Lux and location, good restaurant, friendly staff. Spacious jnr suite with pleasant shower and large bathroom separate toilet.
Elevator access is convoluted- obviously designed to provide some security and privacy for guests, just a bit clumsy when you’re only staying for a short stay. Oooops - because they didn’t do a great job of managing the unfolding Covid19 situation- unfortunately we only found out that the hotel would be shutting down on our second day of staying while we were having breakfast and we only found out because we overheard other guests talking about it ... apparently management left a message on my Aussie mobile phone- no in room phone messaging and didn’t consider a note under the door (old school but reliable) even though the manager acknowledged they had been unable to “find” us the day before. I’m sure “next time” they will get it right.
The location is fantastic, right on the strip but enough tucked away that you can retreat here for a quiet rest after a busy day. The rooms are comfortable and the staff are very kind.
The bed could be slightly more comfortable, but all in all still great.
Lovely hotel - it even smells great. Everything here is a couple of cuts above the average, really top quality from the pillows to the bath soap. Comfortable, large rooms with pretty much every conceivable extra right down to shoe cleaning mitts (invaluable for those of us who have spent a few days exploring the dusty Southwest). Great choice.
The staff, service and cleanliness. The doorman and house car driver were some of the nicest guys I've ever met.
The furniture in the rooms are outdated. I was not granted a late check out and spent a pretty penny on the room.
The location is great. Easy access to the strip. I like not having to be in a casino hotel, but yet being steps away from the Aria.
It is in need of a little TLC. Somewhat dated finishes.
