The location was excellent
The property is extremely tired and needs a complete renovation/interior update. You cannot class yourself as a premier 5 star resort and have suites that have frayed carpets, ripped headboards and damaged furniture.

Pure luxury in the presidential suite with insane gorgeous views and beautiful high end decor. Staff were friendly and professional and the hotel gives you much needed privacy and silence from the casino hotels.
Pricey but it’s Vegas after all!

Excellent choice for families, very clean and fairly quiet by strip standards. Location is perfect, very close to trams to Bellagio and Treasure Island. The pool area could be larger and more crowded for those looking for pool parties, but it was perfect for a family stay.
It's annoying that there's no complimentary breakfast for the price, but this is somehow the standard in Las Vegas. I'd rather we got a room on a higher floor - I'll probably ask for it explicitly next time.

It had a refined and understated feel. The staff were very attentive and helpful right from the very first encounter. The pool area was great and fun to meet people. The hotel was brilliantly situated choose to the main strip but not dated.
