Pros: Our suite on 32nd floor was luxurious and beautifully decorated. Service was impeccable. Downstairs St. Mark Square was the place to hang out. Riding the gondola was a delightful experience. Breakfast at Paris Baguette while watching people walking by is just like in real Paris! Shops are all around to roam and a waterfall located immediately downstairs. The location of The Venetian on the strip is great since I could walk to Ceasar Palace, Bellagio and Fashion Show Mall quite easily.

Pros: The room was beautiful! I went went with 3 friends. We weren’t sure if the 3rd friend would be staying the night also so we booked the room with just 2 with a king bed (it’s all that was on the site) and would add the 3rd there if needed. At the registration desk we did want to add the additional person and we were aware of the fee. The staff member asked if we wanted to switch to a 2 bed room with a view of the fountain so we took it and they waived the $35 fee for an extra person and didn’t charge extra for the view room. She was so helpful and nice. She gave us bottled water for the walk up too. It was all beautiful the only thing is they said there was construction up above our room so the water in the wet bar was brown.

Pros: The rooms are very comfortable and the staff is friendly and helpful. The Cosmo has great collection of restaurants from high end to fast food. This hotel is great for people watching.
Cons: The lobby was smoky and very warm. I have stayed at this hotel 5 times and my group all complained about the smoke. We meet at chandler bar and left for another hotel because how warm it was. They to turn in the air conditioning!

Pros: Overall, its an awesome hotel!!! I noticed as we enter the hotel it had a very refreshing aroma. Compared to other hotels, upscale or affordable, you are greeted with the smell of cigarette smoke. Love love this hotel, its tres chic and sexy-glammmm.
Cons: After checking out we were shocked to see that we were unnecessarily charged for 2 soft drinks from the minibar. We brought in our own water bottle & iced coffee & placed in the fridge, however, needed to move their bottled drink just to the side to place in its spot. Anyone would clearly see that its just to the side. The staff should be careful & pay more attention, just because the drink was moved it does not mean it was opened. Overall, our impression of the Cosmopolitan was awesome but disappointing and surprused that they would make such a small mistake. They should pay more attention and pay attention to your checkout bill as well.

Pros: We enjoyed ourselves. We first originally had a room on the 39th floor when we were supposed to had one Higher. The room on the 39th floor could use some maintenance as far as getting the sinks done. Also Vdara should use more time to do a complete cleaning instead of turning the room over and focusing more on selling out the rooms. The next day we were moved to the 55th floor and the wrong was nice. The View was excellent. The only thing I didn't like was we were given this room as part of a comp and it seemed as though they were pushing to get us out the room on the third day when the desk person gave us the wrong because he didn't have a room available on the first day. As with this room also I wish Vdara was spend more time working on doing complete cleaning as far as carpets washing walls windows and all major stuff you do in the cleaning. Other than that the room and the views were excellent
Cons: See comments above. But as noted Vdara should work on shutting down rooms and doing major updates and major cleanings to make the guest experience more better. Also the walk from your room to the strip can be long but that's no big deal and I would go back. As with all Las Vegas hotel the resort fee is ridiculous if you don't use any of the stuff related to it. You should be given the chance to be charged for what you use

Purposely pulled back some sheets because they had many spots on them and when we returned they just remade the bed over. Also some faucets had heavy calcium buildup between the faucet. Instead of turning over room to fill them they need to just basically close rooms at times to do full cleanings like walls carpets and vents.

Cons: There were always trash bags lining the hallways all day long. Small pool (couldn't even find the workout room if there was one). Only way out to the strip is a long walk through Bellagio or tram to Aria-- couldn't even go straight through Cosmopolitan?-- very strange. Now we're paying for parking ($18/day at all MGM properties!) which may have been inevitable but still, haven't had to pay in 30 years of coming to Vegas. If Caesars properties aren't charging for parking, I'll stay at one of theirs next time, even at the higher rate.

Simple order at the bar for food was forgotten, poorly handled by the manager and then incomplete after over 1.5 hours of wait. We watched the bar top cycle three patrons complete in our wait, only 2/3 of our party ever saw food. Horrible, will never go back, and as a reflection of the Bellagio itself, will probably never go back there as well.

Cons: i just didn’t like that they hold 150$ per night on the card , if they can do it 100$ it’s fine as different hotel we stayed in before used to hold 100$ per night , the second thing is I didn’t like is the restaurants downstairs around the casinos close very early at 7 pm in weekdays , and the third thing is I didn’t like one of the security girl on the pool came talking and yelling at me because of the mask , this is first time to me there during this pandemic and i was following the rules for our safty first , but at the pool i just take it out coz i was putting some oil on my face then i wanna put the mask on but she came right a way and start yelling at me and my friend says what’s up with her like that , so as first time to me there in this pandemic and didn’t know that i have to keep the mask on unless if I’m actively eating or drinking or in the pool so she can talk in a different polite way more than tht if she can , we ordered drinks and whn we got the drinks i also removed my mask to drink then i put the drink aside, she came right a way and yelled again and said “ u have to hold the bottle in ur hand so people and i can see you have a deinks ...etc “ I appreciate all that hard work but she can really would talked in different way because I wasn’t really known wht is allowed or not for mask requirements, I didn’t go there to have an issue i just went to chill and relax this is why was so patient and calm and replied politely to her . Pros: Had a great coupon deal for one night at a wonderful, classy place. Sharp, professional, top-notch hotel!! The Casino floor was busy and there are a lot of hotel restaurant choices. My favorite experience was at check-in: when the line at mid-morning got a bit long, I watched a manager quickly find another six or eight staffers for registration and 'boom' the line was gone and I and others were taken care!

Cons: Kayak did not process the reservation properly, so I spent over 11/2 hrs of my vacation time trying to correct the issue Kayak created. I reserved and paid for 2 rooms and Kayak processed 1 room. This was a very stressful situation Kayak web site put me through and will not use the site again. The Aria room had 4 light bulbs out, which should have been checked by room service and on the second day all shampoo, soap was removed and not replaced. For the price the Aria charges, a guest would hope for better service, this is not a guest job to report light bulbs out and missing soap. But this was not as bad as the issue Kayak created for me.

Cons: Checking in was a bit of a nightmare. Granted it was a Friday night and it was busier than usual, but not as busy as it could have been, and I was in line for 45+ minutes. Once I actually got to a representative, I found out why. Despite telling her I was in a bit of a hurry and in town strictly for business, she spent a solid 10 minutes telling me about all the restaurants and amenities I told her up front I wouldn't be using. I'm a tech savvy 28 year old, but I thought the TV, smart pad, and checkout process were totally unintuitive and confusing. It made the simplest things tremendously over-complicated. The thing I liked least was that this hotel was just SOOOO big, and I get the whole "make you walk through the casino to get to your room" thing, but this was ridiculous. The casino is enormous, and intentionally laid out with the check-in, parking garage, and rooms in exact opposite corners. It was a 10 minute walk between each across a horribly confusing layout. During my business trip, I ended up staying 3 nights at the Cosmopolitan and 1 night at the Aria. If I could do it all over again, I would have paid the extra money to stay at the Cosmopolitan the extra night. Cons: We had many issues: -Were issued a room in the price class that we specified during booking -We requested a room near the elevator, since my wife is pregnant.. they were not able to accommodate this -Our keys failed to operate on 4 occasions. -The call center was not capable of transferring call to the front desk. -The call center told my pregnant wife that I had checked out of the hotel, when she called to re-activate her broken key. -The hotel lied about credits issued to our bill over the phone and from the front desk in response to the other issues experienced. Management was unsuccessful at responding to or remedying any of the above issues. I would not recommend this hotel until they work out the management and technological kinks that are keeping it from being a great hotel.

Pros: Very beautiful place, very stylish. There are tons of restaurants, shops and art pieces throughout the property. There's a night club Jewel there too. The concierges are super helpful. You can check in and out online. The hotel is situated well, can easily cross over to Cosmopolitan nearby. There's also a free tram, which can take you to Bellagio. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and hope to come back again sometime.
Cons: The pools and the hot tubs hours are 9 to 5. I was at Aria for a conference and 9-5 is when its activities are taking place each day, which made it difficult for me to enjoy the pools and the hot tubs. Managed to do it just one day, when the conference activities finished an hour and a half earlier. We did have our conference's party by the pools, but I'm thinking not every day they must be using the pools area for private events...

Please keep in mind that you have to pay to park at your own hotel when you stay here, plus you are required to pay a resort fee of $35, all of this is on top of your normal fees and taxes, and of course the room charge. The staff was horrendous. I was in a non-smoking room on a non-smoking floor and my neighbors were smoking and the front desk really couldn't have cared any less. I was worried to complain too much because the people in front of me during checkout were complaining so much that the employee called security and escorted them out of the building. So i was nervous to complain too much in fear of that. The $35 resort fee is supposed to include wifi (and local calling woohoo!), which basically doesn't really work. I had to connect to my cellphone to use the internet. Also you are capped at 2 devices per room. So if you are traveling with someone you only each get one device to connect with. Don't go silly thinking you can use the wifi with your phone AND a computer, no no.. that would be crazy. So choose very wisely before you connect to the non-working wifi that you just paid $35 a night for. You each get one device for a total of 2 devices per room. If you are traveling with a family i guess you are just screwed. I am sure they would be more than happy to charge you another fee though, they seem to have that system down. I actually asked the front desk if I needed to pay a fee for the elevator and she seriously stopped to think about it and said "no i don't think so". I said, "Really, you had to think about it" and then she snapped out of it and said "Oh yeah sorry, no we don't charge a fee to use the elevators". She was dead serious when she talked to me though.

The times square piano bar was where we ended our night singing at the top of our lungs and that was after eating some of the best pizza in Las Vegas! Also the rollercoaster is pretty awesome too. Pros: I love the piano bar and the other things to do at NYNY. I also really enjoyed the hot tub/pool. The room was nice and I will consider coming back. Thank you
