Cons: there are safety concerns regarding the bathroom--the tub/shower is very slippery and there is no grab bar for someone to support themselves when getting in and out of the shower. the idea of a terrace is nice but mosquitoes come into the room if the door is open.

Pros: Absolutely amazing! Easily one of the best hostels I’ve stayed in It’s next to the central station and has a great atmosphere and plenty of communal areas to socialise. Free welcome drink padlocks and towels The facilities are super clean, the showers are good and the beds are comfy The staff are so fun and made my stay amazing! There is a great atmosphere with a great bar, good food and plenty of laughs.

Great part was frequent Benz stretch limo pickup and drop off from the hotel to La Scala/ Duomo and Montepoleone area -- that was extreme helpful with kids. Had an upgrade which was appreciated and not asked for. Breakfast were absolutely excellent and included in our price. Champagne, full hot foods and fresh fruits and pastries. Will definitely be back!!

Cons: Breakfast prices were ridiculously high and quality was horrible. They also rip you off. We dined a la carte for breakfast the first day but were charged for the super high priced buffet. The good itself was horrible. Second morning all we had was juice , crossaint and coffee and were once again ripped off. This hotel is a rip off. Only good for business people billing their companies. Hotel was not even able to correct our charges during check out leaving us a bet other taste of being ripped off.

Cons: There is the information that hotel has parking. In fact it doesn't exist. After we booked it, I received the message from hotel that they do not have a parking, but ready to organise it for 30 euro as a Service when we arrive. We were ok with it. However, when we arrived, Christina told us that this Sevice is not available any more and we should go to the another parking ourselves. I asked her why NH hotel (by personal message) informed me that this pick up service is available?! This is ridiculous. After 5 minutes of debates, she called somewhere and finally the driver came and took our car. But all this debates, and relation to us, were really bad and not professional.

Cons: The worst service ever gotten. The receptionist at the front desk wanted to charge us $15 for early check in when we arrived pass 12pm and the room as ready. We askef to talk to me manager and he lied with a smile saying that he was in a conference call. I told him was lying and that we demanded to speak to the manager. Finally he when to see the manager and after more than 15 min discussion, he agreed to do the check in without extra charge. In conclusion, these people try to take advantage of the guests, lie and doest care. We travalled all around italy abd was the only place where we have such a horrible service.

We were also given a free room upgrade, so the room was extremely spacious (which i guess is not the case for the originally ordered room) and comfortable and everything was very clean. Pros: The hotel is centrally located, within a walking distance to all central sights. Lots of restaurants, cafes, bars nearby as well. We were also given a free room upgrade, so the room was extremely spacious (which i guess is not the case for the originally ordered room) and comfortable and everything was very clean. Our special thanks to the receptionist Davide who proved himself to be super professional, extremely helpful and very polite! Use his advice on the neighborhood restaurants and you'll be more than satisfied :)
