mc Donalds, a few coffee places and a park. Perfect location of you're travelling to Milan by train, 10 min walk to the main train station from which you can travel to other destinations in Italy or take a bus to the airport.
