10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing place which gives you a feeling that you are in the middle of a jungle (it's within a walking distance from the city center). Clean and spacious rooms with big and amazing terraces. Rooms are located in several buildings which makes it less crowded than normal hotels. There is a nice pool with space to chill and enjoy your time as well as a games room with billiards, table football and some stuff for kids. Stuff is very helpful and the true star is the restaurant - AMAZING FOOD!
Cons: Nothing. Really. It was perfect.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: A small complex but the room was huge! The balcony look onto the trees and there’s constant sound of water flowing into the Iguazu River and birds tweeting. The bathroom had both shower and jacuzzi bath tub which overlooks trees outside. The staff are extremely helpful. The restaurant is one of the best in town and was full even on weekdays. The food was of fine dining quality but didn’t come with the expensive price tag, very good value for money. Breakfast selection was good too.
Cons: Nothing to dislike in general. If I have to choose one would be the bumpy access road in need of repair outside the hotel
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The food at jungle restaurant is marvelous - we had 2 dinners there and ordered multiple dishes - all dishes were fantastic. Staff are friendly too...
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Iguazu Jungle Lodge was fantastic! Unfortunately, we were only able to stay in Iguazu for 24 hours, but we made sure to waste no time. We arrived at Iguazu Jungle Lodge in the evening, and ate a fantastic dinner at their onsite restaurant. In the morning, the hotel arranged for taxi services to and from the falls, and stored our luggage. We returned to the hotel around 15:00 to take advantage of the pool, before flying out in the evening. The staff was exceptionally welcoming, and friendly. Our room was upgraded to a suite which was very large, and immaculately clean. I would highly recommend this place to anyone travelling to Iguazu.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Upon check in we were asked about our plans for the next day. In the Lobby there is a travel agent who helped us plan our short but packed next day which involved a taxi to the Park, a morning boat ride within the park (which we hadn't yet booked), then getting picked up with our luggage at 2 PM and going directly to the airport. The remise driver was prompt and very nice, and the personalized rides saved us from having to check luggage in the park (again) and was overall cheaper than 2 taxi rides and luggage storage. Very convenient. Our room was brand new, modern and immaculate with a balcony, tub, shower and comfortable bed (we were in one of the Loft rooms. Ask for a higher floor for a better view of the river). The pool is huge and very clean. There are twice daily talks from a local professor/naturalist at the lodge. We were sorry we missed it. After a hectic day seeing the Brazilian side of the falls, the bird park, and the Devil's Throat from the Argentina side, we ate in the restaurant there. I wasn't expecting much, but it was the best meal I had on our trip. The menu is quite European, with pastas and fish, in addition to steak. I had the porcini mushroom pasta which was outstanding. I am still thinking about it. We saw many dining parties arriving by taxi, so it is also popular with non-guests. We were so happy we didn't have to go on the internet and try to arrange our next day (in Spanish). Having everything taken care of for us, and knowing the up front cost, was so helpful and allowed us to just enjoy our dinner and evening. Many thanks.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location and easy access 10mins to town centre. Lovely seimming pool. Very goid quality restaurant.
Cons: Being charged for milk to have in tea in room.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: A very nice hotel in a garden setting. Tour information is available at the front desk. The service at the front desk is excellent. Staff are fluent in English. The breakfast was wonderful. There is an excellent restaurant on grounds. The minibar was exceptional and well priced. Be sure to look for the full bottles of wine prices under $10. Their well water is excellent!
Cons: Be sure to ask for extra toilet paper.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very large renovated and comfortable room with balcony with 2 queen size beds. Convenient location : 10 to 15 mns walk to downtown which means you can easily go out in the evening (the last part of the road is not in good condition but it’s fine and completely secure at night) Large pool and well trimmed garden Good advices on how to reach the falls
Cons: Construction work going on during week days (they are building 2 news batiments) Could not get a late check out although we stayed 3 nights At breakfast, you need to ask for refill and the quality of orange juice is poor (diluted in ice) as well as scrambled eggs (dry)

Cons: Internet was pretty slow.
7.1 Good
Pros: The property is well kept and the location is very good between Iguazú Falls and Brazil Iguacu Falls. Also about 3 km from town with many restaurants
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Located just across the border, in a woodland providing a tranquil environment that is not overlooked by any other building. The staff were welcoming and very friendly and the customer service desk were extremely helpful. The room spacious and modern (just remember to pack an argentinian power adapter). The pool and pool surroundings were large and never seem over crowded. The breakfast was excellent, with both hot and cold options, a real 4 star service. On the evening we decided to dine in, which was included in the rate, was exceptional, a BBQ of fresh meats, sausages and grilled vegetables. The photos on the site do not do this hotel justice, it looks dated and is far from that.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Bed was extra big, comfortable. Room and bathroom spacious.
Cons: N/A
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Pool, spa, room size, staff service, breakfast
Cons: Dinner inclusive is quite expensive for the food that you get when a non-BBQ night, was quite average. Only a handful of staff spoke English
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Room super big and comfortable, nice swimming pool and spa
Cons: The WiFi connection is too bad in the room, maybe something faster makes clients happier especially when you need to work a bit.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, facilities, view from the rooms
Cons: There was only the attitude of one of the receptionists that I did not like but the rest of the staff made up for this.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The location is great. I wouldn't want to stay at the Sheraton as it is run down and in the middle of the jungle! Loi suites is much more beautiful with great views and fantastic pool area. Also the breakfast is regal. Fantastic! The staff is extremely courteous
Cons: WIFI in the room is extra charge Bar and Restaurant service is EXTREMELY slow. On multiple occasions and with different waiter I had to wait 20-30 (!!!) minutes for a cocktail to come out
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very nice, picture perfect setting. Close to the falls, in the jungle, nice pools
Cons: Extremely slow service on the restaurants
7.0 Good
Pros: Lovely setting with unique 'suspension bridge' walkways to rooms. Pool area beautiful. Flora and fauna of jungle all around.
Cons: Service in restaurant terrible especially considering price for dinner was double that in town. Slow and disorganised. Bar was even worse, we saw some people wait for 30 mins to get a drink! Hard to get anywhere without a car, need to book a cab / driver every time. Information about transport, facilities etc is not clearly spelled out at check in so you need to ask lots of questions to find anything out.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful surroundings, and a grand pool area. Breakfast with lots of choice. Loved the wooden walking bridges between the different building!
Cons: Nothing, really.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location, view, room..the place is a must have experience.
Cons: Poor level of english and low quality of service for a 5* hotel.
5.4 Okay
Cons: The hotel needs refurbishment and tighter management. Food was ok, but not outstanding, staff were pleasant but some needed better training.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel staff were excellent and friendly. A suggestion would be to train them more to learn English.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful setting with wonderful pool.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and there were plenty of amenities and services. The grounds are very nice. Also, we were able to walk about 10-20m to several very good restaurants.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Besides what we stated, everything was perfect. Beautiful swimming pools and the dinner was very delicious. The room was very spacious and clean.
Cons: We booked a taxi from Iguaz Falls and waited for 45min as the Taxi driver was waiting for the different person as they misheard our room number. Considering we called the hotel several times, they did not seem to do anything. We ended up speaking to the driver who was standing there for such a long time with different name of the guests. The receptionist later apologised when we asked. They thought our room number was 424 not 404. After calling twice from Iguazu Falls, we would have thought she would do something.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Room size
Cons: Service from staff. Lack of communication. Had a function on till 2am music very loud.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The location is very convenient and the staff was very helpful and warm.
Cons: I went in winter holidays and there was a lot of people. It was a bit messy at breakfast time, you had to wait a few minutes to get a table.
Namara - Puerto Iguazú - Building
5
9.1 Excellent (282 reviews)
7.5 Good
Pros: The managers of the property are fantastic. You will not find better. It is run by a young family who treat you as family.I am a single woman traveling alone. Matty was always making sure I was happy. He gave suggestions and booked everything. He was very flexible when plans didn't go to plan. The room was clean. The wifi is great. The pool is small but enough to cool off. It is very secure.
Cons: The location but it was managable by bus and taxi from the city. It is closer to the Argentinean side of the falls than the main town of Iguazu. The breakfast could include some fruit.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: We really liked that we could enjoy a cold beer in the evening at or in the pool. Also, the shower was quite spacey and everything was clean.
Cons: It was a bit of a problem that sometimes, the employes wouldn't understand a single word of English. However, we were always able to figure that out in the end.
7.5 Good
Pros: Excellent staff very helpful, in organizing taxi and adventures for us like a trip to the local bar even.
Cons: Basic room, would have liked a fridge, the location was a bit out of the way, the road was very broken up and muddy and drained away by the rain. Food was limited.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is out of town, about 15 minutes walk down a quiet road which is just off the main road in from the airport. There is a bus stop nearby where you can catch a local bus into the town itself. The hotel is very close to the Animal Refugio. Pamela was really helpful and helped arrange transport including a taxi to take me to the Brazilian side of the Falls. It is also possible to get a bus from town but I was quite short on time and Raul was really helpful with the immigration side of things.
7.9 Good
Pros: - Taxis were arranged perfectly - Nancy, the owner, was really kind and waited on us late in the evening the first night. - The rooms are clean and the bed is good. - There is a nice small pool in front of the rooms.
Cons: - The breakfast was too simple and always the same (the small cheesy balls are not good). We missed fruits. - There are 2 different receptionists. None of them speak english. The one in the morning tried to speak a bit slower in spanish, but the one in the afternoon/evening didn't make effort to simplify or slower her spanish. Therefore it was impossible to understand. - A little bit far away from the main road, but nothing too bad.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Mathias is really Nice. Everything was perfect

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing resort in the most amazing place on earth. All the staff were so friendly, helpful and great fun. Couldn’t recommend the Gran Melia Iguazu more highly. Spend at least three days there - take your time to enjoy the falls and the resort.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location/great views, friendliness and service, amazing pool
Cons: Still much need of renovation in rooms and general areas. Lack of a la carte restaurant.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The property was very clean and well kept. The view is absolutely stunning! The service was excellent, we felt safe and taken care of the moment we stepped into the resort.
Cons: There is no currency exchange availability at the property. However, they do accept USD and credit card. Make sure to have pesos for the tip however, as you cannot leave that with the credit card.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: View of the falls from the restaurant and pool. East access to walking trails to visit falls. Lovely buffet and delicious cocktails. Friendly & helpful staff.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel rooms , the cleanliness , food menu , ambience
Cons: The mattresses / beds could be more comfortable . The power cuts were very brief due to construction. The elevators are small : this would be a problem in peak travel times
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location and the pool
Cons: Staff were friendly but the Service was slow and food was okay but not great.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location along with the staff, food, and comfortable rooms is what makes this place phenomenal. The infinity pool is simply wonderful and so relaxing. The ability to enter the park early in the morning before other tourists get to the park is incredible. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
Cons: Perhaps the hallway floors could use some cleaning to match their lovely new furniture and art decor but other than that (which is a very very minor item) it’s a special place to stay.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Jonaton at reception was amazing! Katie left her phone at the washrooms on the Brazilian side of the falls- he located it and arranged taxi for us to retrieve it.
Cons: The taxi cost 5500 pesos to retrieve it.. This was a vast increase on the 3000 pesos we had paid to make the same trip in the morning. This felt like we were being ripped off.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, staff friendliness.
Cons: Very slight mustiness in the room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing service
El Pueblito Iguazu - Puerto Iguazú - Bedroom
7
9.0 Excellent (679 reviews)
Overview Reviews
Located in Puerto Iguazú (Zona Granja), El Pueblito Iguazu is within a 15-minute drive of Cataratas Avenue and Three Borders Mark. Featured amenities include a business center, a 24-hour front desk, and luggage storage. A shuttle from the hotel to the airport is complimentary (available 24 hours).
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Peace and quiet. And the gardens and animals were a pleasant surprise. You have to see the butterfly enclosure, wow. This place actually has the feel of a small village in the jungle.
Cons: The entrance/parking area needs some work. The gravel has a few deep pot hole entering and leaving. A little more attention to the corners in the bathroom would make this a 10. Paying was a bit complicated and ended up being more than advertised on booking because of exchange rates, they took what was quoted in dollar converted it to pesos and then charged my card that amount, $10 more in the end.
8.8 Excellent
Cons: nice hotel but you need a car to get to the falls, it’s 20 min drive at least, otherwise the taxi is 700pesos each way.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Clean & spacious rooms Friendly staff Mini zoo located on the property Tropical gardens Lovely pool area
Cons: Limited breakfast buffet Located a little way out of town, but on the main highway
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Food - honestly best food I’ve had in Argentina. There was a good diversity in flavour and menu options. Environment - the whole hotel is super cool. Spend some time wandering around the eco park. I got here really stressed but instantly relaxed when I explored the surroundings. Location - easy to ask the hotel to order a taxi for you to get to the Falls. My driver even offered to take me around other places in Missiones but I was too tired. Costs ~$30 AUD for a two way trip and a very friendly driver. Pro-tip: download Google Translate on your phone and make use of the Conversations feature!
Cons: Check-in - They were pretty strict on wanting me to check in at 2 pm because the rooms weren’t ready. Thankfully I managed to get my room at 1 pm and was able to chuck my stuff and leave for my tour. Probably best to ring and make sure they can give you early check-in.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was large, pool was nice and good food in the restaurant.
Cons: N/A. It was a great place!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The gardens, the supper we ate, the animals we can visit
Cons: The receptionnist attitude
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Meals are very good Property is unique with a walking path and many exotic animals on display Property is very welcoming with unique style Staff is very friendly and accommodating
Cons: Rooms are pretty basic but clean
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The ecopark, the staff at check-in and out, the cat and her kitty, our hall cat who guarded our room, location to falls and airport.
Cons: What could be better: more hot items. Everything else was ok. Maybe Argentinians/South Americans don’t eat a big breakfast.

Overview Reviews
Comfort and nature combine harmoniously with the environment. 100 spacious and comfortable rooms located at the heart of the Iryapú Jungle, just 20 minutes from Puerto Iguazú International Airport and close to the region's main tourist attractions.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast and meals were great. We loved it!!
5.8 Okay
Pros: The hotel has really nice swimming pool area, nice garden and pool bar with very friendly staff. Restaurant food was also very tasty and affordable. And thats all about positive aspects.
Cons: This is not really 5 stars hotel. We had big expectations coming there, we left disappointed. The service staff is not well trained and it’s hotels fault. The room we got the first night was really old and dirty, next day we got upgraded to better room but to be honest, that should be normal room in 5 stars hotel. They have some problems with housekeeping, also restaurant and bar staff don’t seem happy at work which makes atmosphere a bit strange. If you can just take some other 5 stars hotel in Iguazu if you want to have relax time.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The chocolate volcano dessert!
Cons: The service in the restaurant & bar is pretty poor
9.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved everything!! The hotel and rooms designed with good taste, very comfortable and the view from the window is like an amazing jungle! The pool is stunning and it's fun to take a day and drink cocktails near the pool :) All the staff were helpful and nice and the breakfast is very good!
Cons: The only thing that was a little disturbing is the ants that showed in our room. It's obvious that we're sleeping in a jungle and there are a lot of bugs near by but the room should be sprayed against it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A very well laid out property with size-able rooms, a helpful front desk (even in English), and surprising comfort for the Iguazu Falls area.
Cons: The included breakfast was good but dinner could have been better for the price.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice facilities incl the pool
Cons: Poor service, poor breakfast
7.5 Good
Pros: - peaceful place - pool in jungle
Cons: - simple breakfast with not many choices - no free water served in room -Flys in restaurant disturbing my lunch - water pressure in shower not enough
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location, swimming pool, massive bed and the taxi driver!
Cons: Shower was not great. Service in restaurant was very slow - often 20 mins to get a drink after we had ordered - we used it most nights and they were consistently slow for both food and drink.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, large room, nice customer service

Pros: The reception staff is outstanding, the ladies work hard to make your stay something you'll remember with pleasure. Thank You.
Cons: Some TLC needed.
7.0 Good
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: Early check-out times (10 0'clock) seem to be standard in Argentina, but the hotel kindly allowed a late check-out at 11.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location if travelling without car. Bus station at only 100mts.
Cons: Breakfast with plenty of things but not good quality.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice Pool, good breakfast. Spacious room, friendly honest service. Restaurant is also very Good. They give you 20% off during the early evening.
Cons: Walls are a bit thin. Did not bother us though.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: excellent breakfeast and dinner (buffet), friendlines of the staff,
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean & modern. Lovely pool. In walking distance to center of village.
7.1 Good
Pros: Located directly across from the bus station In the centre of the town Good selection of food at breakfast The staff booked us a taxi to the airport which we are very grateful for
Cons: Our room wasn’t very clean- the curtains were filthy and there was just very little effort made with the upkeep of the rooms while having a really nicely kept lounge area and entrance Emailed a few days before our stay and asked for an upper story room but were given a room on the 2nd floor when they had 9 floors of rooms. Very expensive for the quality of the hotel but you’re paying for location
7.0 Good
Pros: Modern facilities in the hotel. Close to everything, swimming pool, bar, comfortable room, quiet aircon. Restaurant on site. The restaurant staff were friendly and helpful and provided me with gluten free pastries and muffins for breakfast.
Cons: It was a busy long weekend during our stay. Unfortunately our room was an adjoining room and next door was a family with a child who cried a lot. We are a couple and asked to change rooms. The property could not change our room. Didn't check either. They called the family about our complaint and they were quieter but you could hear everything through the adjoining door.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Good location easy to walk into town for the bus to the falls, restaurants and markets. Very clean room. Very helpful staff. Plenty of breakfast with good selection of fresh fruit. Beautiful views.
Cons: Nothing
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location with stupendous two-rivers three-countries view. Lively and very good eating options within a few minutes walk. Their own restaurant is very good too. Comfortable beds, reasonable breakfast buffet. Staff are very friendly and provide excellent assistance with details of trips/transfers etc. I think it's a little more expensive than some other options in town but it's worth it for the view and pool area alone.
Cons: We suffered some sort of water problem while we were there - very dirty water coming through the bathroom taps - but they did resolve it quickly. 10am seems a harshly early checkout.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, room view if the river
Cons: Balcony door was not closing
9.0 Excellent
Cons: Early check out
9.2 Excellent
Cons: Very nice place with beautiful views to the river. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Nice resort where one can relax after a long day in the park! Highly recommended
3.7 Mediocre
Pros: The pool.
Cons: Pretty much everything. It's supposed to be a 4.5/5 star hotel. Michelin rate chef. The food was barely basic. The staff was uncooperative. They failed to tell me that breakfast was included with my room rate. Never ate breakfast the 4 days I was there. My king bed was two singles put together. One higher than the other. Listed as having a tour test and concierge. Neither available. Shuttle to town? Nonexistent. Unless it was for Spanish speaking guests only. The best is I booked a 50 minutes massage and barely got 40. I mentioned it to the masseuse and she pretended she didn't understand. What else? Asked for ice with my warm Coca Cola and they said no. Funny the bottles of beer in a bucket for the other guests got a lot of ice. I believe it was the fact that I'm American and don't speak Spanish that I was ignored. Puerto Iguazu is pretty much a tourist town yet they have no customer service. Never ever going back.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: A nice and comfortable room; Fantastic swimming pool outside; Reasonably good gym overall.
Cons: A room we stayed can be bigger; The gym can be better equipped for the hotel rating.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff above all. Friendly

Pros: The room was very comfortable and the front desk staff were very helpful. The breakfast was average
Cons: Breakfast
10.0 Excellent

7.5 Good
Pros: Absolutely beautiful location, immersed in nature
Cons: The staff did the bare minimum, nothing more. No friendly interaction with guests that we witnessed at all in our three days there.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful setting, in the middle of a rain forest.
Cons: Website is wrong when it notes free airport transfers. They do not provide transfers. We wasted a lot of time finding that out. (Hotel phones didn't work). Also a miscommunication with the booking website. Only one of our two rooms was reserved, despite a confirmation email saying otherwise. Fortunately, they were able to accommodate us anyway.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice and clean rooms with good view to the nature, good cafe-bar and breakfast
Cons: It was not a disadvantage for us, but one may need to know that the walk to the town will take you at least 30 minutes
8.3 Excellent
Pros: I like the setting of the hotel. I like clean and prepare the rooms was awesome. the taxi service they have. The person who prepare the rooms was awesome, and the manager too.
Cons: The restaurant was lame. It was very quiet.. no chill champagne or white wine. The personal was friendly when you talk to them. No interaction from them if you don't initiate conversation. No music in the restaurant... List of wine was good, but they didn't have most of them.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The rooms are so nice. Extremely comfy bed and lovely hot shower. The area is so nice and calm and relaxing. Added bonus of the Netflix app on tv so if you have a Netflix account, bring your password! Just dont forget to sign out before you leave.
Cons: There was no specific var area, you can order drinks but you csnt see a bar area or anything, which would have been nice. The food selection wasnt great. Nice food but nothing brilliant.

Pros: The breakfast was good and the setting was beautiful. It really felt as if we were living in the jungle. Overall, a comfortable stay for sure.
Cons: If you are expecting to take a hot shower, this is not the place. The water is only warm enough to be able to withstand a shower. If you stand too long in the shower, you will be cold. Do not expect hot water.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: facilities and location
Cons: rusty towels and bed clothes
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The swimming pool was absolutely great! Staff was very friendly and helpful! Thank you
Cons: Our room needed a bit of maintenance! Our outside door handle was broken and the aircon didn’t work properly! Restaurant and bar was very expensive and expected a bit more for the price!
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: The nature was the best thing about the property
Cons: This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It is so unclean and it stunk. The smell penetrated our clothes it was disgusting. So sad that the great reviews that I read on the booking.com website turned out to be false. No hot water in our room either!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I liked everything, especially the location, in the middle of the forest but easily accesible from Route 12 and 10 mins from the city center. The staff is more than helpful and always ready to solve anything quickly. The manager of the hotel is always there organizing everything in the best possible way. Breakfast was delicious and with a good and broad variety of things. We also have dinner there three times, and it was wonderful. The bedroom was very comfortable and we loved to fall asleep while listening the sounds if nature. Perfect staying!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The beds were extremely comfortable and the room was very clean. There are a lot of bugs, but that is because you're in the jungle. Overall, we had a very a nice stay.
Cons: The food was okay, could have been better.
6.7 Good
Pros: Jungle lodge feel was nice. Dinner was good. Breakfast was okay.
Cons: Service is slow. Rooms are too far from the lobby. Rooms are average. No free drinking water!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Loved this property spread through a tropical landscape. The small blocks each have 4 separate, private, comfortable rooms. Hard to tell how large hotel is as it’s so spread out. Short stroll back to reception, restaurant, etc. pool area was nice and a relaxing area. We were a group of 2 couples, so caught taxis to both sides of Falls, and into town for dinner two nights.
Cons: Possibly the worst quality breakfast we’ve had in 3 weeks travel in South America, eg very processed, sugary cereals, poor bread quality. Though a very good dinner one night from the restaurant. The staff were lovely, though I think more staff were needed.

7.0 Good
Pros: the spa staff are great. Had a great time with my partner in our massage sessions!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was great, clean and pretty spacious. Breakfast was good with lots of options. Good wifi in the rooms.
Cons: The rooms do not have an electric outlet close to the bed, they are all on the opposite side; which is a bit inconvenient when trying to charge your smartphone during the night. Also, the restaurant has very limited options for vegetarians and none if you are vegan. Additionally, all the servers gave us inconsistent information: we were told lunch was between 12 and 3 pm and after 3 pm they only serve sandwiches but then we saw other people with pizzas and french fries.. (?)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing staff and great hotel. It was a great experience
10.0 Excellent

Cons: More variety in breakfast.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Good position, close to tha falls. Check in was quick. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Wi-Fi and AC worked well. Rooms are spacious. Breakfast was good for one, two days. Nice swimming pool.
Cons: Very loud music by the pool, not let you rest after all day. Could be more seat around the pool. Missing fridge in the room. There is no electric outlet by the bed. It is not 4* hotel in Europe, looks like 3*, but still nice.
6.7 Good
Pros: Lucy at the front desk went above and beyond the expectations of her job to make my stay as comfortable as possible. An extraordinary human being. The Grand Crucero is lucky to have an employee of her caliber and I have no doubt that she extends similar courtesies to every tourist and guest in need of a local professional’s advice and patience.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Clean, modern, spacious rooms, good breakfast, nice pool
Cons: The pool could do with some sun beds - currently only has plastic tables and chairs. The table tennis table has seen better days...
7.9 Good
Pros: The pool and breakfast. The view over to Brazil.
Cons: Our bungalow was near the road and people drove by at night playing very loud music which woke us all up.
5.4 Okay
Pros: The front office and grounds were nice. The location is good. Easy walking distance to town and tres Fronteras. Staff were very friendly.
Cons: The cottages need a remodel. They are old and not very clean.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Pirayu was perhaps one of the pricier options in Puerto Iguazu, but the amenities were quite good and we enjoyed the pool. We got the bungalows closest to the reception building but the wifi was weak. It was cool to see Brazil across the river and if you walk a bit you'll reach Las Tres Fronteras where Argentina, Brazil, and Paraguay meet.
Cons: Weak internet
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Easy to locate. Comfortable and clean. Quiet and good breakfast. Nice staff.
Cons: Not the best cooking facilities. Don’t go expecting to cook too often.
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Experience was so bad since the check in until the check out that we don’t have nothing to mention that we liked
Cons: Since the check in staff was not welcoming. We had to change bungalow because the 1st was raining inside. Then the new bungalow was not clean properly, had many things in bad conditions; we also did not had hot water and after mentioning it very early in the morning when we arrived late at night we had to complain again and wait to get fixed. The 2nd day our room was not cleaned. Definitely not worth the price paid per bungalow. As we checked out at 6:30 our friends had to deliver the keys to the security as there was no one at the reception and later we received a very unpleasant email asking for the keys otherwise we would have to pay a cost. Would not recommend this place!

The restaurant is a must, the Chef, his brigade and the service team delighted me with very original and generous cuisine ! Muchas Gracias por todos

Pros: Calm place, nice staff, good restaurant on site, clean
Cons: A bit oldish, and need some upgrades and repais
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is awesome. The employees are very friendly and will help you with every problem and question you have. The breakfast is served until 11am and the restaurant is a must for everyone staying at this hotel. They serve the best gourmet food in town and the price-quality ratio is great. We recommend the hotel for everyone who is looking for a cozy and comfortable stay in Iguazú.
7.5 Good
Pros: The room and the bathroom were spacious.
Cons: The matrassess were uncomfortable. The room had only one little window and thus almost no natural light from the outside.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: I liked that I felt at home in a place that is almost nothing like what home actually looks like. The cabin is a perfect combination of rustic and modern comfort. The views/connection with nature are just about perfect. The owner himself meets you and makes you at check in and is extremely accommodating.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We are a family for four from New Zealand and enjoyed 3 nights here while we visited Iguazú Falls. We loved the view from our cabin overlooking the river and Paraguay and with the hot weather we all loved the pool. The hosts were super helpful when we wanted to add another night to our stay a couple of months beforehand. We left our swim suits drying on the clothes line on accident when we left, we contacted them and they posted them to us at no cost to us to our accommodation in Buenos Aires. They also supplied us with everything we needed to enjoy a BBQ and provided a little welcome pack of nibbles on arrival.
Cons: The property is a little way out of Puerto Iguazú so will need to either walk or catch a taxi. Thankfully we had a driver pick us up from the airport who we arranged through our host and we were able to arrange all of our travel arrangements with him. He took us to the national park and back, into town and drove us across the border to Brazil. All for very reasonable price. He even recommended an amazing restaurant for us on our last night.
10.0 Excellent

Cons: It is a little further out of town but nice and peaceful.................. ................................................ ...............................................
7.5 Good
Pros: It is in a very pretty setting on the river. The cabins are cozy and it was nice to have a pool. The staff was very nice, especially the housekeepers who kept the cabin very clean everyday.
Cons: It is very far away from town and any restaurants or good grocery stores. I wish there had been a coffee maker and a spatula, and the couch and chairs in the livingroom were very uncomfortable.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The cabanas were great, staff was friendly and helpful. Overlooking the Paraguay lake.
Cons: Located in a small residential town about 15 minutes from the town center . Need a car or taxi to do anything. Nothing sold on premises such as water etc so must bring yourself. It’s ok just need to understand that. We enjoyed our stay regardless
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Special place to be. Right next to the beautiful river
9.2 Excellent
Pros: We had a beautiful river view. Very quiet and peaceful
Cons: Somewhat remote and it would have been nice to have more pots and pans in our bungalow .

Pros: Really nice little hotel about a 10 minute walk from bars and restaurants. The host was friendly and very welcoming. Room was spacious and clean, also extra points for the pool.
Cons: Some issues with the locks in our room. The bathroom door wouldn't lock whereas the lock of the bedroom was stuck and we had to call the host in the early morning to open the door from the outside.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It’s a great place, great service and great hosts. Highly recommended ! Quiet and close to the centro!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Host was very friendly and so helpful. The apartment was well kitted out, its the small things that make a difference like providing an umbrella and conditioner! Beds were comfortable and good air con. There was also a decent pool but didn't get a chance to use it unfortunately
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing place! Really nice apartments with large, comfortable beds, lots of space, nice bathrooms and kitchens. There’s also a pool on the property, which was amazing. Mirta is an incredible host. She created such a homely and personalized experience for us.

Pros: The falls are spectacular. The hosts of the apartment were very friendly and took great care of us.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Mirta the owner is the sweetest person. There is a nice pool to chill after a long day
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The owners and staff were very friendly and welcoming and also offered some great advice about what to see in iguazu. The apartment was well equipped and had good quality fittings. The place was walking distance from some good local restaurants too as well as the bus station to which busses depart from to the park.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was a home away from home, very comfortable, clean and well stocked with kitchen utensils. Having seperate bedroom meant that my husband can work on the computer early while I still slept. The location is quite good, just off the main road, in a quiet street, literally 3 min walk away to main road where tourist bus stops that takes you to Iguazu Falls. Easy 15 min walk and you are straight into area with a lot of eating places and shops. Most of all, we were extremely impressed with hosts and their hospitality. Nothing we asked was a problem. We arrived late ( 11 pm) but we got met on arrival, shown to our apartment ,explained everything and were given a map. We wished we stayed longer! It was our last stop in Argentina and our holidays definitely ended on a high note.
Cons: The only minor inconvenience for us was that their credit card machine didn't work with our cards ( both Visa and Mastercard) , although we used the same cards at other places around Iguazu. However the hosts were patient while it took us some time to organise a cash out from an ATM. In the end it wasn't a huge deal at all.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff! Clean, spacious and comfortoble room!

Pros: the kitchen is very good and rooms are big enough which can live six people. The host is very nice and helpful for everything. The location is also very good. But sleep at second floor is still a little bit cold at night

Pros: Alejandro, our host, was very welcoming and very kind. He gave us lots of useful information and helped us do money exchange. He gave us a late check out which was wonderful because we left on an overnight bus. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you! The bed was comfortable and the shower worked well. The apartment is in a great location, feels safe and there is an excellent restaurant across the street.
Cons: The apartment has everything you need but the lighting could be better, not a big problem!

Cons: The noise.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent service by the owner. Highly recommended.

Pros: Alejandro was really great and his place was immaculate -- He took good care of us when we had any requests. The location of the apt. is excellent! . We enjoyed easy access to town, bus lines, bus terminal, tourist info center, Aerolíneas Argentinas counter across the street. The value for this place is fantastic! Made Iguazú very enjoyable and affordable.
Cons: The apt itself was good to share with close friends (or for a family) but only one bedroom (downstairs) has total privacy from the people sleeping upstairs.

7.5 Good
Pros: The managers of the property are fantastic.
