Pros (+) Excellent breakfast, good front desk personnel, excellent breakfast room personnel.
Cons (-) Shower in tub isn't completely enclosed, so water sprays on bathroom floor while showering. Television in room is very small.

Pros (+) Great A/C on very hot day. Porter was nice and helpful putting away our luggage when we were too early to check in.
Cons (-) Front office staff was rude. When we advised we had a reservation and were checkin in the young woman, instead of asking for our name, said how can I check you in if I don't know who you are. She was similarly rude to the couple in front of us. Maybe she was having a bad day but this is not acceptable for someone in the service industry.
